《Alone ✔️》Chapter 9

The next day
I woke up and he was gone. I'm pretty sure he went to work, but he didn't leave a note or anything.
I did receive a call from his receptionist. She told me to meet him for dinner.
It was something he needed to discuss that was very important. I tried calling his cell phone, but he kept sending it to voicemail.
I didn't know what was going on.
Did he not want me anymore?
Was he ready to send me back? It makes sense he doesn't want nothing to do with me. I'm no one.
I did not want to be heart broken. Everyone that has always loved me has broken my heart. I will not allow this to happen.
I'm suppose to be getting ready for this dinner, but I'm not going. I took my ring off and place it on kitchen counter.
I change my clothes to what I originally wore when I first came here and I left.
I didn't even use his driver. I walked home.
I was going to my spot where I would sleep. I hope it's there.
You think I would take some money with me and run away but I'm not that type of person. I came here with nothing I will leave with nothing. I've came from knowing money means nothing to me.
I laid on my bed and wrap myself up in it. It's been awhile but it was home.

I was at work wrapping everything up. I knew I had an important date with my husband.
I was going ask him to marry me. I've been planning it for a week. I've wanted to make it very special for him.
I really did put all my magic in it. My mom even help me out. He thought I was busy with work but I actually busy getting this together for him.

I know I've neglected him, but that ends tonight. I will show him how much he means to me.
Then my phone rung.
"Mr. Heart speaking? What?! What do you mean he's not there. He should be there!" I panicked I hung up and went to my receptionist.
"Have you heard from my husband Joy?"
"Yes, sir you told me to tell him not to bother you, so that's what I told him."
Fuck! I always told him I was never too busy for him. I ran out of the office and went home.
I finally pulled up to my house and enter. I called out for him and I didn't see him anymore.
I went to our room and every thing was neatly put away. The bed was made all his clothes were there. I ran to kitchen because that's where he usually is.
Then my heart dropped. The ring I bought him was sitting there. He left me.
I looked where I put my money it was still there. All credits cards still there. I looked in my account it was still there.
Where he could possibly go? Then I thought to check where he put his clothes when he first came here.
I told him to throw it away, but he told me that reminds him where he came from and he would never want to forget that. I ran into room to find them and they were gone.
Damn it! He went back! Why would he leave me?
I know it's my fault but he didn't even leave with an explanation.
My heart hurt so much. I called my driver and to take me where he was.
It was raining hard and I knew my baby was alone and scared. He doesn't like thunder.

He couldn't sleep unless I'm next to him. He would wait every night for me to go sleep.
I ran down alley as I got there. I ran down the alley to see my baby shivering on his old bed. I almost cried he rather be here then with me.
I took a deep breath and pick him up bridal style. I took him in car while he was sleeping and brought him home.
Our home.
I changed him out those horrible clothes and place him in my lounge clothing. He always prefer mine then his. I laid him in the bed and just stared at him.
He was so beautiful. I kissed his forehead and got up. I walked to door that's when I heard him.
"I'm sorry." He whispered. I turn around.
"What?" He sat up.
"I'm sorry I'm not everything you want." I ran over to him.
"Love you are everything I want and more. I love you so much. Why would you leave me like that? I'm so sorry. You rather be outside then with me?"
"You've been so distant for the pass week. When I was told you want to have talk tonight I thought you didn't want me anymore. I couldn't go through that heartache again. So I left." He said hugging himself. I ran my hands threw his hair.
I kissed his forehead.
"Babe, I was going ask you to marry me tonight." I pulled out an engagement ring.
"I've been planning the perfect engagement party and I just wanted it to be perfect for you. I'm so sorry I made you think I didn't want you. You are my other half. I always want you. I just suck a keeping surprises quiet so I try to have distance with you. I'm so sorry I'll never do that again. I love you so much. Please don't leave me again. When I saw this ring on counter my heart broke. My whole world broke." He said holding the ring.
"I love you so much and I have nothing if I don't have you. Will you marry me?" I said with tears falling from my eyes.
"Are you sure? I really don't have anything. The only thing I can offer you is my love." He said whispered.
I stroke his beautiful face.
"Love, that's all I want from you." I kissed him. He kissed me back.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
