Eric sit on the bench at the airport hall while play with his phone. It has been an hour since he arrived but someone that he expects to see is not show up. His focus distract by the announcement of his flight

"Gosh, I think that's it" he sighed heavily and stands up from his sit

Meanwhile, outside of the airport

"Yah, come on quickly!" Irene yelled to the girls as she gets out of their car

"Unnie, calm down" Yeri said

"That's why don't wake up late, gosh"

They run inside like a kid "I hope I'm not late" Wendy said while running

"There is Eric oppa" Seulgi pointed at Eric who slowly walked away from the bench

"ERIC OPPA" Joy yell while they run towards him

Eric turn around after hear someone call his name. He smile seeing the girls run to his direction

"I thought you're not coming" Eric said to Wendy

"I come, I will definitely come" Wendy said while catching her breathe

"Sorry for making you wait. These idiots here wake up late this morning" said Irene while glare at Joy, Seulgi and Yeri

"It fine, I'm glad that you all finally here. I almost lost hope earlier" Eric chuckle then the announcement echoed the airport again "It's time to go, see you all next week"

"Alright, take care" the girls said

"Guys, I go now" Wendy said nervously

"Take care unnie" Yeri pats Wendy shoulder

"Okay Yerimie"

"Don't nervous, cool down, alright? You'll be okay" said Seulgi

"Thanks bear"

"I expect the good news unnie" said Joy

"I hope I not disappoint you"

"I know you won't" Joy wink playfully

Then Wendy look at Irene "Either it's good or bad, don't forget to tell me. We will always listen, don't carry the burden alone again, understand?" the leader said

"Okay unnie, I will"

"Wen, shall we go now?" Eric asked

"Yeah, sure" Wendy nods her head "Goodbye everyone"

"Goodbye"

Eric and Wendy walk to departure hall. Eric being a gentleman helping Wendy with her luggage while the girl walk behind him

"Is it just me or they look like a couple who go for honeymoon?" Joy watching the duo

"I also see the same" said Seulgi

"Me too" Yeri added

"Done talking nonsense, let's go. I don't want camera caught us here" the leader interrupted them

"Let's go girls, you mom is nagging now" Seulgi drag the younger girls following Irene

"Better come quick, I'm hungry" Irene look over her shoulder

"Okay honey" the bear answered

Eric and Wendy arrive at the hotel where Ayden stay. Wendy look really nervous since they landed at the airport and Eric try to calm her down

"Wen, are you okay?" Eric ask when they stand in front of presidential suite

"Yes, I'm okay I guess" Wendy sighs

"Don't worry, everything will be fine. He will not run away again, trust me"

"I trust you and I owe you big time"

"Don't mention that, I just help with anything I can. I know Ayden and I know how to handle him so it such a waste if I can't help you for that. You're my friend and him too so I don't want to see any of you sad"

"Thanks again Eric"

"No problem, I know you can go through this"

"Yeah, I gain lot of confident from you and after talk with Irene unnie"

"Glad to hear that. Are you ready to see your future boyfriend?" Eric asked teasingly

"Eric, things not going well yet you said he's my boyfriend" Wendy blushing

"I can feel that you will return to Korea with new title" Eric giggle

"Quit teasing me"

"Alright" Eric press the bell repeatedly like he always do to annoy Ayden while Wendy move a bit, don't want Ayden to see her immediately

In a blink of eyes, the door swing open furiously "I guess you prefer to stay at hospital than at hotel, isn't it?" Ayden glare at his friend

"Chill dude, you not seeing me for a week now and you greet me this way"

"That's your entire fault" Ayden rolled his eyes

"Okay, calm down. I have surprise for you" Eric grin widely

"What stupid prank that you plan to do now?" Ayden asked annoyingly since Eric always pull prank on him

"This is not prank, I'm serious right now"

"Whatever"

Eric drag Wendy close to him so Ayden have better look at him "Surprise!" Eric squeal

Ayden gasped as he not expect the guest other than Eric "Wendy, what are you doing here?"

"I come to see you" Wendy said confidently

"Guys, right now you two really need to talk and sort things out. I know it such a mess these days so it's time to clean it"

"Hmm" Ayden sighs loudly

"For your information dude, I not book hotel room for Wendy so she will stay with you" Eric smirk

"Hey, this is not right" Ayden protest

"I don't see it's wrong since you two used to stay together a lot. Oh right, I told the hotel manager not to give room for Wendy. You know just in case you plan to book room for her"

"I can't believe you"

Eric suddenly push Wendy to go inside and he aim to Ayden embrace which Ayden catch her immediately then Eric shove Wendy's suitcase "Have fun you two!" he close the door after that

Wendy pull back immediately "Ughh...I'm sorry" she stutter

"It okay" Ayden scratch his head "Let's go inside" he said and led Wendy to living room. The room is very luxury much to Wendy delight

"This place only has one room so I hope you don't mind. Besides we can't do anything since that brat ban you from getting any room" Ayden talk with flat voice as he open the door to the bedroom

"I'm totally fine with that"

"You can use the bed, I will sleep outside"

"Why you not sleep in the room?" Wendy looking at Ayden side profile

"I don't think it nice to sleep together with someone's lover. For the record, we never share room when you're still single"

"Okay"

Ayden left the room after that while Wendy sit on the bed trying to compose herself and gather every strength that she have. She have to be strong facing the cold Ayden and explain everything to him

Wendy walk to living room when Ayden busy typing something on his laptop. She sit on the couch and stare at him

"Are you busy?" she asked

"Not really"

"Can we talk?"

"What else you want to talk about?" Ayden asked nonchalantly

"About everything that you suppose to know" Wendy bit her lower lips

Ayden shut down his laptop and lean his back on the couch "You may talk now"

"About the dating news, it was not true and we denied it on the same day. I never see him anymore. I don't know if you saw the news or not but there is really nothing going on between me and him" Ayden slightly smile but Wendy don't notice it "I'm very sorry for rejecting you twice and hurting you. I'm sorry for not giving you proper reason but just leave you like that. That time I not sure of my feeling and I don't want to give you hope. Now I come to see you with clear thought about my feeling. I hope I'm not too late to get you back" Wendy looking at Ayden who still keep straight face

"What do you feel about me now?" Ayden asking

"I love you more than friend"

"Are you sure with that feeling?"

"Yes, I never this sure entire life"

Ayden rubbed his face "I'm sorry Wendy"

"Sorry for what?" Wendy frown

"I'm getting married...with Tiffany" Ayden stated while look straight to Wendy's eyes "You're too late"

The poor girl feels her world crash and turn upside down. Her effort to make things right feel like waste after receiving the news but if she not coming, she will still hope that Ayden still available for her. Now she feels like the world against her and she's all alone. She slowly rise up from the couch and go back to the room, crying herself out.
