Ayden meet with Tiffany and Eric at the café nearby the hotel. Right now he get murderous glare from Tiffany and Eric

"WHAT?" Tiffany shouts loudly not minding the other customer at the café. She send them murderous glare when they looking at their table with annoying expression while Eric and Ayden cover their poor ears "I can't believe that you saying that" Tiffany rubbing her temple

"Tiff, I also don't know what happen to me that time and I just blurt it out" Ayden scratch his head

"Out of any lie you can say, why you said that you're getting married? Do you know that you're killing her? She goes through a lot since you're disappeared and you should be happy that she comes here to confront you. She know that everything entirely her fault and she make a move to approach you to apologize for hurting you. Now it turned out you hurt her back" Eric almost strangles Ayden neck after that guy telling them that he lies to Wendy about the marriage news. He can see how devastated Wendy is right now

"Dude, I told you I don't know what got into my mind. I just don't realize that I say that" Ayden make apologetic face

"Now what are you going to do?" Tiffany asking with scary voice

"I don't know" Ayden shrug his shoulder

"Oh my gosh, Ayden Samuel!" Tiffany groan

Ayden looking at Eric as he seek for help "I don't want to help you this time" Eric raise his hands as sign of surrender

"Tiff, please"

After long silent and dead glare she gave to Ayden, Tiffany finally talk "I will help you but this is last time I do it"

"Thanks Tiff"

"I will explain to her the real situation but I not apologize on your behalf"

"It's okay, at least you help"

"Alright" Tiffany roll her eyes

Ayden arrive at the hotel but not seeing Wendy around. He not worry about Wendy leaving the place because her shoes still there. After put the paper bag on dining table, Ayden go to the bedroom. He knocked few time but no respond so he decide to open the door. Luckily it's not lock so he just entered. He spot a lump on the bed and it was Wendy sleeping peacefully.

He crouch beside the bed and stare at the sleeping face that he missed so much. He brushed away the hair strands that covering Wendy face to get better view. It has been 2 months since they part away from each other more like he avoiding Wendy. It suffocating him not seeing Wendy and hold her like he used to do but he's really hurt after Wendy dump him twice. When the dating news come out, he feel like dying thinking that Wendy choosing Jackson rather than him. He almost doing something like he used to do but he still keep his sane. He doesn't want his family to hate Wendy for making him go through hard time again. Thankful that Tiffany is there when the chaos happened and she took him with her so that he can have space to clear his mind. He destroyed his phone due to his anger so no one will disturb him. After few days stay at New York, he calm down but still can't erase the thought of Wendy in someone arms. He plan to see her when he return to Korea after his trip but Eric is quick that he bring Wendy along with him but he destroy the chance he have and hurt Wendy with his absurd lie.

After good 10 minutes admiring Wendy, he softly tap her shoulder "Wen, wake up"

The girl slightly moving and rubbing her eyes "Emm"

"Wake up, I bought food for you. You haven't eat yet, it's dinner time"

"Okay" Wendy answered groggily

"I wait outside, okay?"

"Emm" Wendy nods

The girl come to dining room after wash her face and tie her hair to bun. It looked like the first time Wendy stay at Ayden place and he smiling while remembering that moment. One thing that he just realized is Wendy eyes look swollen. He know he make Wendy crying and he hate himself for doing that

"Eat your food" he said softly

"Okay"

Wendy eat silently and look like she not enjoy the food "Is that food not good?"

"I not in mood to eat" Wendy push the plate

"Wen, you have to eat. You haven't eat anything since you arrive, I don't want you to get sick"

"You don't have to care about me. I can take care of myself. I don't need your sympathy" Ayden flinched by the cold tone from Wendy. It is first time she use that tone towards him. Wendy used to get upset but she never this scary "Thanks for this food, I not in mood to eat" Wendy get up from the chair but Ayden grab his wrist

"Sit down"

"I want to go to bedroom"

"I said sit down" Ayden said sternly and Wendy sit again on the chair

Ayden scoop the food and bring it close to Wendy mouth "I told you I don't want to eat"

"Please, at least finish this food" Ayden voice soften

"No"

"Son Seungwan, why are you so stubborn?"

"I told you; don't need to act like you care about me!"

"Okay, let this be the last one if you really don't want me to involve in your life anymore. I promise I will stay away" Ayden receive dead glare from Wendy but he ignore it. He don't mean his word either. He just says that so Wendy will eat her food and thankful it work.

Ayden carefully feed Wendy with the last scoop then he put the spoon down on the plate "There, your food finish"

"Thank you"

"No problem"

Wendy take the plate to the sink and wash it. She return to bedroom after that, ignoring Ayden who still sit at the table

Next day, Ayden go out while Wendy stays at hotel. Currently, she waiting for Eric to answer her call

"Hello Eric" – Wendy

"Hello Wen, are you all right?" – Eric

"I'm fine" – Wendy

"That's good then. Why do you call this early?" – Eric

"How long you will stay here?" – Wendy

"Around 4 days because I have to meet clients and visit few places" – Eric

"Eric, I want to go home" – Wendy

"Ehh, why? What's wrong?" – Eric

"I guess no reason for me to stay here anymore. I just inform you that I will book flight ticket and go home tomorrow" – Wendy

"Wait Wen, hold on for a while. Don't do that first" – Eric

"I can't and I don't want to stay here anymore. This place is not for me" – Wendy *sobbing*

"Wen, listen to me. I know you go through hard time but wait for a while okay? If there is no way out, I will go home together with you. I won't let you go home alone. Right now you just stay and calm down. Trust me, everything will be fine" – Eric

"You don't know what I go through right now" – Wendy

"It's true but you still have to fight. You said you will fight for him, isn't it?" – Eric

"There is no way I could fight anymore. Damage is done and I deserve all this. Maybe we're not meant for each other" – Wendy

"Don't say that. Think positive. Don't rush to make conclusion. Okay I promise you if both of you really end, I will pick you up and we will go home next day" – Eric

"You don't have to ditch your work for me. I can go by myself" – Wendy

"I promise to your members that I will take care of you so as long as you and Ayden not get along, you still my responsibility" – Eric

"Thanks for your care. I really appreciate it. I don't know how to pay back to you" – Wendy

"It's fine, just pray so that I will be healthy and happy everyday is good enough" – Eric

"Alright, I will pray all the best for you" – Wendy

"Thanks Wen. Don't cry anymore, right?" – Eric

"Okay, I hang up now" – Wendy

"Okay, bye" – Eric

Wendy sit on the couch lifelessly and sighs every now and then. She don't care whatever show at the TV. She is not in mood to do anything. What Ayden stated yesterday still bugging her; they still ignore each other until morning, more like her ignoring Ayden.

She startled when doorbell ringing. She fix her shirt and walk lazily to the door. When the door open, she greeted by Tiffany. Instead of shout, Tiffany showing wide smile to her

"Hi Wendy, it's been a while" Tiffany hold out her hand and Wendy accept it

"Yeah, it's been a while Ms. Tiffany" Wendy fake smile

"Just call me Tiffany; we're not working right now"

"Okay"

"I want to talk with you, can we go somewhere?"

"Sure, what for a while. I will get my stuff" Wendy goes inside to get her phone and key then both of them left the room

Tiffany led them to the rooftop of the hotel. It was a beautiful garden at the rooftop and decorated nicely. There is swimming pool too

"We sit there" Tiffany pointed at the wooden table and chair nearby the pool. They settle on the table "I'm sorry because I can't take you somewhere. The talk will be quick because I going to meet client one hour from now"

"It's okay, unnie. I not in mood to go out too" Wendy sighs

Tiffany nods her head a little and stares at Wendy. The younger girl look gloomy and make Tiffany feel sorry for her

"Did Ayden tell you that we're getting married?"

"Yes" Wendy bit her lower lips and holds her tears. That topic still sensitive for her and she can breakdown anytime if they talk about it again

"Wen, it's not true. He just fakes it. We're not marrying each other, it will never happen" Tiffany stated

"But he told me yesterday unnie" tears finally stream down her face and Tiffany give tissue to her

"Don't believe him; no one will marry him except you. I and Ayden will never happen. He is out of his mind when he said that. Yesterday he told me and Eric about that. We almost strangle him for hurting you"

"I don't know anymore unnie. If we're not mean to be, I will try to understand"

Tiffany squeezed Wendy hands lightly "Hey, don't give up yet. I know you still love him. You must stay and fight for it. I understand your situation. You come all the way from Korea to clean the mess that you'd made but it turn out he made it worse. Currently you're very disappointed, I know it. Don't make your effort useless, okay?"

It takes few moment of silent until Wendy answer "Okay unnie"

"That's my girl. I know you won't give up that easy. I trust you and I know it's you from the start even before he told me about you" Tiffany giggles

"How do you know?" Wendy a bit shock

"It obvious during dinner night that he keeps looking at you before his secretary come to give you jacket. That stare is crazy and it tells everything. Last time I met him, he is not that happy. As Eric said he is brand new Ayden ever since he met you. You're just awesome that you can make him fall head over heal. I salute you for that"

"I don't know that I will give that huge effect to him"

"You did without you know it. Everyone very thankful that your presences bring back the Ayden that we missed since few years" Tiffany eyes form cute smile

"Everyone?" Wendy frown

"Yup, me, Eric and his family"

"His family knew about me too?" Wendy let out gasped

"Yes, they know. They are so excited especially his mom. The Samuel can't wait to meet the amazing woman that brings back their only son to his old loving self. The real Ayden is the one who be with you before the mess. He is the original version of Ayden before the major changes. Don't worry girl, his family love you even before they know your name. You have power card already"

Wendy is blushing "Unnie, I'm doing nothing for that. It just his effort to be a good man"

"You admit it or not but you play the major role on him. That is what Eric told us"

"Eric just exaggerating"

"It's true anyway, I also noticed it"

"Alright, alright" Wendy give in

Tiffany checking her phone "My time is up so I hope you two will work things out. We root for you, don't worry. I not going to take him away from you, I will never ever do it. It's his fault for lying to you"

"Thanks unnie. Thank you very much"

"No problem. Before I forgot, I'm very sorry because I'm so clingy to him during the dinner night. He is quite weak due to his fever and I afraid if he stumbled or fell so I have to hold him. It don't mean anything"

Wendy chuckle lightly "I'm over it now unnie"

"Thank you for that"

"Yeah"

"Hey Wen, don't forget to teach him a lesson for deceiving you and make you cry" both of them chuckle

"Will do it later unnie but I really can't get mad at him for no reason. He can tamed me easily" said Wendy

"There you're so whip for him" Tiffany joking "Anyway, I hope you and him will last forever. Please take care of him for us, I trust you for that"

"Okay unnie, I will"

"Alright, I have to go now. See you around"

"Okay unnie"

Wendy decided to spend time at the rooftop and seek some peace on her mind. Everything is in a mess lately that make her can't think straight
