The boss was wealthy and generous and looked to have no care about the cost as long as Yan Shuyu was happy. As such, Yan Shuyu didn't feel bad about picking the expensive options at all.

That being said, once she had married the boss and became Mrs. Zhou, what was his would become hers. That seemed the wrong kind of mentality to have for a housewife.

Nevertheless, this was her first wedding over her two lives. It might be her second marriage on paper but it was her first wedding. Even Yan Shuyu felt that she had not been treated fairly. She would only be satisfied if this wedding would bring her triple the happiness.

Yan Shuyu had never been this enthusiastic about the wedding. Gradually, she had became the "mastermind" behind the wedding. The team of wedding planners used to consult Boss Zhou for his opinions before the symbolically run it through Yan Shuyu. After communicating for a few times, however, they started noticing that it was much more useful communicating with Mrs. Zhou and all Boss Zhou ever did was just nodding in front of his wife and they had since stopped doing that.

As a world-renowned wedding planning team had serviced many celebrities, film emperors and the like, they had a lot of discussions and speculations when it came to their newest clients. After all, the finacee of Boss Zhou, someone from the top among the influential families, was not a lady from a matching background, nor someone possessing high academic achievement or intelligence. She was not even single. The woman who was about to become Mrs. Zhou was a common woman, a piano teacher whose son was even slightly older than Boss Zhou's - that in and of itself brought about many speculations.

Their team had been in the upper-class circle for a while now and had seen couples from very different backgrounds. All of them speculated that the future Mrs. Zhou must be a particular pretty and tender woman, which was why she was able to earn Boss Zhou's fondness so.

When they met their client for the first time, they realized that Mrs. Zhou was indeed very pretty, the stunning kind of pretty, in fact. Nevertheless, she couldn't be any farther from tender and attentive. Whenever they asked for their opinions, Mrs. Zhou was the first to start talking and that didn't seem to bother Boss Zhou at all. He would add hot tea for Mrs. Zhou from time to time, slice up an apple for her and, when Mrs. Zhou finished with her rambling and looked over at him, nodded with agreement. "Those are great ideas. I agree."

- It wasn't difficult tell that this was how they interacted normally.

Nevertheless, these were their favorite kind of clients. Many new couples had a lot of ideas about the wedding and as they chatted, they would start bickering with each other. That put them in a very difficult position, not knowing whose opinion to listen to.

As it was obvious that Mrs. Zhou had the final say, this was not a situation that they would encounter. As surprised as the wedding planning team was, they were happy about the situation. That being said, rumors of Boss Zhou being afraid of his wife began to spread.

Yan Shuyu, naturally, had no idea about her new-found "reputation". She wasn't even aware that she had final say in the family. She merely immersed herself entirely into the wedding planning.

The wedding planning started in November and the wedding date for set for January. Both children would be on vacation and the entire family could go on the honeymoon together.

With the two months of active preparation, the private island with beautiful scenery had changed drastically. Yan Shuyu's taste was tacky. Most others prefer to use pure and sacred lilies for weddings but, when asked by the wedding planning team, she replied with roses with no hesitation. And red roses on top of that. She felt that only red roses were good enough to bring out her beauty.

Yan Shuyu's request was executed perfectly. When she visited the island with the kiddos before the wedding and check on the outcome, she found out that the entire island was drowned in fiercely red roses.

The contrast between the blue sky, blue water, and red roses were striking and dazzling.

Yan Shuyu had an idea but other guests, such as Manager Yang and the others, were stunned instantly when they saw the glaring red roses the moment they stepped off of the private plane.

They had initially thought that this island had always a lot of roses planted. Yan Shuyu's little buddies were short of dropped to their knees and shouting out "666" when they found out from the worker's introduction that Zhou Qinhe had the roses translated here because red roses was the Madam's favorite and she wished use that as the main flowers for the wedding.

Boss Zhou's generosity was too shocking. To the point that when Manager Yang met up with Yan Shuyu at the bride's lounge, he couldn't help but made fun of her. "Now that you have become Mrs. Zhou, is money just a number to you? Boss Zhou planted red roses on the entire island just because you want to see them at your wedding? Is that 6 or what?"

Yan Shuyu's initial idea was as plain and simple as that of her little buddy's. She only wished to have some red roses brought over for decoration at the wedding. How'd she to know that money wasn't a thing for the boss at all and, once he had found out that she liked red roses, had people planted red roses all over the island. That was for sure the action of a bad emperor who'd put a beauty over his country.

She was dumbfounded for quite a while after stepping foot on the little island.

"Oh, so you didn't know about this ahead of time?" Manager Yang rubbed his chin and chuckled after he heard that. "That must have made you very happy?"

Yan Shuyu was so happy that she couldn't stop nodding. Because of this act of the boss's, she had certainly been very happy these last few days and was very much looking forward to the day of the wedding. Everybody knows that roses represent love. Ninety-nine roses were enough to convey one's real emotions; nine thousand ninety nine was for sure true love. Their boss was certainly no ordinary people. It was either nothing or an entire island of roses. Had this been leaked onto the web, she would for sure be the headlines on the entire internet.

The two of them had been getting along so well because Manager Yang could more or less follow the way Yan Shuyu's mind worked. He could tell what was going through her mind just from her look. Smiling, he asked, "Roses stand for love. So countless roses from Boss Zhou means his love for you could stand the test of time?"

"You city-dwellers are really something."

Even though the wedding that was an eye opener to all of the guests and lasting memory for life was not posted online and did not get the attention of the public, Yan Shuyu still experienced the treatment of being the female lead in an idol drama. The entire wedding was recorded by cameras from eight different angles.

This magnificent wedding was drawn to a close by Ye Hengjia. Speaking of, this wedding was an eye-opener for all the guest not only because of its senseless luxuriousness but also how it was not confined by the traditions. Usually there would be a flower boy and girl at the wedding. Ye Hengjia was already too tall to be a flower boy and even Zhou Yi was pushing the age limit; nevertheless, there were only two particularly handsome boys in their white and black suits and ties holding up the train of Yan Shuyu's wedding gown for her.

The two even performed "To Elise" as the close of the ceremony.

The amazing performance of the two handsome boys won over a lot of applause from the guests. Yan Shuyu and the boss, as the newlyweds receiving everybody's congratulations, sat in very middle. Smiling, Zhou Qinhe leaned into her ear and asked her softly, "Are you happy?"

Yan Shuyu turned toward him and nodded affirmatively. Seeing the handsome boss in such high-spirit, she was attracted by his charm uncontrollably. She couldn't help but lifted her head and wanted to kiss him on the corner of his mouth in order to express how emotional she was at the moment. Nevertheless, she had miscalculated the angle and, as soon as she had stuck her head over, their lips touched each other's. A large hand, with a wedding band, also wrapped around her waist immediately.

The actions of the bride and groom, naturally, attracted a lot of attention. Their interaction immediately fired up the entire venue and, as such, Yan Shuyu and the boss performed a French kiss, initiated by her, that lasted an entire minute while everybody whistled at them. (^_^)
