"Please turn it off" I said not wanting to open my eyes

"We have to wake up" Dele said as he turned off his alarm

"I know but I don't want to, it's warm and cozy here"

"I know" he said as he leaned over to kiss me.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and got in top of him. Dele put his hands on my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"You have to get up" Dele said pulling away from me

"I know" I said giving him one last peck

"I want to sleep in" I said as I got off of him

"You have to go to work" Dele said

"I know" I said also getting up

"It's unfair that you get afternoon training" I said with a pout

"Well you didn't have to play a match last night" Dele said

"Hmm that's true, you should sleep in and get some rest, I'll take a taxi" I said to Dele

"Are you sure?" I asked as I put on my clothes

"Yes I am"

"Well In that case take my car" he said

"Are you sure?" I asked confused

"Yes I'll ride with Eric or someone" he said

"Okay" I said as we walked down the stairs together

"I'll see you later" Dele said as we got to the door

"See you then" I said as I took the keys from him

"Drive safely" he said as he gave me a peck

"I will"

I left deles house and went straight to the training grounds. I got directly to work with the laundry and getting the stuff that needed to be done, done.

I had made plans to eat lunch with Zoe so we could talk and catch up. She picked me up at the training ground and we went to some restaurant Zoe chose.

"So spill" I said after the waiter left us

"You spill bitch" she said referring to me and Dele.

"Well I talked to Dele and I told him that I tend to push people away when they get too close or I feel like I don't deserve them. I explained everything to him and we're just taking it slow and making it work and trusting each other" I explained to Zoe

"I'm happy for you Ames you're letting yourself be happy and have something good in your life. You deserve it" Zoe said

"Thank you" I said "so tell me about you and Eric"

"I haven't forgiven him yet, We've been talking and I've just been trying to figure out what I want to do, do I want to forgive him or move on. Maybe I'm over dramatic but he broke my trust"

"Zo you're not being over dramatic, he did brake your trust. He behaved like a fucking ass and you have every right to be angry at him. And it's up to you if you want to forgive him and try to start trusting him again and build it up from there. Or you could walk away, it's about how you feel Zo" I said to her

"I don't want to walk away, but I'm still pissed" she said

"You have every right to be pissed he has to earn your trust back" I said

"You don't think I'm over dramatic do you?" She asked

"No Zo you can't belittle your feelings" I said

"I'm not" she said

"You are, your feelings are valid" I said

"I know" she said

"So Mr. Dier, has to earn your trust back" I said

"Yes he does"

"You need tell him that" I said

"I know I will talk to him tonight"

"Good" I said "I know deep down he loves you" I said

"I was at the arsenal Tottenham game working and all" I said

"You saw your dad?" She asked

"Yea I did and he introduced me to the arsenal team"

"Okay....where are we going with this?"

"Ainsley Maitland-Niles asked if I was single in front of the whole team, then later on him, Alex Iwobi and Mateo Guendouzi all started to follow me"

"Have any of them slid into the DMs?" She asked

"No and I hope they do not, I'm with Dele" I said

"Omg imagine the next north London derby, Dele will break legs if any of them try with it you" Zoe said

"Holy shit that would be something" I said laughing

"Why is Ainsley commenting on your pic?" Zoe asked me

"He what?"

"Alex iwobi too"

"This is gonna be fun" I sarcastically said

"Ainsley is shooting his shot" Zo said

"I really need him not too" I said

Zoe just laughed at my comment. It wasn't that I didn't find Ainsley good looking, I did, but I'm with Dele and I'm happy with Dele.

I hung out with Zoe for another couple hours and around 3:30pm she drove me back to the training ground.

I got in and got changed into my Spurs gear before putting out clothes and setting up for training.

I was sitting at the entrance to wait for Dele, I just wanted to hug him.

I sat at the seating area near the entrance and my head snapped up when I heard Eric's voice and Dele was right behind him.

"Hey Bami" I said as I walked up to him and hugged him.

"Hey to you too" Eric said sarcastically

"Hey Eric" I said as I rolled my eyes

"Still unsure if you like me?" Eric said

"Yup"

"You're awfully quite" I said looking up at Dele

"Your Del Boy, is jealous cuz there's arsenal players commenting on your pictures" Eric said

"Shut up" Dele said pushing him, Eric just laughed a bit before leaving us two.

"Bami" I said

"Maybe I got a bit jealous I'm just confused to how you know each other" he said

"I met them when my dad introduced me to the Arsenal and he was just messing about, but I showed no interested because I'm not interested" I said

"I know" he said

"Now kiss me" I said

"I thought you said no kissing at work" he said with a cheeky smile

"Yea you're right"

"No that doesn't mean we have to follow your rules" Dele said

"Nope you're right" I said as I started to walk away

"Common I was only joke" he said walking after me

I couldn't help but smile to myself it was funny seeing him like this.

"Your words come back to bite you" I said with a shrug

He just laughed and wrapped his arm around my waist and pulling me closer to him. After we walked towards the dressing rooms we went our different ways.

I fished the laundry from this morning and cleaned boots and soon enough I was done. I watched the guys train for their upcoming match. I was on my phone for the most part and after they were done I got a head start on the laundry while the guys were showering and all.

"Are you ready to leave?" Dele asked me as he stood at the doorway

"I was actually planning on going home tonight" I said to Dele

"So your ditching me" he said playing hurt

"I am for tonight" i said as I put my hand on his chest.

"Let me give you a ride at least" he said

"Okay, you go out to the car and I'll finish up here" I said

He just nodded before leaving me to it. After I was done I got my stuff and started walking towards the car park.

"Hey" I heard someone say from behind me and I turned around to see winks

"Hi, how are you" I said slowing down so he could catch up

"I'm good, you?"

"I'm good" I said

"So I see you've got Maitland-Niles sliding into your DMs" winks joked

"He's actually not, he's just commenting on my picture" I said

"How do you know him?"

"I met him last night after your match and then he started following me on insta" I said

"So he's interested?"

"I don't know do I look like him? Go ask him"

"Common you have to know if he's interested" he said

"I'm not sure he asked if I was single when I met him, so maybe"

"What do you mean maybe obviously he's into you then" he said

"Well Winksy im not into him"

"I know you're not but, you can toy around with him, keep him around so if you and Dele don't work out" he joked

"Ha ha very funny" he sarcastically said and I couldn't help but laugh.

"I'll see you tomorrow" I said to him

"See you then, don't forget we're going to Liverpool tomorrow" he said reminding me

"Thank you for the reminding me" I said before we parted ways

Me and Dele drove all the way to my house singing along to the radio and just talking about everything and nothing. I kissed dele goodnight before leaving the car and getting in the house.

"James" I yelled as entered the house

"I'm down here" he yelled

I could hear it coming from the basement which was also his teenage man cave.

"What's all this yelling about?" My mum asked as she came down the stairs with Mauricio behind her.

"Your home, haven't seen you in a while" my mum sarcastically said

"Sorry I'll be with you in a minute" I said

"Oh no it's okay try to fit me into your busy schedule" she said

I ran downstairs to see James and friends.

"Oh I didn't realise you guys were here" I said

"What is it" James asked

"I was just thinking we need to catch up and all" I said

"Oh you wanna talk about the the Arsenal players commenting on your insta?" James said

I didn't say anything but just glared at him.

"Common you know Mathew and Omar, you can talk about it" he said

"Fine what ever" I said sitting down on the couch

"So at the match I ran into dad, then he introduced me to the Arsenal team and Maitland-Niles seemed to be flirting or something, asked me if I was single" I said

"What did you say?" James asked

"I didn't answer I left, then him, iwobi started following me and I didn't think much of it" I said

"Then today I posted that pic and then Niles commented and I was so confused" I said

"Did he write to you? Or?" Omar asked

"I don't know"

"What do you mean you don't know?" James asked taking my phone from me.

"I get DMs from spurs fan girls threatening me, so I don't check my DMs" I said

All the boys were all looking at my phone as I sat at the couch next to them. I was anxious, I didn't want him to write to me. Soon the boys all started screaming and laughing.

"What?" I asked scared

"He wrote to you" James said showing me

"This doesn't mean anything you're all overreacting, I'm with Dele. I only want to be with Dele so stop acting like a bunch of gossiping bitches" I said

"You're not gonna answer?" Mathew asked me

"No I'm not gonna answer" I said taking my phone back

I just said bye to them before going into my mums bedroom to talk to her.

She was already ready for bed and was in her bed reading a book.

"Oh so you finally have time for me?" My mum asked as she put her book down

"Where's Mauricio?" I asked

"In his office working" she said

I just nodded before getting into bed with her.

"So you want to tell me about you and Dele?" She asked

"I guess we're together, it's been up and down lately" I said

"Why? What happened and why haven't you told me?" She asked

"Well you know Zo and Eric are together, Zo told Eric something really personal and Eric told the guys as if it was nothing and he tried to justify it. Then it's been stuff with his ex and my insecurities" I said

"But you're good now?" She asked

"Yes we are, he makes me happy"

"He's treating you good?" She asked

"Yes mum"

"What happened to you never dating someone for 'the wrong side of town?'"

"I was hoping we could forget that" I sarcastically said. She just laughed and nodded.

"You enjoying work?"

"Yes mum" I said

"I'm happy for you" she said

"Thank you"

"How is Zoe, it's been a while since I've seen her"

"She's not doing too great right now, her and Eric are going through something and she's having a hard time" I said

"Don't tell me he cheated because if he did I will make sure he regrets it for the rest of his life" she said

"Woah woah, who are we threatening?" Mauricio asked as he walked in and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Your player Eric" my mum said

"What did he do?" He asked as he got into bed next to my mum.

"He didn't cheat, but he broke Zoe's trust. But I don't know I think they'll work it out" I said

"You know I love Zoe but I can't have her distracting my players"

"Excuse me I can't have you players distracting her from her studies" my mum said back

"I'm gonna leave you guys to it" I said as I started getting out of their bed

"Good night" they both said to me

"Goodnight" I said back before leaving their room.

I went up to mine and packed my bag for tomorrow's match. I wasn't really in the mood but I didn't have a choice. I got into my bed and was watching greys anatomy on my tv. I missed just being in my bed and having alone time.

I woke up by a knock on the door I slowly opened my eyes and just groaned.

"I'll take that as you're awake" Mauricio said from the other side of the door

"Yes" I said back to him.

I didn't want to leave my bed, it was so warm and cozy. I feel asleep quite early so I didn't understand why I was so tired. I dragged my ass out of bed and went into the bathroom to take a shower and brush me teeth.

I got dressed and put on a bit of makeup before packing my bag and leaving my room to go down stairs.

"Are you ready?" Mauricio asked me

I just nodded as I yawned, I was exhausted. I really was.

"We should get going, we can get coffee at the airport" he said

I just nodded and went out to the car.

"You my friend aren't that talkative today" Mauricio said as we got in the car.

"I'm just really tired" I said

"You know what James told me last night?" Mauricio asked

"Oh no, was it about Ainsley?" I asked rolling my eyes

"Yes" he said while chuckling

"I'm not interested, I met him after the match and he was being I guess flirty? But I'm not interested"

"Obviously, you're with Dele"

"I don't think I'd be interested even if Dele wasn't in the picture, he seems too childish, I don't know" I said

The rest of the car ride we were pretty quite and just listening to the radio. I think it had to do with us both being extremely tired.
