She got in the shower and rinsed the shampoo and turned off the shower as she wrapped a towel around her and went out of the bathroom.

I was straightening my hair as she opens the closet and wore one of my hoodies with underwear and nothing else.

She wrapped her arms around me from behind and said "come to bed.."

"Okay baby..let me just finish straightening my hair and I'll cuddle with you, okay?.." I looked at her from the mirror.

She nodded and took the comb and slicked back her hair after she dried it. She sneaked into the covers as I smiled while looking at her from the mirror.

"Who woulda thought.." I thought

"Baby, do you want dinner now?..we can heat it later if you're not hungry.." I said as I came to her and kissed her jawline.

"Yeah I'm coming downstairs.." she said in a sleepy tone.

Fun fact: when she gets sleepy, she acts likes she's drunk or something. She can't control her temper or even talk properly.

She came downstairs and stared at me as she moved her fork on the spaghetti not eating it. We were silent for some reason..I was surprised she didn't come and sit on my lap and waited for me to feed her or even smile at me..

"Baby..I'm such a jerk why did I tell you about lily..are you upset?.." she threw the fork on the table as she frowned

"No..baby..I'm not..don't be sad it's ok..come here." She came to me and hugged me.

"You know I don't want to upset you.." she said slowly as she almost slept.

"I know baby..but please promise it won't happen again.." I pouted

"It won't...promise.." she kissed me and went back to eat.

She put her plate in the sink as she finished and went upstairs.

I washed our dishes and went upstairs. I laid next to her as she fainted in bed. It still 4 pm but we always need a nap after college. I covered her and kissed her lips as I pulled her close to me and slept.

I woke up with my head on her chest. And she was running her fingers through my hair. I didn't move cause I didn't want her to stop.

"Baby.." I said in a sleepy tone

"Yes baby.."

"What time is it?.." I closed back my eyes

"It's 5:45. We only slept for an hour or so.." she kissed my top head.

"I love holding you like that.." she giggled

"Well, you should do that more often.."

Fast forwards

(3 weeks later)

It's the last day of second year for Jade. I still have a week to go. She was super excited. I usually go to work an hour before her so she sometimes oversleeps. But today, no..she decided to come with me...well, okay.

I was in my office after I finished my last class with her. I hugged all the students goodbye including her..they all know she's my favorite by now.

I heard a knock on the door. And she came in and locked the door behind Her and sat on my lap as she pushed back the chair.

"Aren't you gonna miss me, Miss?.." she smirked.

"Jade..we literally live in the same house.." I giggled

"I know but I'm gonna miss you.." she pecked my lips.

I smiled and looked at her. "I'll be with you..silly"

"When are you coming home today?.." she said as she smiled hoping the answer will be now.

"I'm sorry baby..I'm coming home late..you can hang out with your friends till I come or watch a movie or something..here, okay?..this is my credit card if you wanna buy anything online or wanna go to the mall or whatever, okay?.."

"Oh. Hell no baby keep it..."

"Like when will you come?..3? 4? 5? When?.."

"At 4 or so..if I finished my work early I'm gonna come early, okay?..just go home baby and relax, it's your last day...don't lock yourself at home if your friends are going somewhere, okay?..don't worry about me coming home and not finding you..alright?" I cupped her face.

she nodded and smiled. "Okay baby, bye.." I kissed her one last time before she left and smiled.

I was working my ass off the past few weeks. But I'm getting good payment so no complaints.

I went back home and Jumped in bed. I can smell her scent. Where is she already?..

I know she's working for us..even tho we're kinda rich but like you don't know what life brings you..I cleaned the house even tho she told me not to do that again without her helping me.

I did the laundry, washed the dishes, cleaned our room and laid in bed. My friends aren't going anywhere..I don't even have that many friends...

2 hours passed by, it's 3 o'clock, she'll be home sooonnn, hell yes!!. I picked up her guitar and started singing "death bed".

Around 4 o'clock I came in and saw the house all cleaned up. I told her sexy ass not to clean without me..

I went upstairs and sneaked my head in and saw her singing with her husky voice while playing my guitar.

I kept staring at her as she sang. I couldn't help but come in and sit next to her as her face lit up when she saw me.

"I'm home.." was all I said before she dropped the guitar and jumped on me as she straddled me.

"Finally..it's really bad in here without you.." she pouted and placed her head on my shoulder.

I stroked her pixie blonde hair as she sighed in happiness. "Why is it bad?.." I said and she shrugged. "I love when you're around..it makes me feel safe..".

"Promise me You won't ever leave me.." she whispered.

"I promise I'll always be here with you..what happened, have you felt lonely?.."

She nodded. "I needed you.." .

I held her as she wrapped her arms and legs around me and placed her in bed as I changed into a tank top with matching shorts and laid next to her.

"I'll be here with you all the time since it's weekend.." I kissed her forehead and she came closer to me.

"I have something to give you though..." I smiled

She looked up at me. "Close your eyes Jadey" i said as I got up and took a box out of the closet. It's a promise ring I wanted to give for a while now..this is a proof to her that I'm really planning to stay...I'm not going anywhere..I'm never leaving her. Not only that...also, Some Jordans she wanted for a hot minute.

I came back to her and hid the Jordans under the pillow and opened the ring box. "Open now..." I said

She opened her eyes and gasped. "Baby..this is a promise ring I've wanted to give for the past few weeks and I kinda wanted to prove to you that I'm never leaving you...I'm here to stay with you..I promise you to exchange this with an engagement ring..and you'll be mine forever.." I almost teared up.

I looked at her as she cried and kissed me. "I love you.."

"I love you too, baby...and I also got you this.." I took out the Jordan's as her jaw dropped.

"Babe..how'd you know..." she chuckled

"Well, I saw you searching for it on amazon, so I thought why don't I get you them.." I kissed her.

I placed the ring on her finger. "Thank god I got the right size..." I sighed as she laughed.

"I love this thank you so much.." she straddled me.

We snuggled and watched the office on Netflix and she was laughing so hard.

I smiled and kissed her top head.
