After getting done with classes for the day, Kendall put her head down on the desk. She hasn't had a moment's peace in college, because all she did was write, write, and write, and... STUDY STUDY STUDY. Finally being done for now, she lifted her head up, and drank a bottled water on her desk. "Kendall..."

She turned to the voice, and saw that it was her otome-loving best friend, Sayuri. "Hey! What's up!"

Sayuri twirled her fingers, and sat down next to her. "W-Well... I have to tell you something. I wanted to say this in the beginning, but I was scared to say it."

"What do you want to say? I'll listen."

"You're my best friend and I hope you continue to think of me as one when I'm about to tell you this..." She inhaled and exhaled, looking Kendall in the eyes. "I'm bi."

She blinked and responded with a smile. "I'm so happy that you came out to me. I won't think of you any differently, because of your sexuality. I'm really proud of you that you built up your courage to say that to me, and I will support you on this."

She smiled brightly and hugged her. "Oh thank you! You are the bestest friend anyone could ever ask for!" Kendall hugged back, comforting her best friend as she was crying tears of joy.

After class, Kendall was sitting in her car and looking at a flier that Sayuri gave her as a thank you. 'I'm not able to go to this convention, but maybe you and boyfriend can!' Remembering her words, she felt grateful to have a friend like her.

She arrived at the residence, first greeted by Kenta. "Hello Kendall! How was classes today?"

"Tiring as usual."

"You say that a lot. Don't push yourself too hard!"

"Don't worry, I'm not. I'm glad that I can finally have a break."

"That's good!"

Soon after, Subaru and Goto walked up to them, and Kendall in response, smirked. "What are you guys walking together for?"

"Save it. We had to discuss an investigation together. Nothing more."

"I didn't even want to talk to him about this."

"What's that supposed to mean, Mr. Pajamas?"

"You got a problem, Rosemary?"

"Ok! Ok! Stop fighting, you cute married couple!"

"We're not married!" They both exclaimed.

"You sure act like it. And besides, you two are my OTP."

They both sighed. "You and your wild fantasies..."

She cackled. "Anyway, I'm going to meet up with the rest of the guys."

"The Party Police? Count me out. I need to get back to Ishigami."

"I'll walk you in, Kendall."

"Ok! See ya Kenta!"

"R-Right! See ya!"

Subaru and Kendall walked into the residence together, she was soon greeted by Sora hugging her. "It feels like it's been forever since I last saw you!"

"Chill. I was only gone for a week."

"That's a week too long!"

"Sora! Get off of her!" Subaru said and pulled him off Kendall.

"Hey! Don't interfere with the bestie duo!"

"Hmph. I just did. What are you going to do about it?"

"Hey Kendall. You're here." Kaiji said walking up to them.

"Kaiji! Hey!! What's been up with you?"

"I met someone who is very... Interesting."

"Wait... You're dating someone?!"

"N-No! It's not anything like that! We're just friends and she writes these... These sexy stories! I don't know how she writes them with a straight face!"

All she could do was laugh. "That's so cool! I hope you'll see past all that!"

"A girl writing those kinds of things?! That's so fierce!"

"I agree with you Sora. But the look on Kaiji's face says otherwise."

"S-Shut up! I'm just not used to it is all!"

"Tsundere!" Kendall and Sora said.

"I'm not tsundere! I didn't say that it bothered me or anything!" He said in a very Tsunny way.

"Anyway... We all should head to the SP room before chief chews us out." Subaru suggested.

They all entered the SP room where they saw Katsuragi and Mizuki organizing files. "Hello Kendall. Done with classes for the day?"

"Yes I am, Mizuki. I'm tired and all I want right now is a nap."

"Miss Ferreira, Mizuki is almost done with his work. In the meantime, please sit in that chair over there."

She sat in the chair, and Sora was next to her whistling. "Yes? May I help you?"

"No. But maybe you can help me." He said winking at her.

"Uh... I need an adult."

"I am an adult."

They both busted out laughing at the same time. "Sora! What are you doing with Kendall?" Mizuki asked coming over.

"We're just having a good laugh! It's what besties do!"

"You should be working instead of messing around or else chief is going to yell at you again."

"Alright! Alright! I see how it is! You just want me to leave your girlfriend alone, am I right?"

"Sora! Quit fooling around and get back to work! NOW!"

"Whoops! Gotta run! See ya Kendall!" And with that, he started working.

"I'll be done soon so please wait a little longer."

She nodded in response, and went through her phone at the time being.

After work, they went over to Mizuki's apartment, relaxing in the couch and watching T.V. "Oh right! I got this flier from Sayuri today, and so I was wondering if you wanted to go to this!"

She handed him the flier which was an anime convention that was starting next weekend. "An anime convention?"

"Yeah! Do you want to attend?"

"I have that weekend off, so yeah we can go."

"Sweet! I know who to cosplay as!"

"Who are you going to cosplay as?"

"You know that one anime I love so much that has ayakashis in it? Well... I was going to cosplay as Nanami, and I had something in mind for you... How about you be... Pffff Mizuki! That snake familiar."

"Huh? There's a character with the same name as me?"

"Yeah! I think you would suit perfectly as him! What do you say?!"

"I can give it a try of it means that will make you happy."

"Yay! I'm so excited!"

About a week later, they went to the convention, dressed as Nanami and Mizuki. "That looks so good on you Mizuki!"

"This is a lot of makeup..."

"Don't worry about the makeup! We're here to have fun! Come on!" She said, pulling him along.

Taking pictures and buying merchandise, they bumped into a guy that was wearing the most amazing outfit Kendall has ever seen. "Excuse me, but do you know where you can get Taiyaki in this place?"

"You just go right over there. And I gotta say... That's a nice get-up, dude!"

"Thanks! It's my work uniform actually."

"Oh wow really? What kind of place has uniforms like that?"

"Let's just say I work at a place where I can prank people." He said with a cheeky grin.

"So like a comedian or something?"

"Yeah that's it! Haha that's exactly it!"

"That's so cool! Weren't you going to get yourself Taiyaki?"

"Oh yeah! I guess I had fun talking with you! Well... See ya!" He ran off, getting in line for Taiyaki.

"That guy was flirting with you..."

"Nah. We were just having a casual conversation. To think that's his work uniform, that's awesome, right?!"

"It stands out that's for sure."

"Yeah! Well anyway... Let's check that out over there!"

"Hehe alright."

The next day, Kendall was at her part-time job at Le Renard Noir. She was taking people's orders at the mean time. "Are you ready to order?"

"Yes. I would like fish and chips with a beer."

"Same thing, please."

"Riku! Don't get beer! You've been drinking too much lately!"

"Stop trying to baby me, Makoto."

"So... Two of the same orders then?"

"...Yes."

"Ok! Two orders of the fish and chips with a beer coming right up!"

She gave the order to Atsumu, and went over to another table to take orders. "We'll just have the usual." The older Kujo brother said.

"Got you covered, Doc."

"But this time, give me sake to go with it."

"Haha! Ok Hyosuke!"

After serving food to the two tables, she was going to take the Black Foxes orders next. "The usual for all of you?"

They nodded in response. "Busy night, huh?" Kenshi asked.

"Yeah... But it pays the bills.

"Don't overdo it like you usually do."

"Thanks Riki, I won't."

"You've been working hard both school and work."

"I know, Hiro. It has been crazy for me lately, but I'm glad that I can finally have breaks in between some things now."

"Don't be an idiot and procrastinate at the last minute!"

"Been there, done that. Not a good idea. Haha! Anyway, your food will be out in a minute."

She got the trays of food on both of her hands. "You're on fire tonight, Kendall!"

"Thanks Boss!"

"Just for that, after serving the boys, you can leave early. You deserve it."

"Really? Will you be alright serving all these people?"

"Yeah I'll be fine! You have been doing such a great job, in fact a little too great, that you deserve some time off."

"Oh... Well... Thank you very much."

Getting off from work, she soon got a message from Mizuki saying the guys were going to do some karaoke tonight and asked if she wanted to join. She responded with a yes, and headed towards the karaoke bar.

She arrived there with the bodyguards waiting for her at a table. "Hey guys! What did I miss?"

"Nothing much! We were waiting for you so we can have a toast!" Sora said.

"Sweet! So can I have my own cup of whatever you're having?"

"No. You're under aged, remember?" Mizuki asked.

"Yeah, but one sip wouldn't hurt, right?"

"Please don't."

"Fine, fine..."

They clanked their glasses together, and drank their drinks in sync. Kendall was trying to get her own sake glass, but Mizuki stopped her again. "Don't do it, Kendall."

"Look! Gobaru!" She pointed out.

It distracted him for a second, and she managed to get the glass and drink it in one gulp. "Ew it taste nasty! But I feel some stress melting off..."

"Hey! I told you not to drink that!"

"Can I have another?"

"No you may not!"

She looked over to Sora, giving him a wink. Surprisingly, he declined as well. "Even you're saying no?!"

"I'm sorry, but you really can't drink at this age."

"Why don't you have some iced water instead?"

"Ok..."

When she got her water, she couldn't help but stare at the sake glass. 'I really shouldn't... But it made me feel a little relieved... Man! Why do I have to be underaged?!' While no one was looking, she took a glass and gulped it down. "A college student has to do what they have to do..."

After drinking about four more glasses, she didn't feel like herself. "It's karaoke time! Who wants to go first?!"

"Ooh! Ooh! I want to!" Kendall said and hiccuped.

"Are you feeling alright?"

"Yes sir I am feeling great! I want to sing first!"

"Kendall... You didn't..."

"What? I didn't drink five shots or anything."

"You what?!"

Before they could say anything else, the karaoke machine started playing. She was dancing to the beat in the weirdest way possible.

"Why the fuck you lyin? Why you always lyin? Mmmohmygod~ Stop fucking lyin~ Always lyin to me~ You lyin so much~ You're making it hard for me~"

"Those aren't even the right lyrics!"

"Every time you tell me something, I figured that you're lyin~ You always lie, you fakin~ Oh yeah~ yeah I know you're lyin, but you sound excited! And you know that I know that you're lyin! Ooh girl~"

They just sat there in sat in disbelief, and she stood on top of the table, continuing to sing.

"I'mma keep on lyin to you~ lyin to you, you think it's the truth~ Ooh~"

The next song she sung was a rap which she successfully did without stuttering, and kept continuing on and on.

"Ok... You should sit down. You already sang seven songs in a row..."

"No! Just one more!"

"You said that the last time!"

"Wow... I can believe that she raps when she's drunk... That was the last thing I would expect..."

"Sit down please!"

"...Ok."

Trying to calm down, Sora stepped up to the mic to get ready to sing. "I swear if this is another one of those songs..." Kaiji said.

"Let's get out of this town~"

"You just had to jinx it..." Subaru said.

Katsuragi let out a sigh, letting everyone know that he was done for the night. On the other hand, Mizuki was next to Kendall, trying to have her keep still. It was a crazy night for everyone, and it still continued to be.
