《Aphrodisiac ✔️(mikaelson soulmate)》Chapter IV: Nothing but a Flirt

Kol dragged me up the stairs, only loosening his grip once he was away from his siblings. Kol stopped with an annoyed sigh as he glanced towards me. Did I do something?
"Here comes the bore." Kol muttered before a man came out of his room. The fourth triangle on my wrist lite up in a yellow color. "Hello brother." Kol chirped. The man looked at his younger brother before looking to me, his body seeming to stiffen a bit. I couldn't tell if he was uncomfortable or what.
"Hello." I greeted him calmly. His hazel eyes stared at me before he stepped towards me. His stare should have made me uncomfortable, but it didn't. If anything, it only caused my insides to flutter. He stopped right in front of me.
"You are absolutely exquisite." He breathed as his hand lightly touched my cheek. "My name is Finn Mikaelson." He smiled.
"Octavia Yorker." I introduced, staring up at him. He was the tallest so far between the siblings. Although, Kol was not much shorter than him. "You can call me-"
"Yes, Vee. Alright now lets go." Kol interrupted. Finn turned his head to his brother with a slight glare. "Oh, don't look at me like that. You will get your time together."
"Kol." I spoke up, my voice coming out stern which kind of threw him off. It caught me off guard as well. But Finn, he smiled in triumph.
"Also, I am not a bore." Finn added before he looked back to me, his hand grabbing mine gently. His initials, F.M., looping into the Yellow triangle. His eyes looked back at mine. "I am not a bore." He assured me, his eyebrows raised. I leaned towards him some.
"I'm sure you'll prove it to me." I assured him with a smile. Finn's eyes filled with mischief, like he was thinking of ways to prove it. He leaned closer to me, his breath hitting my face slightly.
"I promise, I will prove it to you." He agreed with a subtle wink, before pulling back and releasing my hand. "I'll let you return to-" He looked over at Kol before backing up some. "Whatever it is that you two are doing..." He trailed off. Probably creating some kind of scenario in his head.
"Kol is just showing me my room. That's All." I clarified for him. Finn raised his eyebrow at me as Kol came up beside me and threw his arm over my shoulders.

"Yeah- showing her to her room. You know.." Kol winked, pushing the thoughts that Finn was already thinking more. I shoved Kol slightly.
"Showing me my room and then leaving me to rest." I told him, shoving Kol again as he tried to wrap his arm around my waist. Finn chuckled, shaking his head as he watched his brother try to throw himself at me.
"Ugh. Fine. You two might get along great then." I turned to look at Kol with my brow raised.
"Are you calling me a bore?" I asked him. Kol's eyes widen as he realized what he had just called me.
"I-I uh no-I wouldn't-" Kol stammered as Finn tried to keep a straight face.
"I think he did, Sweetheart." Finn agreed. Kol glared at his brother before crossing his arms.
"Hmm, Finn, would you care to show me to my room then? We Bores should stick together." I said as Finn grinned, holding his arm out. I smiled, wrapping my arm through his and we walked away, leaving Kol standing there lost and dumbfounded.
"What the hell just happened?" I heard him mumble as Finn and I laughed together and he led me to a bedroom and closed the door.
"I must apologize for my younger brothers. They both are going to be huge bothers to you." Finn informed me as I looked around the room before sitting down on the edge of the bed. It was so much softer than what I had been sleeping in. Usually, sleeping in my car or cheap motels.
"What do you mean bothers? I find Kol funny." I told him as I looked up at him. Finn shook his head.
"They are huge flirts. Might try to trap you alone." He clarified as he looked around. I raised my eyebrow at him.
"Are you saying you aren't a flirt? Didn't you just trap me alone in my room?" I questioned him. Finn looked up at me, before noticing he did in fact close the bedroom door. He looked back over to me, a small smirk on his lips.
"Is that alright?" He questioned, walking over to me. "Would you like me to be a flirt?" He asked as he stood in front of me. My eyes widened a bit as he leaned over, pushing me back softly before hovering over me. "Maybe, you prefer this? Me flirting with you. Throwing myself at you." My heart was pounding in my chest as he leaned over me, his face near my own. "Would it be too soon to kiss you?" He asked as his hazel eyes looked at my lips. I think I forgot how to breath.

"I-" I forgot how to speak apparently as well. Finn smirked down at me as his breath fanned over my lips. His face coming closer to me as his eyes met mine.
"Octavia.." He whispered. I darted my tongue out, wetting my lips in anticipation. My eyes closing as he lowered his face closer. But after a minute I felt a coolness. Opening my eyes, Finn was standing up right and was by the door. A smile on his face. "Are you alright, sweetheart?" He questioned as I sat up. My body felt warm and yet disappointed.
"Um- yeah. I'm okay." I muttered.
Finn left my room shortly after his teasing. But my peace didn't last long when Elijah knocked on my door.
"I was wondering if you'd like me to accompany you to your car. We can get it towed, but for now retrieve your belongings." I smiled at him, nodding.
"Sure. It'd be nice to have some pajamas tonight." I told him before following him out of the room and down the stairs. "Is Klaus not coming home today?" Elijah smiled when the word home came from my lips. Probably happy I was accepting it so easily. But I blame it on the shock still running through me.
"I believe he is still setting up things with Ms. Gilbert about her safety. But he should be home later tonight." I grimaced thinking of Elena. I knew trust was something I didn't really believe in. But she gave me up the day she met me. How selfish. I followed Elijah outside to his car, allowing him to open my door for me and close it once I was inside. We were silent for a while as he drove to the edge of town.
"I um-" I tried, trying to think of a way to break the silence. I hated quiet. It made me more alert to my surroundings and I hated it. Elijah seemed to understand what I was doing.
"Were you close to your family?" Elijah questioned. His eyes held sympathy, so he knew they were dead. But it wasn't too sore of a subject anymore. Being they died over five years ago now.
"I was. I was really close to my dad. We actually built my car together." I told him. Elijah raised his eyebrow at me, showing to be slightly impressed.
"You built a car?" I nodded to his question.
"My dad did most of the work though. I was 13 when we started. And we finished it right before I was 15."
"And your mom?" Elijah asked.
"She was a therapist. So I always felt like she was trying to fix me. But she made me see things beyond what others did- so I guess I'm thankful for that." I told him, smiling as I thought of how much beauty my mother saw in the world. She always was pointing out the positive, never looking at the negative.
"Any siblings?"
"I had an older sister and a baby brother. Elizabet and Adrian." I told him. Thinking back to my siblings. Eliza was sassy and had a serious attitude. Adrian flirted with women twice his age.
"I'm sorry that you loss them." Elijah sympathized.
"And I'm sorry you've loss just about everyone. It must be hard- being a vampire. Living for such a. Long time." I said with a frown.
"It is. But that's why my brothers and I were blessed with you." He told me with a smile. I smiled back before a thought entered my mind.
"But I'm human..Are you wanting me to become a vampire?" Elijah looked to be in thought.
"Maybe when the time comes- I wouldn't want to think of living without you." He said in deep thought.
"But you don't even know me. You're just saying that because of the marking." I told him, lifting my hand to look at my wrist. Three out of the Four triangles were lite up in color with some initials inside. "It's the only reason you all are being so nice to me." Elijah reached over and took my hand.
"I won't say that it isn't part of the reason we all feel something. But I guarantee you that we will fall in love with you, because of you. Not because of some marking that made us destined." I smiled at him, lacing my fingers with his before squeezing his hand. I could get used to this.

Find a way back home? Or stay and change the flow of time? A little note here; this story is a bit rushed. Considered that it is old and I have little time to revise the story whole.
