I stared at Nik in disbelief, glancing over my torn clothes before looking back to him expectantly.
"Um- You didn't want me going out in my bra and overalls but you'll let me go out like this?" I questioned him with my brows raised. Nik chuckled, shaking his aead at me.
"Oh, definitely not." I watched as he adjusted himself before opening the car door and getting out. I waited, confused before he came back from his trunk. A small canvas bag in his hand being handed to me. I gave him an odd look as I looked inside and saw a dress in the bag. Cotton and stretchy. "Kol and I are a bit more adventurist and always come prepared." Nik admitted. I let out a laugh at his honest explanation as I pulled out the dress.
"So you like planned this, didn't you?" Nik raised his eyebrow at me as I pulled my overalls over my head to discard the tattered jean material. "You didn't like my outfit." i pointed out. Nik laughed, shaking his head.
"Are you asking if I planned to rip your clothes off?" I raised my eyebrow at him, challenging him to tell me I was wrong. "Well- I wasn't." Nik told me, his eyebrows raised to a peak to show he was a bit shocked at my accusation.
"Mhmm, sure." I hummed as I pulled the dress on. "So there's no- no underwear?" Nik grinned in response as he started the car back up.
"Easier access." He shrugged as he began to drive. The dress was a dark brown color. Darker than my skin, but also complimentary. Not to mention it stretched over my 22week size belly perfectly. Nik glanced over as I ran my hand over the swollen stomach. "Pregnancy really does work for you. I can't wait to see you holding our baby in your arms." He complimented. I looked over at Nik, smiling.

"Who says it's yours?" I teased. Nik shook his head.
"Doesn't matter if it's Finn's or Kol's. That baby is all of ours. And will be treated like royalty." The butterflies in my stomach swarmed at the thought that they had all considered this baby as their's.
"And you wouldn't be mad if this wasn't- biologically yours?" I asked carefully. My voice coming off small and dripping with worry. Nik glanced over at me, eyebrows furrowed as he tried to process my question.
"Mad? How could I be? This child is a miracle as it is. You've given us such a blessing." Nik smiled as he looked back to the road. The smile showing exactly how excited he was with the baby.I bit at my lip as I reached over and grabbed his hand, placing it on my stomach, the baby kicking softly against him and causing him to grin wider.
"Who's do you think it is then?" I asked as we neared a parking lot where a nice restaurant sat.
"My bet is on Finn." Nik nodded as he pulled into the parking lot, agreeing with himself.
"Finn? Why Finn?"
"He seems more attached to you right now. Clingy." He shrugged. I snorted out a laugh.
"Clingy? Look who's talking." Nik turned to face me after parking, his eyes narrowed at me.
"I am Not clingy." My eyebrows raised as I leaned over towards him.
"Like the good boy you are." I praised, my hand reaching out to scratch behind his ear jokingly. Nik let out a growl at my tease, grabbing my hand to stop the scratching.
"Careful, love. I bite." He promised. My lips tugged into a smirk.
"I count on it."

Nik sat next to me in one of those rounded booths. The restaurant was one of those that was not fancy, but not like McDonalds. A nice family place. We had already ordered. I had ordered a plate of French fry's with one of those appetizers of Spinach Artichoke dip. Nik rolling his eyes at my odd order.

"Don't roll your eyes at me." I huffed at him.
Nik raised his brow at me before placing his hand on my thigh, trying to come off casual. But I knew him too well. Nik wasn't casual. I placed my hand over his, stopping it from moving.
"Nik." I warned. He glanced at me with a playful smirk. He was apparently very confident today. His hand inched upwards. Fingers playing sith the hem of the dress. I leaned against him some, my lips brushing against his ear. "Don't make me punish you, Nikki."
Nik growled at the idea of losing control to me, but his fingers squeeziing my thigh told me he liked it.
"Maybe when we get home, I can get Kol tohold up his little agreement with me." I wondered outloud. Nik paused his movement, looking at me.
"Agreement?"
"Oh, you remember that day I walked around naked?" Nik smirked at the memory, nodding slightly. "Well, Kol made an agreement with me to make me to that."
"And what kind of agreement was it?" I dart my tongue out, licking my lips slowly. Pulling his slightly darkened eyes to my lips.
"Hmm just something I've kept in my back pocket for when you misbehave." Nik's smirk grew as his fingers moved under my dress.
"Well, color me curious, love." Nik purred into my ear as the server brought our food. His hand froze for a second as they placed our order in front of us and left.
Then his fingers moved further. Pushing between my thighs. And I let him. Tonight would surely be fun. For me.
I did my best to ignore Nik prying my thighs apart subtl. Picking up a french fry and dipping it into my artichoke dip. Nik watching me cautiously as I plopped the fry into my mouth.
"That is such an odd combination." He muttered, his fingers toying with my folds under the table. He seemed to not have a care in the world that someone just had to look under the table to see what was going on.
"How so? Normally you use a chip. Chips are typically a type of corn or potato. Both are a starch making them related. A fry is a form of potato." I explained to him matter of factly. Nik stared at me with his brow raised.
"You know, you are very tempting to me when you talk like that." I looked at him confused.
"Talk like what?"
"All smart. Like a scientist or something." He leaned closer. "Makes me want to lay you out on this table and bury myself in you again." His smirk brushed along my ear as a blush rushed up my neck. I reached over grabbing my ice water and sipping it before clearing my throat. "Alright, Octavia? Did I fluster you a bit?"
His finger dug into my core, pushing past my folds and pulled a gasping cough out of me.
"Need more water, miss?" A server asked as they came by with a pitcher. Still coughing, I nodded, pushing my glass towards them. Nik was a mess of pride. Glad he could affect me so easily and drastically.
After drinking more water and clearing the cough from my system, I turned to look at him. My eyes narrowed.
"Prepare yourself, Nikki. Tonight will not be in your favor." I warned him. Nik shrugged, carelessly as he thrusted two fingers deep into me. He was literally challenging me right now. And I would not let him win.

The Egg Guardian
First and foremost, I must apologize as this story is currently on an indefinite hiatus. School, my main project, and writer's block have gotten in the way. I was rather unprepared when I began posting this and kind of just did it on a whim. Thus, I shall ensure I am thoroughly prepared before posting anything else, but I plan to return to this someday to conitnue it. What better retirement plan for a scumbag than to become a demon? Whether he likes it or not, that's Berrick's only choice. Heaven thinks hell is getting a little lukewarm and Berrick is just the guy to heat things up again. Follow Berrick as he works for home and hell as one of the few Egg Guardians. Author's note: Are you looking for bad writing, terrible dialogue, short chapters, and slow releases? Then you've come to the right place! This is honestly just something I'm writing for fun and figured I'd publish while I'm working on my main project, but I always appreciate constructive criticism so I can improve. Picture obtained on google.
