Jasmine puts the towels in the racks and checks the room before locking it properly.

"Hey Kiddo" Adrian greets as he puts his arms around Jasmine; she smiles as they both walk together.

"So done with everything? I hope Scar didn't eat your brains out?" he chuckles knowing her.

"It's nothing I can't handle. She has gone crazier than this and I should thank you for it. If you weren't there to keep her busy on things she would have definitely done some damage" she teases and Adrian laughs loudly.

"Wait till your mate claims you then I'll see who is more busy!" he wiggles his eyes as he stops at his office door.

"Oh! Before I forget make sure Advin's room is clear. I don't want him to come back after all this time and see his room not up to mark for him" he states before going in.

Jasmine stands still as she hears Adrian's order. She has never stepped a foot in his room ever, not even when he was here.

She never wanted to go inside that one place which was only his. She has never given herself the privilege to enter that part of him and she will not be changing that anytime soon.

Jasmine finds Scar in the garden picking up some flowers so she walks up to her. Clearing her throat, she tries to get Scar's attention.

"Ah! Jasmine, aren't these flowers beautiful?" she asks as she shows her the beautiful roses.

Checking the flowers she nods at Scar happily before she gathers enough courage to talk with her.

"Um Alpha Adrian asked me to check on the future Alpha's room" she starts by informing her.

"Oh really, well that's good you can go and do it, Jasmine. You don't have to ask my permission for that" she replies as she keeps on watering the plants.

"Actually, I was thinking if you wanted to decorate his room. It would be wonderful if you do it...

I mean won't it feel more like home to him, if he finds his mother's scent that surrounds him when he falls asleep in there, his first night in years at home" she explains in hurry.

Scar beams as soon as she hears about the idea and gets excited at the thought of decorate her son's room.

"Ho...Jasmine, you are such a sweetheart! I never thought about it at all. Thank you so much for being so understanding!" with that said she rushes to her son's room.

Jasmine closes her eyes before taking a deep breath, thank god Scar said yes because she could not do that not to her or him by setting foot in his personal space because she does not have that right from him.

Moving to the kitchen to help others prepare for the dinner, she finds the head chef Georgia cutting some onions and she rushes to her side.

"Let me!" she says as she takes the knife away from her hand.

"Oh thank you! Everyone's busy for tomorrow so I couldn't ask anyone for help" she smiles at Jasmine.

Jasmine helps Georgia to prepare for dinner before returning to her room to finish her homework. Tired with the rush of whole day she finally falls asleep.

The commotion around the house buzzes up even more than last few days which wake Jasmine from her slumber, she freshens up before joining in with the day's activities which she is sure will keep her busy for a few days.

As she makes her way out of the room, she finds some of the people entering rooms with their suitcases in tow. The guests have arrived, she thinks before entering the kitchen, which is in chaos as she has expected.

The Alpha's are busy greeting the guests, as for other some are showing guests their room, and some are arranging for refreshments. She sighs as she goes into the kitchen and gets a cup of coffee.

"Are you going to school?" Warren asks as he joins her. She shakes her head no making him sigh.

"Its ok, you can go. It's not like we can't handle it if you aren't here!" He ruffles her hair as he states

"But..." she goes to protests only for him to grab her arm and push her out of the door.

"Get out! I don't want to see you here till you come back from your school and if I see you..." she puts her hand up in the air stopping his tirade.

"Okay, okay" she gives in as she gets out of the kitchen towards her room

Warren has been kind to her for all these years; he has helped her open up a little bit. He does not show it but she knows that he does care for her. Adrian and Warren they both have been like a father figure to someone like her for that she will always be grateful.

Holding her mate's arm Scar greets the guests entering their pack. However, the only reason she is even standing in the door greeting the guests is because at any time, her son will arrive and just that simple fact has been keeping her on her toes.

"Calm down honey! He isn't here yet!" Adrian chuckles as he sees his mate's excitement. "Oh hush! You don't know how eager I am to see my boy and while decorating his room I was so overwhelmed!" she states smiling.

"You decorated Advin's room?" Ad asks his mate with narrowed eyes while she nods happily.

"Yes, well I know you asked Jasmine but she came up to me to ask if I wanted to. She thinks it's a good idea if Advin came home and had my scent in his room so he can feel safe and warm" she states excitedly clutching his arm tightly.

"She never fails to amaze us with her thoughts and acts, does she?" he smiles at his mate grateful to have someone as kind as Jasmine in their life.

Scar was about to reply to her mate as she smells the familiar scent of her son and hurries towards the gate pulling Adrian along with her. Holding her breathe she waits for her son to get out of the car.

"Ma" Advin shouts as soon as his eyes lands on his very teary eyed mother before rushing to her side and engulfing her in his arms.

Scar laughs as her heroic son who has changed so much from the last time she had seen him sweeps her off her feet.

He has gotten even taller; his body has hardened with all the trainings and missions. His face is more chiseled and matured not the boyish looking boy he once was and that he has gotten even more devilishly handsome.

Clutching his face in her palms, she tries to remember it. All years she had been longing to get a look at her son, no matter how much her mate had assured her not to worry she could not help but wish he was back at home and not on some dangerous mission.

"Look at you, hasn't my son returned being more handsome than he already was?" she teases as she hugs him tightly as she whispers how much she missed him.

"I miss you too Ma but look at you always so beautiful" he winks making her blush at his words.

"Hey now, that's my mate buddy!" his father pats him on his shoulder in warning before they burst out laughing.

"I missed you son!" Adrian sighs contently as he hugs him tightly.

"I missed you too dad, so much!" Advin replies before going for a hug from Warren.

"Ah, looks like leaving the home was good for you huh? Look at you no longer a boy, but the man returns!" Warren gasps teasingly as he pats Advin's back.

"Hey, you forgot about me!" Lex shouts whining as he opens his arms for them to give him a hug as well.

"Ah man! Advin, did I not tell you to loose him on the way? Why did you bring him back?" Warren throws his hands up in exasperation

"Damn you all! No one missed me!" Lex pouts as he fakes crying making everyone laugh at the duo.

"Oh you poor baby, I missed you! How've you been?" Scar asks as she goes to welcome him with a hug.

After the initial welcome from their parents both the boys along with the others, enter the house while the remaining pack members cheer for their future Alpha and his beta. Feeling excitement rush through their pack bond, they both wave at everyone and greet them happily thankful for such a warm welcome from everyone.

After the cheering and getting such a grand welcome Advin cannot help but miss someone presence so he looks around the crowd hoping and searching for a familiar face he was so sure would be waiting for him, but not seeing those big brown eyes he feels a pang in his heart before turning around to go into his room.

As soon as Advin enters his room the first thing that hits his nose is the smell of flowers and he smiles knowing too well that his mother has made a special effort for him by decorating his room.

Giving his room a look around him, he finds it the same as how he had left it years ago. Taking a deep breath, he lies on the bed and groans as his body feels wonderful resting on the soft mattress.

"It's good to be back!" he murmurs softly into the empty room.

Closing his eyes finally, he lets his guard down for a while and just as soon as he does that his wolf growls.

"Mate"

Advin groans before burrowing deeper into the covers and trying to calm his wolf so he can have peace of mind for a while but all his wolf can do is pace and growl back at him.

"You'll get to see her in a while, so just cut the crap already and let me rest!" he snaps at his wolf having had enough of his whining but the wolf only huffs and puffs back at Advin.

"Even I'm curious, how she is buddy so chill. It has been too long I know, but give me a break here for a while. The decision I made is still there, so don't think I'll go begging for her as soon as I'm back" he states to his wolf who barks back at him in anger he is all too familiar with.

But the course of fate has been set and he can't accept her, that's final no matter what!? He is going to be the Alpha of this pack, if he cannot control his own damn wolf then how is he going to handle a whole pack.

His mate is the last thing he wants to deal with right now! Nine years is a long time to replace her, it is a long time to make his heart made of stone.

Still, it is not enough to make it stop beating just for her! His wolf adds before blocking him out.
