Jasmine stumbles back as she crashes into someone and looks at the person in front of her with wide wild eyes.

"That's a really high pitched sound you are taking out which will probably damage your vocal cords if you don't stop it" the person in front of her speaks while staring at Jasmine.

"Huh?" Jasmine stops screaming feeling a bit embarrassed, as the girl in front of her was not someone she thought

"Hi there, mind if I ask what you are doing screaming like that in the middle of the road at this time of night when probably half the city is tucked safely inside their beds having a dream marathon?" the girl asks awkwardly still staring at Jasmine

"I...I..." Jasmine stammers not knowing what to tell her

"Oh...wait was someone stalking you or probably trying to rob you because let me tell you that it's a very offensive thing to do" the girl continues

"What...?" Jasmine blinks at the girl as she is still lying on the road

"Oh...sorry, here" the girl holds her hand out for Jasmine to take and help her up

"Thank you" Jasmine states before she turns around to see if someone was there

"You lost or something because if you did it will make two of us" the girl giggles as she speaks making Jasmine jump a bit as she pats Jasmine's arm

"Sorry, anyway I better log out of here before I turn my sleep mode on else my systems may automatically crash...

Technically, I am good at reinstalling my systems but you know what I mean, it's just a saying because I have had pull off many nights not sleeping and I still don't feel like a zombie half the times, just irritated due to lack of sleep and my mental shut down and then...

I should probably stop talking or babbling this instant seeing as your facial expression tells me that you do not know half the things I am speaking...

End of discussion, stop just stop" the girl whispers the last bit to herself as Jasmine looks at her weirdly before cackling a chuckle which turns into a full blown laughter

She has never met a person who can talk so much and still look adorable.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to laugh at you" Jasmine apologizes, as she feels slightly guilty at that

"Nah, I understand I tend to get carried away when I try to explain myself or talk basically which happens most of the times with me and I'm doing it once again, forgive my mouth, it kind of runs on its own...

Oh and you don't have to apologize" the girl shuts her mouth after that literally

"I'm Jasmine Summers" Jasmine introduces herself not knowing what to say as they both keep staring at each other

"Oh, hi...nice stumbling with you Jasmine, can I burrow your flying carpet?" the girl chuckles at something

"What?" Jasmine looks at the girl confused not knowing what was funny

"I mean your name's Jasmine so you know Aladdin, the carpet and Genie...forget it, you have a beautiful name, if your name was in eBay auction, I'd totally buy it now. I wish I had a name after a flower that would be really awesome" the girl smiles

"Thank you, so what is it?" Jasmine asks looking at the girl expectantly

"What?" The girl asks confused

"Your name, what is it?" Jasmine clarifies

"Oh my name, it's not after a flower nothing so charming...oh you still waiting on my name...

Well nothing dramatic like yours or something you can Google on about but its Blue...not kind of blue like sky blue or something....Just Blue" she shrugs feeling awkward

"Like you hair color blue?" Jasmine chuckles seeing the girl shuffle nervously

"Oh you noticed my hair" Blue smiles before clearing her throat

"I should leave to um...oh that direction which is not where you are going I think because that would be so presumptuous of me thinking which direction you are going...

Oh...Oh I'm so not stalking you if you are thinking like that" Blue stammers nervously as she hits her head lightly for her stupidity

"You are really a funny girl Blue and no I'm not heading that direction where you are going so bye" Jasmine smiles before she walks away from Blue

"Gosh that was so stupid of me" Blue sighs loudly making Jasmine stop and turn to look at her

"Blue, wait...you just said you got lost and are searching for a place to sleep. I hope I'm not being forward but you can crash in my room if you want" Jasmine offers feeling bad for the girl as well as not wanting her to roam around at this time of the night

God knows if she got hurt from those things she just encountered.

"Really, that would be great but are you sure I'm a stranger and you are offering me your homepage for the night?

What if I'm some deadly virus that no matter how many times you scan or format your system can't get rid of me?" Blue asks worried making Jasmine laugh at her weird way of talking before she assures Blue who happily agrees to stay the night at Jasmine.

"Well this is it my home it's not so big though" Jasmine states as she opens the door to her room

"No, it's not so bad imagining as I would be sleeping on the road, under stars where I could be eaten by some rogue wolves or something or may be abducted by some aliens who will turn me into their slaves...

And once again I'm babbling" Blue shuts up with a tight smile

"Okay...so I will just prepare you a make shift bed, there's a cola in the fridge if you want" Jasmine offers as she goes to take out some blanket and a pillow for Blue

"Thank you" Blue smiles as she lies on the bed and wish Jasmine a good night

Next morning Jasmine wakes up to find Blue sitting in front of her bed watching jasmine without a blink of her eyes.

"Good morning" Jasmine greets as she gets up from her bed and smile

"Good morning, so did you sleep well?" Blue asks her back

"Yes, did you?" Jasmine replies

"Ya totally I have no problem falling asleep. I can sleep anywhere and any time given" Blues informs before following Jasmine

"There's a spare tooth brush if you want" Jasmine points out at Blue

"Thanks" she voices

After cleaning up they both walk out of the room and to the diner where Jasmine has a morning shift as well treating Blue for breakfast

"So this is where I work most of the times" Jasmine informs her as they enter the Diner

"That's pretty cool" Blue nods not knowing what else to say as she takes a seat in front of the counter where Jasmine offers her a cup of coffee

"So, where are you from Blue?" Jasmine asks as she sits next to Blue sipping on her coffee

"Around here" Blue offers

"And where is this around" Bull asks as he looks at the girl suspiciously

"Somewhere you won't be welcomed" Blue smiles tightly before getting up as she gulfs her whole coffee down her throat

"I guess I should be going and thanks for all your help" Blue smiles and rush out of the diner before Jasmine could say anything

"Bull, you scared the girl" Jasmine scolds the big man who narrows his eyes on her

"You shouldn't be offering for some stranger to come in to your house, Jasmine" he warns her before busying himself on his task

"She had no where to go" Jasmine defends herself but stops once Bull glares at her and turns to her duties to take orders from the customers

Once again, after a long day Jasmine walks to her house only to find Blue sitting on the steps waiting her.

"Blue?" she asks as she goes to open the door

"I didn't know where to go" Blue explains weakly

"Did you run away from the your house Blue?" Jasmine asks as she opens the door for the girl

"Kind of" Blue sighs sadly

"How old are you Blue?" she asks watching the girl intently as she is too young for doing such stuff

"Sixteen" Blue mumbles before lying on the couch

"You are too young to wonder off all alone, you should probably call your parents, they must be worried" Jasmine suggest to Blue who just sighs

"I'm an orphan" she replies looking down on the carpet

Jasmine feels a connection on that part with the girl as soon as she hears it.

"You don't have to feel so bad, I'm an orphan too" she smiles before narrowing her eyes towards Blue

"So you ran from your foster home?" she asks and Blur hesitantly nods

"Well guess then you are stuck with me till you know what to do" Jasmine offers her the option making Blue beam at that

"Thanks you are really sweet Jasmine, I promise I won't be much hassle and I will help you around here as much as you want me to" Blue promises thanking Jasmine profusely

"Oh no, no you don't have to do that, it's alright" she assures Blue who holds Jasmine's hands in return

"Oh...well if you don't want me to help you around here then at least let me fix your laptop" Blue demands making Jasmine laugh again

"It's really okay Blue and I don't have a laptop" she informs making Blue bite her lips before shrugging her shoulders

"Jasmine, Jasmine wake up" Blue shakes her

"What?" Jasmine asks confused blinking her eyes

"You were crying in your sleep" Blue explains as Jasmine touches her cheek to find it wet

"I'm sorry to wake you up" Jasmine sighs wiping her cheeks

"Nah, it's okay but do you want to talk about it?" Blue offers as she goes to lie on her part of the bed

"May be it was just a bad dream" Jasmine replies not wanting to talk about it

"Ya which has to do with some guy name Advin" Blue raises her brow

Jasmine sighs heavily as she pulls her hair out of her face before looking at Blue.

"I really don't want to talk about my mate right now" she states before she stiffens as she realizes what she just said

"Well who ever you mate is must be real bad for hurting you that you are crying in your sleep" Blue shrugs as she closes her eyes

"You...You know about mates?" Jasmine asks shocked

"Why are you so shocked? I mean you do realize I'm not a human like you right?" Blue asks amused seeing Jasmine's face

"No, I didn't know. I..." Jasmine states

"Really, I thought you knew that's why you offered me to stay with you" Blue replies to her

"Are you a wolf as well?" Jasmine asks not knowing much about her

"Oh so that's what you are...well, I have no idea what I'm actually. I didn't know what you were too just that you aren't a human my senses are a bit limited" Blues smiles scratching her head

"What is that suppose to mean?" she asks Blue who shrugs her shoulder

"Well, I haven't turned into any sort of were or I don't have a urge to drink blood so I'm not a were or vampire and if there is any other kind besides that guess we have to wait to find out as I don't have any super power or anything" Blue explains before she looks at Jasmine

"So, want to share your story now?" Blues asks hopefully and Jasmine sighs nodding

So, half the night they spend talking about everything that happened in Jasmine's summer's life.

"Whoa, your mate really seems like a bad person, sorry about it" Blue tries to cheer Jasmine up who shakes her head before asking Blue to go to sleep

Early morning once again Jasmine finds herself awakened up by a very excited Blue.

"What?" Jasmine groans as she really does not want to wake up and good thing she has a afternoon shift today

"I have a brilliant idea. Why don't we go on scavenger hunting?" Blue suggest excitedly

"What?" Jasmine looks at her like Blue just lost her mind

"Your pack, why don't we go and search the place down I mean we can find some clue on your pack and may be get any idea of who killed them...

We can call it version 1.0 if we don't succeed at first and you did say that those monsters came for you that means they know you are alive and if they are hunting for you that means they know something we don't" Blue chatters on

"No we are doing no such thing Blue, I don't even know what that place has turned into and anyway it's very dangerous" Jasmine declines the offer

"But come on Jas; think what if we find out who the real culprit is...." Blue stops as Jas closes her mouth shut

"Throw that idea out of your head Blue, it's not safe there and anyway what if we get in trouble for snooping in that place I have never shifted before and we don't even know what exactly you are, it's a totally doomed plan from the start...

And what if it's a trap and now that I think about it what are the chances that you aren't setting me up? I mean we met the same night those monsters showed up so may be you are one of them" Jasmine asks suspiciously making Blue roll her eyes

"That wasn't even funny and anyway failure is not an option. It comes bundled with your Microsoft product" she huffs before giving up on the idea

"What?" Jasmine looks at her as if she is crazy making Blue sigh and zips her mouth not wanting to explain what she just said

"Drop it Blue" Jasmine scolds Blue as she has been harassing her as soon as she entered the diner begging her to think about what she said.

"What going on?" finally Bull steps in seeing the girl following Jasmine begging about something all day long

"Bull, help me out here I just wanted Jas to come with me on this trip to figure out what happened to her parents but she is being stubborn" Blue sighs heavily taking a seat

"What is she talking about, are you girls in some kind of trouble?" he asks turning to Jasmine who groans

"No we aren't and if anyone will be in trouble then its Blue" she replies before taking placing the new orders

"Come on Jas, we really should I have a gut feeling we can solve this stuff together and trust me I'm never wrong on what my guts tell me...

Fine most of the time it is but still what are you afraid of and you did say you wanted to visit that place once and look now you don't have to go there all alone, I will be with you" Blue smiles wanting to go to that place if not for anything but to explore the place

"I don't know Blue" Jasmine sighs tired of going on about same thing repeatedly

"We will be fine it's just for a day we will just look around and come back" Blue looks at her hopefully and finally Jasmine gives in

"Great now we have to go shopping for few things if we are going on our road trip" Blue jumps up and down in the air happily making Jasmine groan

"I hope, I don't regret this" she whispers before going to talk to her boss so she can give her few days leave.

"What's this?" Jasmine asks as she picks up the car fallen from Blue's pocket but before she sees what it is Blue takes it away from her and hides it

"What was that Blue?" Jasmine asks with narrowed eyes while Blue shuffles o her feet

"Blue?"

"Ah, fine it's my credit card for emergency" she finally answers

"You have a credit card and still you make me pay for your food?" Jasmine asks the girl incredulously

"As I said it's for an emergency" Blue groans walking away from Jasmine

"Well then this is an emergency use it and don't say no because this whole thing was your idea" Jasmine stomps near the girl carrying the basket filled with stuff for their trip

"You must be the square root of-1 because you can't be real" Blue narrows her at eyes at Jasmine at what she said

"Whatever that is we aren't going if I have to pay, this stupid trip is cancelled I refuse to spent a cent on you knowing you are loaded" Jasmine informs as she goes to put the things back in there place

"Now, you must be the square root of two because I feel irrational around you" Blue grumbles as she stops Jasmine and begrudgingly agree to pay for the stuff.

"Good girl" Jasmine smiles cheerfully as Blue face palms her.
