yes she went to save his daughter....n she did it!!!fr him.....she saved his daughter wen he was sitting in home wishing to save her life.......both were successful in their missions......neil's happiness knew no bounds.......

time skipped...

juhi went to canada along with mishti...leaving avni n neil have a happy life.well d desicion of sending juhi to canada was neil's..as he couldnt see avni suffering anymore..she wished fr her happiness,only hers n fr tht he decided to stay away frm his daughter evn.....but he was happy bcz avni is with him n she is happy....he felt tht he was d luckiest person bcz after all d happenings also she nvr complained abt anythng...wat ever d pain she has to bear she did it all alone....she accepted mishti n mishti's bond was much better with avni than any others...

now avni was 9 months pregnant.......n she gave birth to baby boy......

neil named their son as neav khanna which represents neil n avni as a symbol of their love....

along with d baby evn avni's insecurities also growed...she knows tht neil loves only her but the truth is juhi n mishti are his responsibility n he steps back.....n d day came when avni was more insecured..its d day of neav khanna's birthday!!!!
