"You got it." He encourages as I throw punches at his hands." Keep on."

Sweat drips off of me like water when you just came out of the pool, and yet I still go. My fists make rhythms as I punch his hands, randomly selecting which fist I'm going to punch with.

"Harder and faster." He instructs and I smirk.

"That's what she said." I hear him laugh at me as I do what he said and make my punches harder but still quick.

"27,28,29,30." He counts and sets his hands down, that exercise over with." Okay, now sit ups." I nearly groan out but thankfully keep quiet as I lay back onto my back, as he grabs my feet and makes sure they stay in place." 69." He says and I begin lifting myself up and counting how many I do as the numbers go by.8,9,10,11.....17,18,19,20.. He begins to count out loud for me as I forget the ache within my bones, going into my own world. "50,51,52,53,54,55." I begin to swing myself up faster so I can hurry and get this over with."67,68,69. Your done." He announces as he lets go of my feet and helps me up, my breath coming out in nearly gasps." What did I tell you?" He says smirking, reminding me of how I told him he was crazy if he ever thought I could do the exercises he had planned today. But look at me now. I've done them all. Nearly dead of exhaustion but I still did it.

"Thanks dad." I say in between breaths, as I have my hands on my hips trying to fan out my armpits.

"No biggie. What are awesome dads for?" He says and puts my in a headlock. In that moment, that are faces are so close together I realize how much we look alike. He has dark brown hair that is slightly wavy, and reaches his ears. Though mine reaches my belly button, I still have the same wavy brown hair that gets easily bleached by the sun. He has bright blue eyes that can be commonly mistaken as grey at times, and I share the same ones. Which both of us have thin almond eyes and delicate noses. The only differences in us being that we have different genders, and he's way more muscular than me and has tattoos. Mom hates that I look so much like him.

I grab a hold of his arm and slowly pull it away from my throat, letting me breath again as I laugh with him."You're a wiener not awesome. Big difference and it saddens me that you don't know that but now you do."

"Speaking of wieners...... Any boyfriends?" He teases and my eyes widen, making him laugh out.

"Dad! That's not nice!!" I tell out causing him to laugh even more and I scowl at him." And to answer your question. No. I'm worried about school more than a relationship."

He squints a little towards me and I can't help but think how Hana would die if he did that to her. She's my best friend, and weirdly has a gigantic crush in my dad... Like every other girl who laid eyes on him. Well all besides me. I only see him as my annoying father, who likes chip covered ice cream and fighting." Are you a lesbian? I mean it's okay if you are it's just..."

"I'm not gay!! I just don't think having a boyfriend is as important as school." And no one would go out with me at that hell hole anyways, but I don't tell him that.

"That's good I guess. I just wish you'd live a little you know. You're only a teenager once you know."

"Yep I know. And you don't know how much I love that that's true."
