Today was Monday. I woke up dreading what I was supposed to do later today. Confess to Tommy. Yay! If you couldn't tell, that was very sarcastic.

Anyways, I got out of bed and took a shower. As I got dressed I avoided the mirror at all costs. When I had finished getting dressed I went to the kitchen and grabbed an apple. I tossed it in the air a few times as I walked to where I had set my backpack the night before. I lifted my backpack onto my shoulders and then put on my shoes. I walked out the door, turned on my music, and walked to school.

I soon got to school and sat outside under a tree as I usually did before I went to homeroom. When it was 7:30, I tiredly stood up and walked to homeroom.

I walked into homeroom to find all of my friends in the usual corner. Phoenix waved to me and then he told everyone else that I had arrived.

"Hey dude!" Axel greeted me.

"Hey!" I responded.

"Do you remember what today is?" Tobey smirked. He was basically cuddling Ryan.

"Sadly, I do," I groaned.

Everyone laughed as I suffered in emotional pain.

"Today is the day!" Aiden laughed, doing a little celebration dance.

"I hate this so much," I muttered.

Lyric laughed and gave me a little hug and then started a different conversation with me until the first bell rang. Then we all made our way to class.

It was lunch now. The time we had planned to have me ask Tommy out.

I got my food and then started to wander around, looking for Tommy. My hands were shaking and I must have looked very red in the face. I finally was able to spot him and I called him over.

"Hey Y/n!" he smiled as he walked over, lunch in hand.

"H-hi!" I stuttered. "Wanna go to the roof again and look at fanart?"

"Sure!" Tommy answered.

The two of us walked to the roof and when we got to the door I held it open for him. He thanked me and we continued up the stairs. Once we got to the top, we walked around to a place were you couldn't be seen from the roof. We then both sat down and started talking while we ate.

The conversation flowed rather easily despite me being totally freaked out by what I still had to do. We talked about lots of stuff, from streaming to tigers, for some reason.

I soon realized we didn't have much time left. I quickly worked some courage up and tried to ask the question I was dreading to ask.

"H-hey, uh, Tommy?" I started.

"Yeah?" he responded.

My face turned red and I started sweating. I was shaking too. I just, couldn't. I couldn't ask. No matter how hard I tried. I couldn't get the words out of my mouth.

"W-want to look at fanart now?" I asked so I wouldn't look stupid.

"Sure!"

"You are such a fucking chicken," Phoenix groaned.

"I know!" I said. "I- I just couldn't do it for some reason!"

"This sucks bro," Tobey mumbled.

"We will get you to confess," Freddie added confidently.

"Good luck with that," I responded before starting my walked back to my house.
