Raghavan's contorted words and loathing in his eyes proclaimed harshika that no one else could loathe her as much as he did. Harshika was determined not to show her weakness in front of him, that she had been hurted by his words and his actions. Therefore, she tried to push tears which formed due to his contempted words and his tight grip on her hand. Moreover, realizing that raghavan was not going to believe whatever she say to prove her innocence, harshika remained silent.

Grandma understood that raghavan was blaming harshika to stop his marriage. However, grandma was adamant in her decision that regardless of what he says, she is not ready to deviate from her decision that is to make raghavan to marry harshika. Therefore, she warned raghavan in firm tone,

“ Raghavan, stop all this nonsense. Leave her hand. You are hurting her. No matter what you say, I am not going to back off from my decision. I will not be alive if you don't agree to marry harshika. If you do not like your grandma being alive, do whatever you want.”

It was only when grandma uttered that his hold on harshika hurting her, raghavan came to his sense and looked at harshika hand which he is holding tightly. At the instant, his gaze landed on her hand, he released his grip abruptly and looked at the red mark on her hand with a hurtful expression. By seeing the red mark on her hand, unknowingly, a pain crept into his heart. However, the pain did not last long after hearing his grandma next words. Again, anger began to dominion him when his grandma threatened him with her life. Despite the anger, he had no choice other than succumb with his grandma threats. Therefore, he stood silently as his grandma ordered him,

“ Raghavan, you should not cause any problem in this press meet. Moreover, you should be quiet even if the journalists ask unnecessary question or commented something badly. I will handle them. Do you understand ??."

Raghavan shook his head in the way to agree with grandma words as he could not refute his grandma words. After getting raghavan approval, grandma let out relief sigh.

Although harshika was hurted when raghavan had spoken disgustingly about her, she could understand why raghavan was behaved like that because he hated her so much, and he couldn't accept when his grandma tried to fix his marriage with the girl whom he was loath so much. Moreover, she also has no desire to marry raghavan, and she also not interested in this sudden marriage.

Even though she seemed to tell them her thoughts about this marriage, she knew that she was not in a position to say it and also no one is going to give importance to her wish or opinion. Therefore, she stayed dumb until raghavan give his consents to marry her. Harshika blindly believed that raghavan would definitely not agree to marry her. As raghavan has acted contrary to her blind faith, harshika decides not to be quiet anymore. Therefore, harshika spoke in low tone in a way to interrupt grandma relief.

“Grandma, you should believe raghavan sir words. Because, whatever he said is true. I was the one who did everything to entangle raghavan sir with me to get all of your property. Grandma, I am not a good girl like you think. Truth to be told, I acted with you like an innocent to make you believe me completely. May be now, you may have doubt that why I am relieving everything to you. Because after seeing raghavan sir hate towards me, I don't think that I can get his property anymore. And also I am not interested to marry someone who hates me. I am leaving grandma. Sorry grandma for all the trouble which I caused.”

Harshika pretended to be evil in front of the grandma as she don't have any other way to change grandma decision. After hearing everything she just said, grandma would now change her decision and even start hating her now. With these thoughts, harshika turned to move away from there. However, contrary to harshika assumption that grandma would change her decision about their marriage and also grandma would start to hate her, grandma held her hand softly in the way to stop her from walking away and looked at her with smile.

Harshika had no idea that why Grandma looking at her with smile even after hearing everything she said. In the way to relieve from her confusion, grandma raised her and bring in towards harshika face. By viewing grandma raised hand, harshika understood that grandma was going to slap her. She tightly closed her eyes to receive slap. However, instead of slap she felt a slight touch on her cheek. Harshika opened one eye in confusion and looked at grandma with half-eye, who is softly rubbing her cheek. By seeing grandma smile and action, harshika looked at grandma dumbfoundedly.

On other hand, raghavan was hell shocked after hearing harshika confession. Eventhough she itself confessed her wrongdoings, his heart is not ready to accept it. His heart was repeatedly trying to convince him that she is an innocent. His heart, which had been nagging at him, muted when she announced that she is not interested to marry him. And also his heart pained like something broken. His firm belief that no one will reject him was shattered by her word. His inner turmoil due to her rejection came to an end by hearing grandma conversation with harshika,

“ Arshika, you don't need to say anything. I know how you are. The only thing I need to know from you now is that will you do as you promised in the hotel room.”

When harshika heard grandma words, she remembered the promise she had made with grandma in the hotel room. She was in a state of dilemma, unable to say her opinion at the same time as she could not break the promise that she had made with grandma. Not knowing what to say, she started to speak up with the thought to convince grandma,

“Uhm.. that grandma..”

Noticing her confused state, grandma placed her hand on her shoulder in the way to make her relax and told in weak tone with sorrowful expression,

“ You don't need to make up some fable in order to reluctant the promise which you made with me. Just say.. Will you fulfill the promise which you made with this old lady ??.”

Unable to see grandma sorrowful face and hear her sad voice, harshika nodded in the way to agree with grandma decision. Happiness flashed on grandma face, as soon as she heard Harshika approval. In the happiness, Grandma hugged harshika and told in happy tone,

“Arshika, do you know how happy I'm now ??. I would be very happy even if I die at this moment.. "

Harshika hurriedly came out from grandma warmth and covered grandma mouth with her hands and shook her hand and said,

“Grandma.. Please don't say like that..”

After seeing harshika affection towards her, grandma smiled wholeheartedly and held harshika hand and walk towards table which is arranged on the stage of conference hall to conduct press meeting. While walking towards the table, grandma gestured raghavan to follow her.

Raghavan nodded and followed grandma and harshika as his mind revolved around the harshika confession and her rejection.
