"What's up with Will?" Wendy asked.
Bill looked at her from the couch. "Why are you asking?"
"Well, he's been hiding in his sweater and rocking himself in the corner for the past 10 minutes."
The blond sighed. "He got some fake prediction from some psychic, and now he's overreacting."
"I'm not!" Will protested, his voice muffled from the coverage of his sweater. "And you seen Gideon's face when he looked at the card!"
"He was putting on a show!" Bill snapped. "The little snot probably grabbed that card by mistake, and decided to play along."
"What cards? What are you two talking about?" Wendy pressed, looking confused.
Will finally pulled his head from out of his sweater, so he could turn to Wendy. "This morning, we met this kid psychic, and he says there's a possibility that I might die."
"Oof, dying sucks," She agreed. "Also, did this psychic happened to be named Gideon by any chance?"
"You know him?" Will asked, incredulously.
Wendy shrugged. "Barely. He's the richest mortal in Zero Gravity Town, but also happens to be very generous. There has been rumors that he might be a lost Prophet, but most assume that he's just faking his powers for fame."
Bill gestured towards the redhead, while looking at his brother. "See? Nothing to worry about."
Will relaxed a bit, but there was a nervous edge in his side. He couldn't forget the terrified expression on Gideon's face, and it brought along a wave of doubt and fear. The death card wasn't even his only concern, the other predictions also didn't hold much light. The first possibility, he will be betrayed by a friend. The second one, he'll lose trust in the ones he loved. The last one being...
His thought process was fortunately put to a halt, when there was a knock on the front door. "I'll get it!" Will said quickly, and stood up from the corner.
He moved towards the door and opened it. There, on the front poach, was the last person he expected to see: Gideon Gleeful in the flesh, with the same regal clothing he had on this morning. Will felt conflicting emotions when facing the young psychic. One part of him was nervous and a little frightened, while the other part was glad to see those blue eyes again for some apparent reason.
"Gideon?" He said, confusion fogged his mind. "Why are you here? And how did you find my address?"
The shorter boy shuffled his feet shyly. "I couldn't get you out of my mind. I wanted to apologize for what happened on stage, it was not very swell of me..."
Will waved his hand dismissively. "It's alright, there's no way you could've known things would go that south."
"Still, I feel like I have to make it up to you," Gideon decided. "How about I pay you back the money you spent--"
"No, you can keep that," He insisted. "Really, it's fine, you don't have to do anything for me."
Gideon frowned, and then said without hesitation. "Would you like to come over to my house?"
Will stared. "Your house?"
The boy nodded eagerly. "Yes, it's only a quick visit, you won't regret it."
Will was silent, not knowing how to reply to Gideon's offer. What would one say in this situation? Granted, the peacock boy was still a stranger, and had recently told him he was destined to die, so the right thing to do would be decline the invitation. Yet, when Will eyed Gideon's innocent face, it was almost impossible to say no.

"Will, who's at the door?" Bill demanded, appearing beside his brother.
Gideon smiled at the blue haired boy. "Your name is Will? I like that name."
Will blushed at the compliment, while Bill's eyes narrowed in suspicion. "What the heck are you doing here?"
Gideon turned to him, as though only noticing now that Bill was here. There was flash of emotion in his eyes, that Will couldn't describe. It was gone in a second, and Gideon smiled sweetly in return.
"I'm here for Will," He explained. "I invited him over to my house...only if he agrees to go, that is."
Bill glared. "I think he'll be staying home."
Will regarded him in surprise. "Excuse me, but that isn't your choice to make."
"William, don't test me, I am 60 seconds older than you," Bill remarked.
"I'm only saying, Gideon asked me," Will shot back. "So, I should decide whether to go or not...and you know what, I will go."
Bill grimaced at him, while Gideon's smile widened. "Excellent, I'll wait outside until you're ready."
"Good," Bill said, tossing a hard look towards Will. "That'll give me enough time to talk with my brother."
Gideon looked at him blankly. "Of course, I'll be quiet, you won't even know I'm here--"
Bill slammed the door closed in his face. After that, he turned towards Will. "What was that?"
Will narrowed his eyes. "What?"
"Don't what me! A few minutes ago, you were cowering in your sweater by what that guy said, and now you're all buddy with him?"
The boy was asking himself the same question, but a part of him refusing to admit it to his brother. "I dunno, maybe this is my chance to make a new friend?"
"May I remind you of your other attempts to make friends? I'll keep the list short: gnomes, living wax sculptures, and an evil redhead," Bill remarked. "What I'm saying, is that sometimes you can be overly trusting."
"Or, I'm just being friendly," Will countered. "And, Gideon did seem to feel guilty about this morning, so this is the least I can do."
"Will is right, Bill," Wendy said, from the kitchen. "Let your brother live his own life."
Bill rolled her eyes. "No one asked you, Red. And, stop stealing from our cabinets!"
The redhead stuck her tongue out at him, while carrying an armful of snacks towards the living room. The blond only glared at her, before returning his attention to his brother. There was a clear look of reluctance on his face, then he said:
"Fine. But I want you back by 2pm sharp."
"Thanks, Bill," Will beamed. "I'm gonna put on my outdoor socks!" Then, he made a dash up the stairs.
After he went, Wendy turned to Bill curiously, while already opening a packet of chips. "You seem awfully overprotective, more than usual."
Bill shrugged. "I don't know why...but that Gideon kid gives me the creeps."
There was a moment of silence, then there was a tiny voice outside the shack. "I can still hear you."
The blond narrowed his eyes. "That's it, I'm getting the broom."
"Bill, no," Wendy chided.

Much later, a black limo drove Will and Gideon through town. This was the first time the boy had such expensive treatment. However, he couldn't properly enjoy the experience, since he was still nervous.

"Are you alright?"
Gideon was sitting beside him, though there was a wide gap between them. Will gazed through the tinted windows, and didn't reply for a while, before saying:
"You didn't have to do this," He told the other boy. "I know the incident on stage wasn't completely your fault, and even though you insist that it was, I already forgave you. So, there's no reason to invite me over..."
In the reflection of the window, he saw Gideon smiling sweetly. "Is that what you think? Well, let me tell you a wittle ol' secret: I want to hang out with you, Will."
Will turned to him in surprise. "What? But, you barely know me...Wait, did you find out things about me with your psychic powers?"
He released a light laughter. "Heavens no, I would never use my powers on someone without permission," He said, then added sheepishly. "I don't know why, but something about you interests me."
Will found that hard to believe. As far as he was convinced, he was bland and uncool, especially compared to others like Wendy or Bill. Why would anyone wanna hang out with him?
"Just checking..." Will started. "But, is this some kind of trap, so you can kill or marry me?"
Gideon blinked, stared at him, then blinked again. "What? Of course not, why would you ask that?"
The boy rubbed the back of his head awkwardly. "I've been through a lot..."
"I somehow believe that," Gideon chuckled, softly. "And no, I'm not gonna marry you, and I'm definitely not out to kill you. I'm only hoping to befriend you, because you seem like a nice guy."
Will was shocked to hear that his voice was genuine, and a small smile crept up his face. "You seem nice as well, Gideon."
The snowy haired kid nodded in return, and then he perked up when the limo finally pulled to a stop. "Looks like we're at our destination."
Gideon's driver opened the door for him, and Will followed his new companion out. After that, he was awestruck, once seeing the huge manor before him, with a lush garden in front. Will almost felt intimidated by the building, but Gideon beckoned him forward. Gingerly, he trailed behind the other, until they were both within the manor's entrance.
Once inside, Will's gaze darted about, to sink in the beautiful interior. And oddly enough, there were always peacock themed decorations here and there, such as paintings, feathered carpets, sculptures, and so on...
He must really like peacocks, Will thought, peering curiously at a peacock themed plate on display.
The two were silent, as Gideon led him down a long hallway. There, Will saw paintings that didn't show birds. They were old looking, and showed people that he assumed were Gideon's relatives. It was only until he past one big portrait, was when he stopped dead in his tracks.
Will stared at it. The portrait showed a young man in a blue suit, brown hair, and the most familiar face he had ever seen.
Dipper!?
As crazy as it seemed, the man in the painting looked exactly like the male Guardian, except for the blue eyes. But, how could that be?
"Oh, I see you spotted a painting of my Great Uncle."
Will stared at him. "Your great uncle?"
Gideon nodded proudly. "Mason Gleeful. He was the most respected amongst the family, along with his sister. It's a shame I never met him, he sadly past away when I was very young."
"I'm sorry for your loss," Will said, in sympathy.
Questions still plagued his mind, but he decided to leave them for another day, and hopefully Dipper would answer them.
"Thank you," Gideon told him, then as though to lighten the mood he said. "C'mon, I have something to show you."
He walked on, with Will in tow. The hallway started narrowing, and more doorways appeared as the two progressed. The blue haired boy suddenly caught sight of one door, one that had shooting stars carved in the wood. Curious, Will walked forward and turned it's doorknob. The door opened agape, and without thinking, he peered inside.
"Wait!" Gideon gasped, finally noticing what the other was doing.
It was too late. A flash of light momentarily blinded Will, and he blinked rapidly, before seeing what was inside. His eyes widened in surprise. Inside, was a bright pink room, filled with pictures of Mabel Pines. He gaped, at the thousands of portraits on shelves, as while as the huge shrine in the center.
What the--
"I'm terribly sorry!" Gideon stuttered, flushing. "You weren't suppose to be in here, and-- Oh gosh, I'm so embarrassed!"
Once his shock subsided, Will quickly said. "No, it's alright. It was my fault, I shouldn't have opened the door without your permission," He insisted, then glanced awkwardly at the shrine. "You seem to be a fan..."
Gideon nodded sheepishly. "You can call me that. I always idolized the Guardians, but there's something about her that catches my interest every time."
A wistful look drifted into his gaze, one that Will recognized. Gingerly, he asked. "Gideon, by any chance, do you have a crush on her?"
The other boy blushed hard, and looked away. "Maybe a little one," He admitted, softly.
What do you mean by 'little'? Will thought. You built a shrine around her!
Gideon continued. "One day, I wish to see the Guardian of the Heart up close. But, I think it's unlikely that will happen."
He'd be surprised, if he knew what Will had been through. Maybe, he could ask Mabel to meet up with Gideon, since the boy really seemed to admire her. He was about to say this to Gideon, when the other suddenly ushered him out of the room, and closed it behind them.
"Let's move on, shall we," He insisted, like nothing happened. "We still have that important stop."
Will looked at him thoughtfully, but then nodded in agreement, thinking that Gideon wanted to brush off the embarrassment. So, the two proceeded walking. Eventually, they arrived at a different doorway, and when Gideon opened it, Will stared in amazement.
Inside the room, was an arcade, with games old and new. The blue haired boy stepped forward, the sounds of jingles and blinking of lights on screens surrounded him. Will wasn't sure how to take this in, then Gideon placed a hand on his arm.
He smirked in Will's direction. "So, shall we play?"
Will smiled widely.

So this is going to be my first time writing on this website or an website in general . Helpful suggestions for my story is very welcomed and it might not be used but it will be read. The basic theme of the story is like the title said our main charactor Zig dies and is reborn into the first of the monster in the dungeons. Not only that but a bing of enormouse power has made him is entertainment. Follow Zig as he lives through his multiple lives. The economy was rebuild and centered around these new towers, these dungeons, the treasures they hold outweigh their dangers. Life is relatively safe again, for most at least… Read about Reo’s exploits, an immigrant from the Netherlands, as he tries to honor his dead parents and… find love? Establish a Guild?! Live the Ideal Harem life?!! BECOME PIRATE KING?!!! Okay maybe not that last one, but Reo will definitely leave his mark behind on this world full of mystery. This story features romance, comradery, an interesting power system and a post-apocalyptic world with amusing characters, what more do you want?! No seriously, I’m always open to constructive feedback. This story also displays my interpretation of a magic-coding-language (based on JAVA). Although knowledge about coding helps, you can also enjoy the story without it 😊.
