" What in the name of hell happened up here?!" Alena asked, shock written all over face. She couldn't believe her eyes.

Alena quickly turned as she glanced at her mate. She saw his equally shocked expression as he saw what the Alpha had done.

Just what in the name of hell happened up here?

' Alena make sure you stay behind me and don't make a sound. Don't go anywhere till I tell you to.. and be careful not to step on anything' She heard Raphael's worried voice say through mind–link.

Alena looked at her worried mate as she nodded in understanding. She could hear him sigh as he quickly grabbed her hands and pulled her to stay behind him.

Raphael put his mate behind him as the two slowly walked into the apartment. He held her tight as he tried to make sure she didn't step or slip on anything the Alpha had thrown all over the place.

The whole floor was complete mess as the beta and his mate entered and approached the large living room.

Alena could something crashed, followed by a deep growl that sent shivers down her spine. Chills crawled all over her body making her to subconsciously swallow.

She looked at Raphael whose eyes were locked on something at the far end of the room Alena followed his line of sight and gasped as she saw him.

The Alpha.

His eyes were blood- shot red as he stood there, glaring dangerously at them. He let out a deep growl, as if he was warning them not to come any closer.

" Lucious?" Raphael called out in shock as he saw the Alpha. He had never seen Lucious' wolf so livid like this before.

The Alpha looked like the devil himself, eyes red with rage as he stood before them.

" Lucious?" Raphael tried calling out to his wolf again. He knew it was the wolf in control. The Alpha growled dangerously as he took a step forward.

" Calm down Lucious..." He said slowly, as he gently stepped back, making sure Alena was well hidden from Lucious' sight in case anything happened.

Raphael didn't want to take any chances with his pregnant mate. That's why he stopped Alena from leaving the house in her state. He would never be able to bear it if anything happens to her.

" Raphael I don't think he can hear you right now" Alena's scared voice reached his ears. The Beta gritted his teeth as he heard this. He shouldn't have allowed her come here no matter what it would have cost him.

" Alena, I'm going to approach the Alpha okay? I need you to run back to the elevator and go home" He instructed making Alena frown.

" What do you mean go home?!" Alena half yelled " I can't leave you alone here!"

" Alena you have to understand! The Alpha is not in his right senses at the moment. I can't let anything happen to you" He tried reasoning with his stubborn mate.

Alena rolled her eyes at her mate as she heard this.

Just because she's pregnant doesn't mean she's weak . She was about to argue when another low growl came from Lucious.

" Uuhmm..maybe you're right, I really should run" She quickly said as she stepped back a little, putting a little space between Raphael and her.

Raphael seeing his mate was safely behind him moved his feet as he approached the Alpha. He was the only one who could at least try talk some sense into the Alpha.

" Lucious listen to me! You have to stop this madness" He yelled making the man even more furious.

" What is wrong with you? Why are you acting like this!" Raphael growled as he and the Alpha circled each other.

Raphael attention was still on his mate who was standing close to the elevator.

He wanted to buy time for her to run but why isn't she leaving?

'Alena get out of here!!' He mine linked his mate who did the complete opposite of what he had told her.

At the last moment, Alena decided to go see the rogue. She couldn't help but be a little worried about the rogue girl. Seeing the Alpha was in this state, she was sure something must have happened with the rogue.

'Alena get out of here!!" She heard her mate's voice. Alena glanced at Raphael who was urging her to leave.

Her feet began moving but, instead of it to take her to the elevator, she finds herself running towards the rooms.

" ALENA!!" Raphael yelled in horror as he saw his mate run towards another direction.

The Alpha's attention was shifted towards the pregnant woman who was running into the hallway.

The Alpha lets out a loud growl as he swiftly shifted into his massive black wolf. He snarled as he made to run after the intruder woman. He had barely moved when another big wolf crashed into him, sending him backwards.

His red eyes burned with rage as be turned to look at the one who dared to stop him.

A brown wolf stood in front of Lucious as he snarled back at him viciously. ' Don't you dare lay your hands on my mate' Raphael wolf growled angrily.

Alena dashed into the hallway not knowing where she was going to. She had a hunch something was not right and decided to follow it.

Alena could hear the growls and snarls of the wolves behind her as they fought. She knew the Alpha would come after her thinking she was an intruder but Alena had complete faith in Raphael.

She knew her mate would never ever let anything happen to her.

'Raphael would be so mad at me after this' She chuckled imagining how his face would look like at the moment.

She ran deeper into the hallway looking at the various doors in confusion.

How the hell is she supposed to find the Luna?

Alena stopped to look at the doors. They were at least fifteen or more rooms in here. Alena groaned in annoyance as her face pulled into a frown.

She sniffed the air trying to see if she could smell the rogue yet everything smelt the same.

Alena wanted to face palm herself. How could she forget? She couldn't smell anything because of the pregnancy.

Alena walked quickly , looking at the doors some more. She was tired of walking and was about to give up when she heard something.

Alena furrowed her brows as her feet abruptly stopped moving. She tried listening again but nothing could be heard.

'Maybe I'm imagining things' Alena turned as she began walking back yet the sound came again.

Alena was now sure she wasn't imagining things. She turned quickly as her eyes landed on a particular room.
