I smiled as I got off of the plane and into the airport. I can't believe it's been 2 years ever since I left New York City. The moment I got off I saw my mother and Alex waiting for me. "Oh how I've missed you!" Mom said as she ran into my arms. After Ma let go Alex tackled me in a bro hug. "Why were gone so long man!? And since when did you grow a mustache and beard?"
"Since I've started to become a man!" I joked.
It feels good to be home. Now all I want to do is see her wearing the scarf I got for her. I'm back for you Scarfy, I can't wait to see her.
