DRACO'S POV

"So have the boys set a date yet?" Hermione asked as we all sat underneath the gazebo that overlooked the lake.

"Not yet. But they are hoping for a summer ceremony, that way they can adopt Jamie before that time," Harry replied.

"She would look so cite as a little flower girl." Pansy squealed happily. "I wish Sarah could have been a flower girl for us."

"You guys could always renew your vows. Harry and I plan to do the same for our 20th anniversary."

"And as much as that day cannot come any sooner, I will cherish the few years we have left before then," he smiled before kissing my cheek.

"Yes, you two haven't missed each other at all," Hermione said in a sarcastic tone as the girls laughed.

"You'd feel the same if your spouse was a professor. Sometimes I wish I was like Snape and worked at the school with my spouse."

"Oh yeah. How are him and Lisa?" Pansy asked.

"Still going strong. And Victoria has grown a lot."

"I remember babysitting her when she was still so tiny. Seems like yesterday. Now we habe teenagers of our own too." Hermione sighed.

We sat and talked for a few more moments before my ears perked at the sound of a scream. I quickly stood up and looked in the direction of the boys.

I saw Scorp and Zach but didnt see Albus anywhere until I saw the other two boys trying to step closer to a hole in the middle of the ice.

"Albus!" I jumped over the banister on the gazebo and ran at a full sprint towards the lake. I cast a spell on my shoes so I wouldn't slip on the ice and inched my way closer to the hole in the center of the lake. I saw a slightly tanned hand sticking out of the water and grabbed it before pulling my son out.

I pulled him away fromthe center of the lake and conjoured a blanket before wrapping him up and casting a heating spell. Harry ran over and fell down beside me, trying a few more spells to get him warmed up.

"We have to get him inside," Hermione said while I picked Albus up and carried him to his room.

ZACH POV

It all happened so fast. First Albus decides to try and show off by skating farther out than Scorp and I,amd then he fell through the ice. Scorp went to run after him but I held him back because I didnt wamt both of them to fall through.

Draco, Harry, and my Mums ran over and pulled him out and took him inside, which left me with a hysterical Scorpius.

"What if we didnt get him out in time? What if he has to lose a ligament? What if he gets really sick and doesnt make it?" I took the blonde boy into my arms and sat there trying to calm him down.

I've got to be strong for them. Both of them. I have to be strong so Albus gets better and I have to be strong so Scorp can feel free to show his pain. I ha3vr to be the strong one.

"Ow. Zach, my shoulders." I looked down and realized I tightened my grip on Scorp's shoulders before quickly letting go. "Are you gonna be okay?"

"I'm fine." I smiled at him and kissed his forehead before I heard my mother calling for us to come inside. "Come on. My mother may be nice to us, but when she is disobeyed, it is time to run."

SCORPIUS POV

I had been crying about Albus and expressing my worry to Zach who tried to comfort me as best he could. Be was holding onto me and it took a few minutes for me to calm down but once I did I noticed Zach staring into space and his grip onmy shoulders tightened.

"Ow. Zach, my shoulders." He looked at me and quickly let go, a worried look in his eyes. "Are you gonna be okay?"

"I'm fine." He smiled at me but I could see in his eyes that he was hurt and wanted to express his pain. I was about to protest that he wasnt but Pansy started calling for us amd we had to go inside.

I looked up as Zach tried to brush this off with a joke and followed him inside. All the while, I felt like someone was watching us.
