ZACH POV-
"You're kidding me?!" I looked at my sister with a smile as she showed me the ring. Sarah came by the school to talk to me about some news she had. "You two are engaged! That's amazing, Sis!"
"Thanks, little brother. That isn't the only news either." I stared at my sister in confusion as she placed a hand on her stomach. "You're going to be an Uncle, too."
"Shut up."
"It's true."
"You're joking."
"I'd take a portion but I don't want to risk anything with the baby."
"Sarah! How much good news are you springing on me today??" I hugged her in excitement, being careful about my niece or nephew growing inside her. "Do Mums know?"
"Kinda? I told them about the baby, but I still gotta tell them about the engagement."
"You mean nobody else knows yet?"
"Nope. You were the first to know. I even asked Roy to wait to tell his siblings until I got the chance to talk to you."
"I'm honored, Sis. Thank you."
"Of course. You're my baby brother, after all." She hugged me again and picked up her bag. "Now then, I still gotta tell Mums. Wish me luck."
"See you later." She walked away from the spot we were occupying in the courtyard and I saw Albus and Scorp walk over. "Hey guys."
"What was that about?" Albus asked with an adorable head tilt.
"Oh, I'm sure you guys will hear about it later. Ready to head the the great Hall for dinner?"
They nodded their heads and I took a hold of each of their hands as we made our way to dinner.

RICK POV-
I was sitting on the couch in the commonroom when I saw the portrait swing open and Blaire walk in with an angry expression on her face. Directed at me.

"Everyone. Out. Now." I looked around as everybody started grabbing their books or games and either ran upstairs or out the door. I started to grab my books as well before I heard her speak again. "Not you."
Once everyone had cleared out, I stared at her with a bit of worry.
"Everything okay, Blaire?" She walked over to me without a word and before I could ask again, she had pulled me into a kiss. We stayed that way for a few moments before she pulled away. "I didn't realize we were practicing today?"
"We aren't, dumbass. I know what you've been playing at. I swear, you should've been in Slytherin with how sneaky that was. Albus told me you said you've been snogging the girl you've fancied since second year. You know what else has been going on since second year? The kissing practice. You've been using this as a excuse to kiss me because you fancy me."
"Merlin, it took you long enough to figure that one out." She shoved my shoulder and sat on the couch, myself slowly taking a seat beside her.
"Why didn't you just tell me?"
"You had that crush on Albus, remember? I didn't want to complicate things by having you choose him over me."
"You don't know if I would have done that."
"I had a pretty good feeling. You weren't exactly subtle with how you felt about him. I didn't want to end up hurt. It's like your very presence was my own version of love potion. It was fun on the outside but I knew it was dangerous to mess with. I didn't want to lose you as a friend because of my own selfish feelings."
"Rick.... Let's see how this goes, yeah? It isn't like the thought of us being together hasn't crossed my mind before, but you know better than anyone that I'm not the best with handling my feelings, especially when I don't quite fully understand them. I would quite like to try, but if it doesn't work out, I don't want to lose your friendship, yeah? Especially since it would just make things awkward for our families too."

I smiled at her and pushed back some of her curly, dark hair behind her ear before cupping her cheek in my hand. She leaned into my touch and smiled back at me.
"Okay. Now come on. You scared half the house into their rooms and dinner is about to start. The least we can do is start making our way down so they can follow." She went a little red but laughed before we left the common room, hand in hand.

Hey guys, sorry for the wait. I had a bit of a breakdown and then got locked out of my account for a while. I've been dealing with wattpad help for the last few days but I am back and will be working on giving this story an ending that you all deserve.

The Hunt
Cecily's blade swung, hitting its mark as always. The man's arm fell to the cold grass of the prison with a familiar thud. He let out a blood curdling scream. A warning to the rest. Stay away, the Hunter is here. That's the name they'd given her, the Hunter. After she cut off the man who tried to rape hers masculinity, they stayed away. She'd made it clear anyone who tried to touch her would be hunted and slaughtered. Cecily kneeled down, pushing the man's face into the dirt so she could use his back as a seat while she trifled through his belongings. "You're hurting my ears," she told him, no remorse in her voice. "Quiet down before I really do kill you."The man but his lip, well aware that she wasn't lying. Sobs shook him, making for an uncomfortable seat. She, however, didn't particularly feel the beed to kill him. It happened, not often, but it did. "Oh, hush up," she hissed, taking out a bag of rations with her metal hand, "it doesn't hurt that bad."With her good, human hand, she dropped the plastic bag of food into her own bag. She pushed up, off the man back. As she was about to walk away, bag slung over her shoulder, brushing against her autumn colored braid, she turned back to him. "Consider yourself lucky," she said, no hatred in her voice, there never was. "Consider yourself lucky that you didn't do anything stupid. And even luckier if one of the scum bagged criminals in here feel a little light in their hearts and help you. Consider yourself luckier if you die there."With that, her old black and white Nike sneakers carried her off into the brush of the huge prison.
