Sarutobi the 3rd Hokage was doing his paperwork peacefully until he was disturbed by door barging open and Naruto entering.

He asked Naruto what he wants to which he replied that he wants to show a cool ninja trick, he decided to amuse the boy and went with him. But nothing prepared him for what he saw. The unnoticable perfect split that only high jounin and ANBU can make was made by Naruto. He knew not many people who were willing to teach Naruto, so who taught him his thoughts immediately went to Danzo but he immediately stopped and decided to ask Naruto and then take action.

Naruto told him excitedly that his new friend told him, which erased worry of the hokage.

Later on Sakura introduced Naruto and Sasuke. Although they developed rivalry they were pretty good friends. All three of them trained in Uchiha dojo once in a while under Fugaku's supervision.

Naruto and Sasuke both reached level of high jounin while Sakura reached the level of Kage. The rest of Rookie 9 reached low jounin level.

Which erased worry of their defense against Obito in Sakura's mind.

Rookie 9 just graduated from the academy. Now they were waiting to be sorted out.

Team 7 were on their mission to waves. Which was a C-rank diplomatic mission to attain a treaty. They were intercepted midway since all of them had jounin level training they faced no troubles and managed to complete their mission and save Zabuza and Haku who now are acting has their spies till they went to their own village. The mission was a success although Kakashi's diplomatic talk needed a lot of work.
