Patton came running into the common room in a bunny onesie, and honestly, none of the other Sides were surprised. They all looked up briefly, and then returned to whatever they were focusing on. The moral Side was holding a basket full of eggs and flowers and was grinning widely. "IT'S EASTER!"
"Yes, I believe we're all aware," Logan replied without looking up from his phone.
"Yeah, Padre, Happy Easter!" Roman said. He waved offhandedly at him and then turned back to his sketchbook, which he was comparing with Virgil's.
The others in the room all nodded and hummed in agreement. Patton frowned and pouted. "Why aren't you guys more excited? It's Easter! That means egg coloring! Baking! Egg hunts!" he listed. They didn't respond, making his frown deepen. "You guys really don't care?"
"Patton, I think it's the quarantine," Deceit spoke up from his position on the couch. He gestured to the others with a shrug. "Unfortunately, with our inability to leave the house, Thomas is lacking passion and doesn't have a logical reason to celebrate. You're the only one with hope left, it seems."
The moral Side looked down sadly and shrugged, trudging toward the kitchen. His onesie's bunny ears dropped as if they knew he was sad. Deceit watched him go and then scowled. He turned to the other Sides.
"You're all okay with letting him walk away when he's clearly upset?" he questioned them.
"What? He's not that upset! He'll get over it!" Remus said, brushing the snake-like Side off.
The others seemed to agree, as they didn't voice a different opinion. Deceit felt angry bubble up in him. He stood from his place on the couch and walked to the center of the common room. "Alright you morons," he said loudly, clapping his hands. They all looked up in shook at the sound of his voice, and over in the kitchen, Patton noticed the commotion. "You are all being very selfish, and typically I wouldn't care, but you're being incredibly rude to Patton, who is just trying to keep Thomas' spirits up during this quarantine. So, you lot are going to go into the damn kitchen, and dye eggs with him, and bake with him, and wear bunny ears, or whatever he wants because I said so."

They all stared at Deceit with wide eyes. He glared at them, scanning each of them with a deadly serious gaze. He pointed to the kitchen. "Now get going."
They all looked ashamed as they jumped up and rushed over to the kitchen. Each of them offered their apologies and quickly started to help with the different activities the moral Side had planned. Deceit nodded to himself and sat down at the table, deciding to help make decorations for the apartment.
Patton fought back a smile and skipped over to the snake-like Side. "Thanks Deceit," he murmured, keeping the others from hearing them. "That was really sweet of you."
"Oh ssssshhut up," he hissed, flushing with embarrassment.
The bunny onesie-wearing Side giggle and handed him a flower from his basket. It was a bright yellow sunflower. "Here, to make your bowler hat more Easter-y," he said. He flashed Deceit one more grin before bounding off toward the kitchen once more.
Deceit cleared his throat to himself and stared at the flower for moment. Looking around to see if anyone was looking his way, he reached up and attached the flower to his hat.
None of the other Sides noticed, but Patton smiled knowingly to himself in the kitchen.
