《NCT 19th Member》New Faces...and an old one

"Ok good job, Jia. Next time I want you to be more sexy. I know this might be a hard concept for you but you are in NCT U. you have to learn how to show the rough side of you. Lets take it from the top!" The choreographer said. Jia just nodded her head, taking in all the information.
She was currently working on doing a cover of "Gashina" by Sunmi (I love that song). She was struggling to control the sexy concept seeing that she hasn't done anything like that since the 7th Sense. However she pulled herself together. She felt the base of the music go through to her hands and then down to her hips. The swaying movement went down to her legs.
She nailed the dance and at the end she stared at herself in the mirror, panting hard. The choreographer clapped hard.
"Good! Much better! Alright Jia take a break." He said. She bowed and waited for him to leave the room. She closed the door and practiced the song again. When she stopped halfway, she noticed a figure outside the door. She couldn't see the whole face but she noticed a glimpse of their brown-ish hair. She turned around to see who it was but they were already gone. As curious as she was, she ran to the door to see who it was. She opened the door, but no one is there. Her head fell to the ground, where her eyes were met by a small piece of paper.
Slowly, she reached down and grabbed the piece of paper. She unfolded it to read what was inside.
Im back
"I'm back? Who's back?" Who sent this?" She said turning the paper over to see if there was any sign of who sent it. On the back their was the letter N. She shrugged her shoulders and packed her bag. She read her phone to find a text from Mark.
She ran out of the practice room and made her way to their dorms. She knocked on the door and a confused Mark came to answer.
"You again? Oh... it's just you" He said. Jia was about to say hi but Mark poked his head in the hallway causing Jia to step backwards.
"Who are you looking for?" She said, slowly entering the dorm.
"This guy came to the dorm and knocked on the door. He gave me a piece of paper and said "someone told me to give it to you" it was really weird but, I feel like I recognized his voice!" Mark said.
Jia suspiciously went to the counter where the piece of Paper was. She unfolded it and read it.
Guess Who?
"Is this some kind of prank? I got one too!" She said, pulling her out. She put the pieces together and they strangely fit together like a puzzle piece. She was about to turn the paper around to see if it had the same letter N when Chenle came screaming down the hallway.
"The new members are here already!! Lets go! Right now!!!!" He said, pulling Jisung out of the dorm. Jia dropped the papers and ran out with them.
"Wait I'll change!" She said running back into the room. She changed into something more presentable.

They arrived at SM building. The manager made the 15 of them line up, Hyejin being at the end, for she was the youngest. Three tall figures stood in front of them. While the manager was speaking, one of them furrowed their eyebrows and focused on the managers words. Jia has figured out that he was a foreigner. She found it kind of cute.
"Now Kun And Lucas are from China and Jungwoo is from here." The manager said. Now at least she knew where he was from, she could help him understand a little bit. The manager walked out and Jia walked over to the new trainees. With the help of Renjuns Chinese Lessons, she was confident.
"Hello my name is Jia!" She said in Chinese, shocking him.
"Oh hello! My name is Xuxi but you can call me Lucas." He said. He looked nervous at first but when Jia started talking to him, they got closer.
From the other side of the room, Haechan, Mark, Jisung and Chenle were talking about the scene before them.
"She is like the most shyest person in the world! How did she just approach him?!" Mark said, eyeing them suspiciously. He didn't like the way she looked at him.
"Calm down Mark Hyung! She just wants to get to know him."
After the new members left to go settle in the dorms, the dreamies went to SM coffee shop. They sat down and catches up.
"Now that we have new members, do you think that we might be having a comeback?!" Jeno asked.
"Yeah but it would feel weird without Jaemin Hyung." Chenle said, staring at his coffee cup in sadness.
"I hope Jaemin is doing all right. It's been a while since we've heard from him." Mark said.
"If He we're here right now we would finally get to have a rematch in our video game." Jisung said, causing the others to laugh.
"I miss Nana." Haechan said. This caused Jia to spit out some of her drink and start to choke.
"What the heck?! Why in the world would you do that?!" Haechan said, wiping some of it from the table.
"Mark did you check the back of the little piece of paper you got?" Mark shook his head. Jia fumbled in her pocket for the pieces of paper and pulled them out. She put the pieces together and they read "I'm back! Guess who?"
"I-it c-can't be." She whispered to herself. The other boys huddled around her. She flipped the paper over. She let out a small gasp.
On the slip she received there was an N and on Marks there was a J.
Nana she said in her head.
"NJ? Who's that?" Chenle said, seeming to be clueless.
"Use your big head!!" She yelled shaking his shoulders.
"Oh N.J........ NA JAEMIN. JAEMIN HYUNG IS BACK!" He let out a big dolphin scream.
"Took you long enough!" Jia said before jumping out her chair and making her way outside the building. The others followed her.
They ran into Red Velvet, trying to make their visit small. They bowed and waited for their Elders to leave. When they were out of sight, they ran out the building.
Jia didn't know what she was feeling. Excitement? Hope? Nerves? She just kept running. Faster and faster.

She bursted the dorm room open.
"JAEMIN..... ARE YOU IN HERE?!" She yelled. She felt like she was ready to cry. The others caught up to her.
"I-s He here?" Haechan said, panting. Jia couldn't believe it. Was this some kind of mistake?! Was she wrong?!
"I can't believe it! He isn't even here!" She said, making her way to her room. She fell on her bed and bursted into tears. She missed him, she wanted to see him so bad. The feeling inside of her was more than missing someone. But she couldn't explain it.
She heard the front door opening and heard the boys exclaim. She couldn't make out what but she just sat there staring at the ceiling.
"HYEJIN THERE IS SOMEONE HERE TO SEE YOU!!" Haechan yelled. She was a little annoyed but got up anyway.
"Honestly Haechan hyung, I don't feel like-" she was going to finish her sentence when she blasted her bedroom door open to find Jaemin standing. His hair was golden brown. He looked taller.
"Did you miss me?" He said, spreading his arms out.
"N-nana?!" She cried out. She ran to him and squeeze him tight. She cried, making his shirt wet. Finally. She had seen him again.
"I can't believe your here!" She said.
Jaemin POV
A tall figure with long hair walked out the room. She looked like Y/N but older. I was surprised with how much she has grown. She is looking more like a grown up than a kid. I've missed so much.
"N-nana?" She said bursting into tears. I held my hands out for her to run up to me. God, I missed this. It was much more easier for me to hug her. I smelt the pomegranate in her shampoo. She released the hug and just looked up at me.
Narrator POV
"I can't believe this? What are you doing here? I mean I know what your doing here but, WHEN DID YOU GET HERE?! OHHHHH.... DOES THIS MEAN YOU CAN PERFORM AGAIN?!" she started bombarding him with questions. He grabbed her shoulder with one hand and wiped her tears with the other. He then cupped her cheek.
"Relax Hyejinnie. Im here now." He said, pulling her into another hug.
"And yes, I'm back because I fully recovered and I am allowed to perform again. I got here 4 hours ago, I had to stop by SM building when I saw you so I decided to give you my little note. I'm assuming that you got my note?" he said, eyeing between Mark and Hyejin. They both nodded.
"I'm just glad your back." Jisung said, and everyone nodded in agreement. They helped put Jaemin stuff in his dorm that he shared with Jeno and Renjun. When they were finished they watched a bunch of movies.
It was getting late and Mark and Haechan had to go back to 127's dorm. Everyone said goodbye to them before they went to bed.
Hyejin couldn't sleep. She was to happy that Jaemin had returned. She was so happy that she scraped her foot on the side of her bed when she was jumping up and down. But she didn't notice it until she felt a sting in her leg. She checked the time and saw that it was 3 am. she decided to go look for some band aids in the kitchen.
She walked into the kitchen and opened the counter. Great. They put the band aids in the tallest place. She sighed and tried to reach the band aids. She hopped a couple of times to try and reach it but it was no use. On her last jump, she felt herself fly into the air. She looked down and found a pair of hands on her waist.
"Did you get what you need?" the voice said. She nodded and she grabbed the band aids. The boy slowly put her down. She turned around to face to boy with a beautiful smile.
"What are you doing awake Jaemin?" She said. She blushed a little, realizing that his hands were still on her waist. He seemed to notice and moved his hands.
"I came to get a glass of water. It's been a while I almost forgot where the glasses are," He said, making Hyejin chuckle. His eyes fell to the cut on her leg.
"Jia, your leg! Here let me help." He said. He grabbed her waist again and put her on the counter. He bend down a little to clean the cut with a gauze and cloth.
"How exactly did this happen?" He asked her. She shook her head in embarrassment.
"Um it's stupid but I was jumping up and down because I was excited that you were back that I jumped and kicked my leg on my bed." She said. He shook his head and put the band aid on. He came back up so they were face to face.
" I didn't know you missed me so much." He said. He looked her straight into her eyes. They stayed like this for a few seconds before she looked away. She couldn't look at him like that for long. Her face turned a bright red, causing Jaemin to laugh.
"Cute" He whispered. She looked down so that he couldn't see her blushing.
"Ugh. I should go back to bed. Goodnight Nana." She said. He helped her off the counter and gave her a hug.
"Goodnight Hyejin."
She ran to her room and locked the door. She fell on her bed and sighed.
Why was it different? Why were they acting different towards each other? Usually when Jaemin would pick her up, she would find it normal. When he stood too close to him, she would just look at him and smile. She just realised that it was because it's been a while. That's all, it's just been a while. She didn't have feeling for him and he didn't have feelings for him.
Or did he?

The world of Aelth Myrris is dying; the world-god is in her death throes. This act of murder was entirely intentional and caused by capricious and hidden entities even more powerful than the gods themselves. The many groups that call the world-god Myrris home have been abandoned. Once proud societies are crumbling into ruin and barbarity as those with ambition vie to seize what few bits of fading power they can. Amidst this tumult, there are still some stories to be told about those few who cling to life wanting more than power and trinkets. This is the saga of those few who hope for a better future. Those few who defy the hidden entities that devour their world. Those few who refuse to be the pawns of fate.

Flight of the Princess Sage [hiatus]
Ancient witch Aurora by making use of complex soul magic reincarnates as the Duke and royal head magician's daughter Lavenna Mehliac in another world. As she grows up she finds many irregularities with this new world's magic system. Watch her unravel the mysteries of her new world's magic, gods and fallen civilizations, change the world around her and search the multiverse for her beloved. Hey there! It's my first novel, so any feedback and criticism are welcome. Decided to write this story to get it off my head. What to expect here: World-building (at least I will try to do my best to flesh out the magic system, the multiverse, the ancient civilizations etc. I don't really know about politics though), Many character backstories, amateur writing, yuri, OP protagonist, ruthless/borderline evil protagonist. What not to expect: Harem, RPG system, regular releases. I'll try to finish the story to the end but can't really promise anything. Chapters will be released when I have the time to write them which I don't have much of.

But instead of safety, every step brings them closer to danger: sky pirates, cannibals, and a relentless soulless scourge unleashed by their enemy are all intent on killing Lian—or worse. Death, Aralt realizes, might be the greater mercy. ---------------------------------------------------------- What to Expect: Character-driven Plot Novel Pacing (which I accept isn't typical for serials) Elaborate Worldbuilding (you gotta pay attention) Soul-bonded Swords Sentient Wolves Longish Chapters What Not to Expect: Litrpg (sorry!) Harem (not sorry!) Magic System Short Chapters Dancing Bears (at least so far) Seriously, this is a second-world low fantasy/science-fantasy featuring a strong, but flawed male protagonist, a cheeky teenage boy that’s driving him crazy, a wee bit o’ Scots flavor, and a whole lot of culture clashing. I’m preparing to relaunch this story on Kindle once the second and third books are ready and I’d love some feedback as I move through those revisions. I'm serious about the feedback. All comments are welcome. I'll name a characters after you. And kill them, if you want. :) Oh, did I mention soulless assassins and cannibals? Yeah, Aralt’s day is not getting any better. cover image by brosedesignz
