It took Jimin a lot of courage to step his foot outside the room. Taehyung had seen him naked and he felt like disappearing from Earth. He pondered how he could face the alpha knowing that he saw everything.

"God, this is embarrassing". Jimin muttered as he slid on his pants.

He checked out himself several times and cringed at how the alpha must have seen his nipples and most especially his hips. Jimin was always insecure about his hips because he thought it made him look more like a female and he'd always been teased for mistakenly being a male instead of a female. After what seemed like hours, Jimin decided to go downstairs.

Immediately after he entered the living room, he saw Taehyung and the first thing he could think of was to run away from the house and take a cab to the space station where he'd enter a spaceship that will take him out of this Earth. He'd rather start a new life in Jupiter than stand in front of the alpha at that moment.

Taehyung on the other hand was waiting for Jimin to come downstairs so that he could apologize for making that silly mistake. He got up immediately and rushed to the omega.

"Jimin I'm so sorry for earlier. I swear I didn't mean it. I was just looking for Maya and..."

"Forget about it Mr. Kim but you should have shut the door immediately after I came out of the bathroom instead of staring at me". Jimin was finding it hard to look the alpha in the eyes while he spoke.

"I'm so sorry, I was shocked and confused". Taehyung held the omega's hand as he pleaded.

Jimin's eyes widened at the sudden contact and he glanced between Taehyung and their hands before slowly withdrawing his hand. Taehyung realized that the omega was uncomfortable and he immediately let go of his hand before bowing and hastily walking out of the house.

"Mr. Kim, what about breakfast?" The Omega trailed off as he watched Taehyung hurry out.

Well, Jimin wasn't the only embarrassed one after all.

He sighed and went to sit with Maya who was engulfed in the cartoon she was watching and had paid no mind to the men's discussion.

Throughout the day, the image of Jimin's body refused to leave Taehyung's thoughts. The Alpha was getting pissed and mad at himself for having dirty thoughts about the Omega. Well, he couldn't be blamed for the way his body reacted to such thoughts.

Since his wife died, the Alpha had vowed on her grave to remain faithful by keeping his body and his love from anyone. It was a vow he would keep forever to honor Maya's sacrifice and love.

But he's flesh and blood, after all, he was still young and healthy and it couldn't be denied that he still needed sex. His doctor had advised him to slow down on the number of suppressants he took during his ruts but the Alpha wouldn't listen and at some point, he started overdosing on his suppressants because it felt like they stopped working.

"One day, you'd take them and nothing would change". The doctor always said.

Ruts weren't as bad as they used to be in the past. The world had continued to change and modify a lot of biological phenomena so it was not as if Alphas walked around with tents in their pants nor did they go crazy because they were horny. Omega's heats were like periods, they'd have cramps and increase in slick flow but they didn't go around begging Alphas to do anything about it.

Nevertheless, young wolves still experienced strong sexual desires and that was the case with Taehyung, the more he thought about Jimin.

"Fuck, what the hell is wrong with me?" Taehyung snapped out of his thoughts.

He'd have to avoid Jimin like a plague if he wanted to keep the vow he made to his late wife. The Omega was starting to occupy his mind a lot and he didn't like it because he was not going to allow anyone to replace his wife in his heart.

The Alpha looked down at his crotch and shook his head. Maybe Jimin was affecting him more than he imagined.

"First I see him in my dream, I'm not even over that yet and boom! I see his stupid nipples and his stupid hips, and his stupid legs, stupid stupid sexy freaking hot stupid Omega". Taehyung continued mumbling and ruffling his hair in frustration.

"What is bothering you son?" Mrs. Kim suddenly spoke when she noticed Taehyung fighting himself.

"It's nothing mum, just thinking about work". The Alpha lied.

"Are you going back to Japan so soon?" Mrs. Kim asked as she went to sit beside her son.

"I'll be going back in a week".

"Then why were you pulling your hair just now?" The woman looked at him suspiciously.

"I just...umm...it was..."

"Mum are you there?" Jimin's voice interrupted the conversation.

"Yes dear, Taehyung's room". Mrs. Kim replied to the Omega.

Taehyung's eyes widened as he heard Jimin's footsteps and he tapped his feet on the floor to think of something fast.

"Mum I have to go somewhere, be back soon". Taehyung rushed out of his room leaving his mother confused.

He passed Jimin with the speed of light and didn't even respond when he greeted him. Jimin's mood shifted from excited to sad because Taehyung was just being mean to him for no reason.

"Hi, mum". Jimin's voice was low and his countenance was gloomy.

"Hey, you don't look so good. Did your Alpha cancel the date?" The woman asked worriedly.

"Oh no, it's just... nothing mum. I'm fine. Namjoon sent his driver to bring me to his office, so I'll be leaving now. I just came to let you know that I might sleep over at his place".

"Someone has been sleeping over a lot these days". Mrs. Kim teased.

"Mum Stop! We just watched movies all night". Jimin blushed and looked down.

"Yeah of course you watch movies all night". The elder continued teasing.

"Bye mum". Jimin couldn't stand the teasing anymore and he rushed out of the room with red ears.

Jimin's smile widened the closer he got to Namjoon's office. Visiting the Alpha always brought him happiness and it didn't matter whether he was in love with Namjoon or not. All that mattered was the peace of mind he felt in the relationship and how the Alpha cared for him and pampered him like a child.

When he reached the door to Namjoon's office, he straightened his shirt for the last time and smacked his lips before finally knocking on the door.

"Hey, my love". Jimin grinned and purposely swung his hips as he walked to the Alpha.

"Hey". The Alpha didn't sound as excited to see Jimin.

Jimin noticed but he chose to ignore it and went ahead to sit on the Alpha's lap. Namjoon immediately declined the Omega's romantic gesture. He looked tense and would stare at the door from time to time as if someone was supposed to walk in.

"My love, you are not happy to see me?" Jimin whined.

"Jimin please have a sit. I'm expecting someone". Namjoon motioned him to sit opposite him.

First of all, Namjoon had never called him by his first name since they started dating. Secondly, he always sat on the Alpha's lap anytime he visited, and never for once did Namjoon allow any other person into his office while Jimin was around.

"Is everything okay my love?" Jimin's eyes were starting to sting but he'd fight the tears back.

"I'm so sorry I'm late". A male Omega interrupted the couple as he peeked into the office.

Namjoon suddenly smiled for the first time since Jimin entered that place. Jimin looked at him and then looked back at the other Omega. He saw the eye contact they shared and he was not too dumb to notice how the Alpha changed immediately after he set eyes on the omega.

"It's fine, please have a seat". Namjoon offered.

"Hi, I'm Seokjin. You must be Jimin". The older male asked Jimin with a smile.

Jimin didn't respond. He could guess what was about to happen. He'd experienced situations like that in the past.

"Jimin I don't know how to say this but I promise I don't mean to cause you pain in any way. Things just happened and I couldn't fight them". Namjoon spoke nervously.

"Go ahead and break my heart Namjoon. Go ahead and tell me that I wasn't enough and that you found someone better". Jimin cried into his hands.

"Jimin please let us explain". Seokjin held Jimin's shoulder.

"Don't touch me!" Jimin yelled at the man.

"Please calm down. I want you to understand that I never lied about liking you but Jin here is my destined mate and when I met him, I tried to stick with you but you know how the bond works." Namjoon explained pitifully.

"It's fine, I understand".

Jimin picked up his purse and ran out of the office, not wanting to hear any more of how his boyfriend found his mate. They were so close to mating and officially marking each other and that was when his destined mate decided to show up.

Just great.
