《Friendly Sex {{ GeorgeNotFound }}》ELEVEN: irl

It only took the one text, it always did.
George would send the message and she'd be dressed and on her way within half an hour.
Again, it was a short message just the main beaconing then a screenshot of her Uber, already booked and paid for on his account.
She didn't have a lot of time, hadn't gotten out of her lounge clothes all day, lucky she had showered the night before so didn't need to worry about greasy hair or prickly legs, certain of what was going to happen this time.
Wanting to stay in her comfort zone she picked a colour, going with purple and sticking with it. High waisted purple cargos with an off white cropped top, a purple zip-up over top, even wearing her purple pulse Low Dunks and putting purple eyeshadow in the inner corners of her eyes, sticking with her well known thick eyeliner.
By the time she was actually at his door she feared he had fallen asleep, due to him not answering any of her calls or messages, she had to almost bang down his door to finally catch his attention.
"Took you long enough" she huffed, sliding in past him and out of the cold, "I've only been out there twenty minutes"
"You should have called me" he let out with a small smile, his eyes scanning up and down her body.
"I did" she deadpanned, taking off her shoes and placing them in their place.
"I don't recall" he smirked, stepping closer his hands catching her waist under the zip up, rubbing circles with his thumb, pulling her body into his, catching her when she tripped into him, her hands on his chest and a pout on her face.
"No, you don't answer calls" he laughed at her spat out joke.

She kept the pout on her face, despite him leaning ever closer to catch her lips on his, but she wasn't going to cave that fast, as he moved forward she moved backwards, depending on his grasp on her waist to keep her stable.
"Oh, so now you pay attention" she raised an eyebrow, trying her best to suppress a smile.
"Shut up," he mumbled before dragging her closer, one hand travelling to the small of her back as support and the other gripping the side of her neck.
Their lips met in an explosion, not soft and relaxed but rough and clashing, his teeth hit hers in his hurry, but she didn't care.
In all honesty, she loved when George was like this, something had obviously rilled him up and she was about to find out just how agitated he really was.
George's mind was spinning from the moment she stepped into his house, from the smell of her perfume to the shimmer on her cheeks, every part of her caught his eyes in a different way.
He couldn't help the way his hand ran to the back of her neck, fingers dancing through her hair just to pull her even closer.
The way his hands held her was possessive, he was staking his claim without even knowing it. Subconsciously hoping that his friends on the other side of the world would get the message, that they could look but not touch, he was the only one who could touch her.
It was intimate, it was them two and nobody else.
"Come on," he murmured between their lips, "upstairs"
He finally pulled back, hand taking her own.
"Don't trip"

Cheep!?
Charles Monroe survived the disappearance of his parents, did his best to hold things together for himself and his sister. Cancer didn’t put him down, and after suffering through several rounds of chemotherapy, Charles Monroe thought that things might finally be looking up. That is, until a virulent strain of ebola swept through the city. With his immune system strained as it is, the odds don’t look good for Charles. It claims that it needs his help and that it can give him a second life, one far away from all the pain he’s ever known. So, Charles answers as any reasonable person would. He says no. Charles isn't ready or willing to die yet. But, as with everything else to this point, even his choice to keep fighting is taken from him all too soon. With no other option but the dark oblivion of death, Charles chooses to make a deal with the spirit of a distant world that's seeking a wild card in its battle against the gods, monsters, and mortals that threaten its existence. Someday, he’ll find where his family went. Someday, he’ll uphold his end of the bargain and hunt beings powerful beyond anything he’s ever known. Someday, he might even – hatch? “CHEEP!?” Things to Know: -Cheep!? Will release on a minimum weekly schedule. -After a backlog of chapters, posting will slow, but in the interim you can expect a chapter a day up until roughly 25 chapters. -This story at times will potentially carry some heavy moments, but the tone is intended to be lighter overall. -There are invisible game-like elements in this story, but nothing so concrete as a dedicated gamelit novel. -I personally have some issues with anxiety, so I may or may not interact with the community a lot. I'll try if anyone has questions, but I can't guarantee that it'll be consistent. -MC is a non-human lead, and will never actually become human. Romance will potentially happen between side-characters, but not with the MC. -MC IS NOT THE ONLY VIEW POINT. I have to put that out there because people sometimes hate alternate PoV's in a story. None of them will be filler, and they'll be there only to give a little bit more nuance and meaning to the world that the MC has stepped in, or is about to be imminently important. I'll try to keep them down, but this also helps to prevent me from burning out getting trapped in one view. -Most of all, I hope that this story is enjoyable to you, and that you have a great time reading it! -Written by Michael Adams, Cowritten/Edited by Summer Kent

The Summoner's Call
No schedule. The first 20 or so chapters have a little cringe-inducing English. The story is slow and summoning spells are actually scarcely shown at the beginning. Old synopsis: Have you ever heard about him?Of he who was born in the city of mages? He, who once burned a kingdom to the ground?Whose spells did he wave together humbled the gods?Who made men's wildest nightmares pale before those he called from the beyond? The Hypocrite. The Thief. The Mad. The Murderer. The Calamity.History talks about those and more men, and their many deeds. What it doesn't tell is that all of them were only one man.He was known by many names. The Summoner. So, tell me, haven't you heard of him before? It doesn't matter, so listen, as I will tell his story one last time.
