Raven then moved her hand closer and closer and smiled. Beast Boy couldn't help but open his is legs more in anticipation of what was to come.

Raven saw this and quickly pulled away just as their lips were about to touch. Beast Boy could only sit there in surprise.

Then Raven snickered and said:

"Haha... got ya!"

Beast Boy then turned a bright red and closed his legs in embarrassment.

"Rae you can't just trick me like that" he said in a whiny voice, "You meanie!"

"I'm sorry I couldn't resist the opportunity! Y' know I've never teased you before until now"

"Not fair!"

"Oh yes it isssss!" Raven said as she stuck out her tongue.

Then the two both began laughing as they realized they were both acting like children. Up until the Aqualad situation, although it may not seem like it, they never really got the chance to have a good laugh.

The villains that had previously went easy on them didn't see some dumb kids just trying to play hero and have their 15 minutes of fame anymore. They saw deticated adults wanting to protect the innocent people of Jump City.

They saw them as a true threat and it only made the Titans' jobs harder than ever before. Only getting more challenging by the day. So what better wat to relieve stress with laughter?

As their laughing continued, inch by inch, they got closer and closer. They were like magnets. Opposites attracting to one another.

Finally close enough to touch, Beast Boy grabbed Raven's waist and pulled her towards him. Raven then wrapped her arms around his neck and they just stared deeply in each other's eyes.

They felt like endless seas with mysteries and secrets lying deep beneath the surface. And they were getting lost in them. So lost that they didn't even realize that there lips were basically touching.

Beast Boy then broke up the staring contest and suddenly said:

"Hey Rae?"

"Yes?" Raven asked quietly.

"I-I... I love you... Is that ok?"

Raven's eyes widened in shock.

*Wait he loves me!? He. Loves. Me!? Why am I freaking out!? This is what I've been wanting! What I've been waiting for! Why am I not saying anything!? Just say it back! Quickly! Just say it back!*

But instead of saying anything, Raven just placed a kiss on Beast Boy's forehead and waited. This made him confused until he heard an "I love you too" from deep within his mind.

It was Raven!

"D-did you just use telepathy on me!?" Beast Boy asked.

Raven's face was a light shade of red. She was also looking away, not wanting to look directly at Beast Boy.

"S-sorry... was that too much...?

Then Raven suddenly felt a kiss being placed on her cheek.

"It was perfect" Beast Boy said softly.

Raven then looked at Beast Boy in relief. She wanted to kiss him but she couldn't do that without pouncing on him. Going in for a kiss was awkward enough but doing it slowly was a whole other story.

Raven then leaned in closer and was about press her lips against his when she felt two fingers stop her.

"Now, now sweet Raven. I can't let you have dessert just yet... Now that you've teased me, you have to earn it now~" Beast Boy said.

Raven looked at him with an embarrassed but annoyed look. Her cheeks then turned bright red and Beast Boy couldn't help but break character.

"HAHAHA how does it feel now Rae!? You embarrassed yet!?"

"Garfield if you don't shut up I will smite you right here, right now."

"Hehehe, you're right, the opportunity is too good to pass up!"

Raven then smacked Beast Boy on the back of the head. Hard.

"OW! Hey!"

"I warned you. Pfft-"

"Dang Rae, you really pack a punch hehehe"

"I know. But since we're even, can we please try this again?"

"Yep! Let's go!"

"And you promise you'll be serious this time?"

"Only if you promise you will"

"Ok, I promise"

"Ok I promise too!"
