《✔️Ambrosia (Edward Cullen) BOOK ONE》59-"Forever"

In all her considerations of being immortal- she had never accounted for just how beautiful it would be. The very first thing Ambrosia Hatton noticed was how perfectly content she felt, her entire body felt incredibly light, cool now in the absence of the fire. There was not a single ache nor discomfort within her entire body. She felt only perfect. The very next thing she noticed was how overwhelmed she was by every sense. A thousand sounds, tastes and smells pummelled her in a second and as she opened her eyes to see the world for the first time in her new form; she saw that it was beautiful.
"Ambrosia" and it was him, that voice that she had dreamt of over so many nights and spent so many days with. It was impossibly more beautiful now, a smooth velvet whisper and she listened eagerly, anticipating another word, waiting. Only a millisecond into her waiting did she recognise that it had been her own name that he had spoken- her brain, although turning faster than ever before, felt curiously delayed and she sat up to assess the world. Sitting up should have given her whiplash from the pure speed of it though such a thing did not happen.
Before she even glanced down at her own body, her eyes scanned over the bedroom she knew so well, in search of him. Easily distracted with her new eyes, she assessed every minor difference in the environment. Ambrosia knew then that she could stare at the world for eternity and never grow tired of the understated beauty of it.
"Edward" it was a stunning voice, though a voice than was vaguely familiar despite the fact that she had never heard it before. Ambrosia couldn't help but be startled to find that the voice had been hers and the word had been his name. Edward stood so peacefully against the wall though there was something tense in his eyes. He was in awe and when she turned her new eyes to him- she couldn't help but reciprocate the emotion. Edward Cullen was beautiful. She could see every fleck in his golden eyes and every strand of his gorgeous hair. "Edward" she repeated and was at his side in a second, not touching him but staring up into those eyes with as much passion as she could muster.

Hesitantly, Edward rose a hand to her cheek and the second his fingertips neared her flesh, she leant into him. Edward and Ambrosia marvelled in the identical texture and temperatures of their flesh for a second and she felt as though she had been lightened by his touch. Her now permanently long and luscious lashes fluttered with immense delicacy as she leant impossibly closer to him and Edward's thumb smoothed over her cheekbone as he stared at her, hypnotised.
"I didn't expect to feel so..." she trailed off, shocked by her own voice and he chuckled as he continued to stare at her. The stare wasn't unnerving, however, it made her feel completely loved. It made her feel beautiful. And the second he chuckled- she knew that it had officially become her new favourite sound.
"So?" he prompted when she didn't continue and she giggled, making him smile in further awe as the sound filled him, making his heart lighten warmly.
"So normal. I feel like me."
"I'm glad... I'm sorry that this is how it worked out. I'm sorry that I wasn't there to save you in time" he voiced, words quiet as a whisper and his forehead lining in stress, eyes saddening at the thought. Though he instantly calmed when she stretched upwards and looped her arms easily around his neck, guiding his head so that their eyes locked once more.
"Edward Cullen. Don't you ever apologise for that. You and I... We have eternity now." her voice quietened, softening with each word and his bright beam assured her that he was happy at the prospect. The next easy movement was to press their lips together and when they did- Ambrosia almost moaned in content. The second she kissed her boyfriend in her new body, she knew that she was addicted to him. His lips were soft, but she knew from the second that he responded that he had been holding out on her for all this time.

Edward's hands came up eagerly to hold her face with such tender love that her heartfelt fit to burst as she allowed her fingers to loop through his silky reddish-brown hair, soaking up every sensation and quickly becoming overwhelmed though absolutely adoring it. When Edward finally pulled back, having to break the kiss off before it went too far- she visibly pouted and he laughed, eyes bright when he took in her expression. Squeezing her cheeks teasingly, he pressed a singular kiss to those pouted lips as he laughed at her.
"We have forever, Baby" he breathed, marvelling in the way the two of them were looped together in an embrace where they stood. Ambrosia was perfectly content as she held him sweetly and Edward instantly noticed the softness of her hold, it felt almost human, the way she cuddled him and it warmed his heart to see her restraint- though it did not seem that she did it consciously. Ambrosia was the most curious newborn Edward Cullen had ever met, entirely calm as they stood there unmoving. "Are you hungry?" he breathed out and she looked upwards, a dent forming on her forehead as she considered it.
"Are you?" she returned and he chuckled, she was just the same and when he laughed slightly, she looked downwards with a shy smile- the vampire equal to a blush that made Edward grin. All his fears were put to bed the first time he met vampire Ambrosia and the two of them progressed easily to the large window, venturing out onto the balcony and despite Ambrosia's new immortal status; Edward swung her easily into a bridal hold as she giggled before he leapt straight over the railing.
Their new life together was only just beginning.

The Stormcrow Cycle
Once a powerful and lauded witch, Ba'an salu-Ba'an now lives alone in a cave in the desert, waiting to die. When she rescues an outlander from certain death she becomes embroiled in a deadly game of politics and empire, of heart and soul, but worst of all--of hope and love and a chance at a peaceful future. Can a disgraced witch find a reason to live her life again--and if so, what price must she pay? The Stormcrow Cycle is a trilogy comprising of The Exile, The Lion, and Abomination. Tags or genres for each book: The Exile: romance, slice-of-life The Lion: romance, slice-of-life, politics Abomination: tragedy, high/epic fantasy (aka "Everything is on fire!") Updates once a week whenever I have time. Cross-posted on Wattpad and Scribble Hub. The CBMokedi cover will return! Excerpt: She looked down at him again. Young. Healthy, from what she could see, except for the wound that was killing him. He was handsome in a way that suggested a life of wealth and plenty. She did not think he had ever starved. Someone important. Her shadow fell across him, and he frowned. Blearily, he opened his eyes. They were amber and bright, even as he lay dying in the dirt. She could feel his soul, blazing inside of him like a fire refusing to die even as his body began to fail. He met her gaze, eyes widening in what she guessed was surprise—or shock. But he never looked away, staring up at her as though transfixed. Ba’an made her decision. She raised her hand and covered his eyes. In another moment, a murder of crows cawed as they took wing. The man and woman were gone from the road, leaving only the dead staring up into the sky. Note: This is a high-fantasy set in a low-magic world. The first book is largely character-driven and we really only hit the real plot in Book II, so if you're not fond of long epic yarns you ought to skip this one. I also don't include trigger warnings, but mind the "traumatizing content" tag--all societies minus one practice slavery and the world is indeed, rather grim!

Lilith wants an answer and she even has a theory for how to make the boost stick if she's right. Now if only her sister could explain to her why Luz, who seems to be ready to leap into almost anything, won't leap into love. Fanfiction of The Owl House Daily posts until it's caught up to Ao3. Written between seasons 1 and 2 and no, I'm not editing EVERYTHING that would be needed to fix the inconsistencies.

A beta life
I heard the boys voice before i saw his face. It sounded like the smooth rehearsed kind of voice you hear in the movies, from the dream boat lead character with the too-good-to-be-true looks. I raised my eyes to search for the owner of the beautiful sound. My eyes met his just as he came into view.He stopped in his tracks, bumping into one of the med students he was following, staring straight at Me. "Mate" he said just loud enough for the huge man behind him to stop and stare in the direction of the boys gaze.I felt a sickening feeling deep in my stomach. I had never felt anything like it before, the instant feeling of nausea followed by what i can only describe as a rush of emotion. What a trip. The meds are extra strong today I laughed to myself as I continued to stare at the beautiful dark haired boy. This institution just got a whole lot better if he is a patient
