"Lanae, pull that damn shirt down." Omari smacked his lips as I grabbed my ice cream cone.
"Babe, it's made like this." I playfully rolled my eyes.
"Baby ass shirt," he mumbled under his breath.
I side eyed him before flicking him off.
Our day is just getting started since we woke up at 4:05 pm. Mainly, my fault since Omari worn my ass out last night and I was knocked out for a long time.
Omari's exact words being Omari dick withdrawals. His ass been hyped about putting me in a mini coma. He been cheesing and saying smart ass remarks to me all day. Obviously, his ego has grown ten times bigger overnight.
When I finally woke up this afternoon, Omari told me that we were going to a carnival that opened up yesterday. I quickly got dressed and tried to get my hair together, but I didn't have enough time, so I just wore Omari's black and white Adidas hat.
We just got to the carnival, like five minutes ago. I'm beyond ready to ride rides and play games with some bomb ass carnival food. We were about to have a good time, for sure.
"You tryna' get on some rides, Mar?" I eyed him as I licked my ice cream cone.
"Yeah, when it start gettin' dark. I'm just tryna' grub right now," he smirked.
"What you want?"
We were passing a lot of food trucks right now, but he's still stuck on what he wants to get.
"Shit, I want everything. I just don't know what to get first." He chuckled.
I looked around before my eyes settled on a food truck that was selling chicken on the stick and other meals.
"Start off wit' a chicken on a stick," I suggested.
He nodded his head as we made our way to the food truck. As we waited in line, I began recording videos of us two.
"Babe," I called out, but he continued looking ahead causing me to pout, "Mar."
He glanced at me before looking at my phone that I was holding up, "Waddup?"
"I love you." I cheesed looking at my screen as I continued recording.
He chuckled, "I love you too."
"Gimme ah kiss." I smiled before turning my head in his direction.
He leaned his head down to me causing me to lean up to him. As soon as I moved to kiss his lips, he turned his head making my lips land on his cheek.
He began cracking up as I smacked my lips and hit him on his chest while still keeping a tight grip on my ice cream cone.
"I can't stand you." I mumbled while rolling my eyes.
"Aww don't be mad," he cooed as he pulled me into him by draping his arm over my shoulders.

I stopped recording before watching the video. I wasn't mad at all, just a little salty. The video was cute though. It light way described our relationship. Him always playing with me and my little emotions.
"Baby, you mad at me?" He whispered inside of my ear, sending chills down my spine.
"No," I looked up at him, "a lil' salty tho'."
"My bad, baby. C'mere." He licked his lips before he kissed my lips softly. "Is that better?"
I smirked, "Mmm, that was aight."
"Oh word?" He questioned with one of his eyebrows raised.
As I'm nodding my head, he leans down while moving my hair to the side before burying his face in the crook of my neck. I felt his tongue slowly twirl around my soft spot causing me to bite my bottom lip. My knees grew weak as he sucked on my neck creating a hickey even though I had plenty from last night. Omari's hands gripped my hips pulling me into his body, allowing me to feel his semi hard print.
"Mm," I hummed in satisfaction as I tilted my head back on his shoulder. I felt my ice cream cone slowly slid out my hand, but I quickly tightened my hold on it.
"Is that better, now?" He mumbled against my skin before he began kissing me on my collar bone.
Before I could try to respond, we both heard someone clear their throat in front of us. I opened my eyes and noticed we were next in line. I blushed while removing myself from Omari's hold and stepping out of line.
Omari quickly ordered his food and stepped aside to wait for it.
"Why you actin' all shy?"
"I'm not." I denied while smiling.
He stared down at me before shaking his head, smirking.
"There go 'em withdrawals," he uttered causing me to laugh.
"Shut up."
"Dead ass, Nae. You think I'm jokin', but I'm serious. You then lost yo' attitude, got shy on me, and got some good rest. All because of yo' man."
He grinned at me as I rolled my eyes at him, playfully.
He right, I agreed inside of my head before licking my ice cream again.
After a few minutes of waiting, Omari finally got his food.
"You gon' win me a bear, Mar?" I asked him as we began walking again.
He shook his head no and bit into his chicken causing my mouth to fall open.
"W-what?"
"I'm fuckin' witchu', Nae," he chuckled, "you know I gotchu'."
"Yeah 'cause I was finna say.."
"What?" He raised an eyebrow at me as he continued chewing his food.
"It don't matter now that you corrected yo' self." I bit into the cone since the rest of my ice cream was inside of it.

"Don't let yo' mouth get you in trouble, again." He chuckled.
I smirked. "Mm, I don't know. Maybe I will."
He gave me a solemn look. "I'm dead ass, Lanae."
"I am too."
"Aight then, let's go to the car."
I busted out laughing. "Omari."
"C'mon." He grabbed my wrist and turned around, pulling me towards the direction we came in.
"Okay, okay," I laughed, "I'm not ready for round two. I'm still sore from last night."
"That's what I thought." He said turning back around while intertwining our fingers.
I dropped the rest of my cone in a nearby trash can before leaning on Omari's body as we continued walking around.
Once the sky became dark and the lights cut on, we begin getting on rides and playing games.
"Oh my gosh! That ride had me feelin' like my ass was in my stomach," I groaned, rubbing my butt.
We just got done riding the drop tower. A ride where you slowly go high up and then drop down quick as hell. When we dropped, I swear I couldn't even feel my butt on the seat. Had my ass screaming for help.
Omari smacked my ass, smirking. "Don't worry, ma. It's still there."
I glared at him, "Omari that hurt."
He chuckled. "My bad," he licked his lips, "you still want ah bear?"
"You know I do," I side eyed him.
"Aight, let's go find ah game wit' some bears."
We walked around a little until we came across a game with huge bears hanging around it.
"Hey! Come play the Rope Ladder and get a chance at winning a bear!" The man at the game smiled at us.
"How much is it?" Omari questioned.
"Only five dollars."
Omari pulled out a wad of money before pulling out a twenty dollar bill from it. "I don't got ah five dollar bill, so imma just pay wit' this."
"That's fine, sir. You have four tries, in total."
"Aight. So what I gotta do? Just climb the whole ladder?"
"Yes. If you fall down you have to start all over, but you can climb on the ladder at the top or the bottom." The guy informed Omari.
"Aight coo'." Omari nodded his head and pulled his pants up.
He stepped up in front of the inflatable that held the rope ladders.
He began climbing the ladder and it began wobbling immediately.
"Oh shit!" Omari laughed when he fell off the ladder.
"Babe," I laughed along with him, "you just started."
"This shit ain't easy."
"It's definitely not. Only one person was able to climb the ladder today." The guy working at this station said.
"Well I'm finna be the next nigga to climb it."
"That's right, baby." I encouraged him.
He tried again, climbing slower this time. When it began wobbling again he stiffened his body, but in the end he still fell off of it.
"Dammit." He mumbled under his breath causing me to smile.
"It's aight Mar, you got this."
"Two more tries," the worker informed.
"Aight." Omari stood up and tried again.
This time he stretched his arms and legs out on each side of the ladder before he climbed it cautiously and slowly. The ladder flipped over causing Omari to be at the bottom now, but he didn't fall off making me sigh in relief. When he finally made it to the top of the ladder, I began squealing while jumping up and down.
He got off the ladder and blew out a breath. "I ain't ever doin' that shit again. Next time, I'll buy you ah bear at Walmart."
I laughed and hugged him. "Thanks baby. I really appreciate it."
"Mhm," he hummed, "go head and pick yo' bear, so we can get outta here."
"I'll like the pink one," I informed the worker. He quickly got the bear for me and handed it over to me.
"Here you go. You guys have a nice night."
"You too. C'mon Nae." Omari said walking away.
I pouted as he walked ahead of me. "Mar."
"Waddup?" He asked as he continued walking.
I poked my bottom lip out even more before running up behind him with my big ass bear. "Mar, thank you for my bear."
He glanced down at me and saw my pout. "Why you givin' me that look?"
"Because.. I can tell that game kinda stressed you out."
He slightly smirked. "Nah, I'm just tired. We been on our feet all day and that game wore ah nigga out."
"Awww," I cooed, "my baby won me ah bear even when he was tired."
He shook his head at me. "Yeah. Cherish this moment 'cause I ain't doin' that shit again."
He sayin' that now, I thought.
I held my bear with one hand and grabbed his chin with the other. I leaned up and kissed his plump lips.
"I love you." I said in a serious tone, pulling away.
"I love you too, ma." He uttered before pecking my lips again.
Today is definitely going to become a special memory. Me and my man been boo'd up all day.
