Quick note: in this scenario you are good friends with the group of boys. You watch them play baseball all the time and you are always with them because they think your cool as well.
:
You were walking yet slightly skipping trying to catch up to the boys. They seemed so annoyed yet looked like they were ready for an all out rumble.
"Hey what's up with you guy—" you tried asking smalls but stoped when you saw who the boys were annoyed at.
"Oh it's Phillips and his ugly gang." Smalls said while making a disgusted gesture.
You look at who you think is Phillips and point with your eyes.
"Is that Phillips?"
"Ugh yeah...why?" Smalls asked while looking at you
"N-no reason." You slightly shake your head and continued staring at Phillips. He was so handsome. And then he catches you staring
:
He caught you staring at him
"Oh look, you guys must suck if you had to get a girl to come play with y'all. Hey sweetheart I think you should save yourself the embarrassment and let them make a fool of themselves on their own."
God she's cute!,Where did they find her?
He rode his bike right next to you
"I mean you can always come with me." He was close to your face and quietly said it next to your ear.
Your face went red and before you could respond all the boys pulled you back and made a wall between you and Phillips.
"Leave our friend alone you creep!" Said Smalls
"Fine whatever! Tomorrow. Noon. At our field." Phillips stated. While leaving he looked at you one more time and winked.
After the game between the gang and Phillips team, you decided to take a closer look at what Phillips and his team had. You went to one of his practices and watched hoping that he would notice you. You stood out. You were the only person who was sitting in the bleachers watching them. Phillips recognized you in an instant.

"Hey I'll be back cover for me" Phillips said while running straight to you.
You were nervous. You saw him coming to you and you wanted to run away. Quickly sliding to the end of the bleachers Phillips Jumps the small fence and stands next to you right before you can completely leave the seats.
"Hey hey where you going? I thought you came to watch the show?" Phillips asked slightly panting from the running.
"I did I just didn't want you to yell at me sooo I panicked and tried to leave." Your face went hot. You started fidgeting with your fingers and felt nervous. Phillips noticed this and wanted to make you feel more comfortable.
"No no I would never especially to you...im sorry but I never caught your name." He chuckled and rubbed his neck.
"My name is y/n." You smiled
He held up his hand intended for you to shake, "well it is nice to meet you y/n I'm Phillips. You know I would love for you to always come and watch us practice if you don't mind, and if you can't come often it's totally ok I would just love to see you every once in awhile." He smiled and had a small blush across his cheeks.
"I would love to Phillips, glad I made a new friend."
Realizing you guys like each other
Phillips POV:
She is right there in the bleachers. Ok ok ok I gotta impress her. I want her to like me just as much as I like her since the first time I saw her.
Your POV:
Phillips was so nice. Funny. Sweet. I wondered why the boys hated him so much. I wonder why I'm here supporting him if he is so "bad". I don't care, I like Phillips. gee I hope he feels the same way.

You and Phillips decided to walk around the neighborhood together. The day was so beautiful and warm but not desert hot.
"Is it not such an amazing and beautiful day. I feel bad that i couldn't hang out with the gang today especially since they don't know I'm with you."
"Ahh don't worry about it, what are they gonna do and besides it is amazing and beautiful..." he reassures you, "just like you." He states putting his hands inside his pockets. Your slow pace halts to a stop. Does Phillip...like me?
He sees your puzzled face and begins to talk, "look y/n your amazing and I want you to be mine." He holds your shoulders leaning down slightly so he can look straight at you.
"Do you feel the same way?"
"OF COURSE I DO SILLY!" You shout with joy and jump up and kiss him. His eyes shot open when he realized the action you did. You guys parted and you hugged him, face buried in his chest which smelled like soap 🧼
"Woah I wasn't expecting that but I'm just glad it did." He held you close and chuckled

The Devil's own sins
Writer updates available for free on patreon. The following account, dear reader, is a recollection and retelling of the story of the first imp. The last devil born from the original primordial pit at the dawn of time, and the lowliest speck of that first generation. It recounts the tale of Thozronnath the pitiful and his steady rise from obscurity, perpetually stuck as a punching bag for his betters until the day hell itself spat him out. The information presented here is pieced together from eye-witness reports and second hand hearsay, sometimes from creatures with more than two hands. I can not tell you with any degree of accuracy how much of it is true as it begins long before our time and it's true ending lies far unto the future still. I can tell you one thing though, it was confusing as hell. Cover: Illustration for John Milton's Paradise Lost by Gustave Doré (1866), a thankfully public domain image. Currently on hiatus. BODY&SHADOW
AN ILLUSTRATED NOVEL • UPDATES TUESDAY AND FRIDAY In a time before living memory, the King Dragon of the Void watched the world and realized there was a crack. He realized that humanity was destroying the rock upon which they lived; they leaked life’s code into the churning chaos. At first the change was imperceptible: nanites overtook microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, amoebas. Insects became increasingly inorganic; birds and lizards followed soon after. Even humans were infected by their own advances, cell by cell, till there was not a person left on earth who wasn’t at least part synthetic, the product of a prior generation’s carelessness. The world’s population was ravaged by mechanical viruses with no vaccines; they were mercilessly overtaken by bacteria that knew no death. Soon, most of the planet was empty and only a handful remained who remembered the hedonist realm they came from; only a few were left who remembered what the world looked like when their buildings touched the sky. The King Dragon of the Void watched the rock turn. He watched humans cower as the Old World fell down around them; watched their great monuments crumble into dusty ruins; watched their codes become precious, ancient gem memories forged under the crushing pressure of so many fallen stones. The world has spun many times around the sun since chaos swallowed man whole. It is a simpler time than the one that died out, but the people now are not immune to the folly of the people before. There is old code everywhere: in the water, in the air, in the trees. The heart of man has been replaced by power cores, many of which are hard-coded with preternatural abilities—when they die, an esoteric mountain sect collects their cores and stores them in their hollow mountain home to preserve the sanctity and dignity of human death. They’ve learned to harness artifacts of the old world, gemstones full of codes their nanite infused bodies can parse as spells imbuing their users with great power; they inlay them into their bodies, into their skins, connected to their cores by copper conduit and gold tracers; they dress themselves in tattoos to advertise their prowess; they battle for relics in arenas, fight for them in the open world wherever they are found. The King Dragon of the Void watches the rock turn and wonders: when will this hunger finally make the rock stop spinning? WELCOME TO FANXING CITY … Twenty-five years ago, Fanxing City and the surrounding lands were commanded by the mad King Zao Beiguan. For many years, the King hoarded wealth, artifacts, food; he demanded tribute from a people already taxed to the edges of their existence and expected they be happy with their circumstances. Noncompliance was often punished harshly, bodies displayed proudly on Fanxing’s streets as a warning, from the city gates to the Zao palace’s golden doors. The youths of several prominent clans came together to overthrow the tyrant and made names for themselves as legendary heroes across the land: Tian, Ren, Feng, Gui, Ma, and Zhenxi. Even wanderers from the Luanshi sect descended from Yunji mountain to aid the rebellion. When the dust settled after three years, Tian Yunyong ascended the throne of Fanxing and swore to honour his slain father’s memory, and has maintained Fanxing’s peace with generosity and mercy where fear and cruelty once reigned.

Liana in between Worlds
17 year old Liana is not as surprised as most people would be when she meets Inaya, coming from another world searching for a mysterious danger that could be disastrous for both worlds. She's always seen things others could not see, and she often finds it easier to befriend strange creatures from dreamworlds than her classmates. But now she's involved in a possible plot to eradicate our whole species, which makes her travel through a dead alien city and the oak wood of the Nummerfa who believe that our species are dangerous demons from hell, and other places in several different worlds. All she actually wanted was read her Tolkien book, or sit and watch the stars without being bothered by the existential problems of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. And how is she going to even explain her absence at school? 'Liana in Between Words' is a weird genre-defying mix of portal fantasy and scifi in a tale of friendship, loneliness, and the role of humans in the multiverse. This one contains absolutely no romance and no serious trigger warnings for sex, excessive violence, bad words or heavily traumatising content if you can handle the idea that there are people somewhere who think -maybe not completely without reason- that our species are destructive demons that should be eradicated.
