《Fandom Imagines and Preferences V》Robbie Jennings- Oxford Street: Part 2 (h)

You would be lying if you'd said that you hadn't thought about Robbie at all since you had gotten back from London.
A part of you just couldn't get over what had happened, you hadn't told anyone, but you didn't think anyone would believe you even if you did.
There was no way of you even getting in contact with him, so you were resigned to the fact that the possibility of seeing him again was very unlikely.
Despite all of that, school was starting up again so you had to drag yourself out of bed, so that you could meet up with your best friend Jas and get back into the school day routine.
Safe to say you weren't looking forward to it.
The morning had been an utter bore. All you had had was teachers telling you what was going to be happening, so many different introductory lessons and just pure boredom.
The afternoon hadn't been much better, it was still boring, and it was still the same old same old but there was a buzz about the school.
It was only the first day back and yet rumours were going around about two new lads starting, a couple of years above you but no one really knew their names.
Before you knew it, the day was over with and you couldn't have been more grateful to get out of the gates and begin walking home.
As you were walking, however, you noticed a familiar head of hair in front of you.
You convinced yourself that it couldn't possibly be him but when he turned around to talk to someone you saw his face, and it was then that you knew it was definitely him.
"Robbie!" you yelled from your spot behind him, startling pretty much everyone around you.

Everyone turned to look at you but so did he.
His mouth dropped open, so you knew he was shocked as well. You saw him talk to the other boy he was with before he ran over to you.
"Oh my god," you breathed out as he reached you.
He chuckled, pulling you into a tight hug which felt surprisingly right. "I cannot believe this," he spoke into your ear.
You laughed as he pulled away. "Hi!"
"Nice to see you again Love," he greeted you and the familiarity at which the endearment rolled off his tongue made you blush. "Still blushing I see."
You shoved his arm. "It's your fault!"
"And I'm glad of that."
Rolling your eyes, you turned to your friends who all had their mouths open in shock. "I'll catch up with you guys later, okay?"
Not waiting for their reply, you and Robbie started to walk together.
"What on earth are you doing here?" you questioned him, still surprised that he was there at all.
He sighed, running a hand through his hair. "My parents split up, you see, and my Mum wanted a fresh start," he began to explain to you. "I remembered you said you were from here and I suggested it to her, she loved it and here we are."
"You didn't move here just because of me, did you?"
He chuckled but you could practically see the nerves radiating off of him. "Is it really stupid if I say yes?"
Blushing again, you shook your head. "It's actually pretty cute."
"So, the cute girl thinks I'm cute."
You laughed, smiling up at him. "I always thought you were cute," you told him. "But I never thought I'd see you again."

Robbie smiled at you, a complete heart-melting smile. "I told you we'd see each other, didn't I?"
"Yeah," you softly said as your mind came up with the memory. "And I promised you a coffee."
He nodded, holding his hand out to you and when you took it, he intertwined your fingers together. "I wouldn't turn it down."
"Let's hope you don't turn me down," you joked with him.
Robbie shook his head in all seriousness. "I would be crazy to turn a girl like you down, but who's to say you like me."
"Let's go and get that coffee and we'll find out.
