《Fandom Imagines and Preferences V》Sherlock Holmes- Birthday (a)

"You know we have cases to solve right?" Sherlock asked stepping from the train and onto the platform "As in there is a murderer on the loose that can and most likely will kill countless times again." His illustrious, brazen coat danced behind him in the harsh London winds as you led him through the streets. "Could my birthday present not have been people leaving me alone to catch a serial killer in peace?"
"Watson and the police department are working the case."
"Oh wonderful, I'll tell the victims families to expect an update in two to four business years then?"
"They're more than capable and you know it. Just relax for one day, let your hair down and just try to have fun." His aggravated scoff echoed through the alleyway. "Stop moaning, were doing this whether you like it or not."
"I could possibly be excited, but you've decided to keep it to yourself and engage in the pathetic art of secret keeping." Sherlock followed you around a sharp left and onto a busy street with cars rushing down narrow roads and people all ducking and waving past each other. "Wonderful, a shopping centre. You know how I love droves of mindlessly emptying their bank accounts all in the vain of a dopamine hit." His eyes darted back and forth against the ravaging crowds of people.
"We aren't here for the shopping just trust me, come on." Exceedingly reluctantly Sherlock continued to stay in tow against all his instincts. "Okay... we're here." Sherlock's face twisted into disgust as you proudly presented the escape room adventure to him. "I know what you're thinking."
"You removed me from an active case for a whole day so we could come, and play make believe. Y/n we do this every day."

"Just hear me out." You tried to lead him through the doors, but he stood with his hands in his pockets and rooted outside. "I paid good money for this, you're doing it whether you like it or not."
"Could we really have not just gone out to dinner or... I would have even gone to the cinema y/n, anything would be better than this." Once he realised you weren't going to let him leave without a fight he begrudgingly marched through the doors, anybody would have thought he was a tantrum having toddler, and not one of the most genius men in the world.

The Card Thief of Culnivar
Deep with the cozy kingdom of Daeton, among the generation-old farmlands and villages, a young farmer’s daughter stumbles upon a dead man. His elaborate clothing has been torn to ribbons, yet his skin remains unblemished. His face is peaceful, and tucked into the hand lying across his chest can be seen a solitary playing card. He is a Ludum Haeres. The last remnant of a Summoner. Numbered among those few capable of changing their destinies. The unseen rulers of the world known as Vesperia, and one of the most powerful creatures in existence. The woman knows none of this. And so, she picks up the card... This is my third novel on Royal Road, the first being "Beyond the Horizon's Eye", and the second being "The Dawnfire Archives". This story is something of a test in a new genre, that of CardLIT. We'll see how well it succeeds as the story continues. It takes place in a different setting than my other tales, with an entirely new cast of characters. It does, however, contain several ties between the stories. Average post between 1000 - 3000 words.

A Traveler's Tale
Heroes. Villains. Magic. It's a story we've heard told time and again, each a near copy of the last. You know the story, but what if it was told from an entirely new perspective? What if it didn't follow the hero? What if, and bear with me here: I told it instead? My name is Daniel, and I'm just a simple merchant with quite the story to share...

The Youngest Pevensie (a narnia fanfiction)
Everyone knows the story of the Pevansie Siblings, their adventure to Narnia, Edmund being enchanted by the witch, Mr Tumnus and of course Aslan. Something everyone forgets is their youngest sibling Sophie. She was just a baby when her siblings were evacuated so she had to stay at home with her mother. However when Edmund and Peter got into a fight at the train station she was 4 and was next to her siblings when they were called back to lead Narnia again. This time she's along for the ride.I own the character Sophie Pevansie and no one else. All rights go to C.S Lewis for the storyline. I'm basing it off the movie.
