Brenda and Giovanni walked down the hall towards there lockers which, were close to each other. Brenda and Giovanni were friends since childhood, well actually since 6th grade.

They had so much in common, like they both liked pizza and reading. You could say they were kinda nerdy, but they didn't care.

Brenda opened her locker and saw an envelope.

It had hearts and her name.

Brenda's heart skipped a beat. Could it be that her crush Javier, finally noticed her?

She showed the envelope to Giovanni and he gave her a puzzled look.

Brenda opened the envelope and it read this:

I like you a lot. I love your nerdiness and the way you smile while reading a book in class. I love how you laugh and the shimmer in your eyes while you do so. When you are sad I am too. When you are happy I am too. I know this sounds cheesy and all, but it's what I feel. I will give you 9 more envelopes and then I will tell you who I am :)
