NO POV

Team STRQ, Ironwood, and Winter had looks of terror on their faces at the demon standing before them.

Raven: What the hell is that!?

Winter: Impossible, no one could have that much energy left after all that damage.

Ironwood: What the hell are you Owl!?

The Owl just stood there with a creepy smile. It ran at everyone. Winter and Raven charged only to get smacked right into a wall, knocking them out. Ironwood and Tai shot their guns , so the Owl fired his shards, knocking the two of them down. Summer and Quill charged at the Owl, only to get knocked away like everyone else. When Quill got up she saw the bodies of her defeated comrades. She got up and ran at the Owl, but he effortlessly knocked her away again. She got back up and tied to strike again but was met with the same results. She was on her knees, to tired to get back up. The Owl ran at her, ready to strike down, she closed her eyes ready for the blow. But she felt nothing. She looked back up to see Ironwood with the blade lodged into his back.

Ironwood: D-damn Q-quill, w-what h-happened to that playful attitude of yours?

Ironwood fell down to the ground. Quill began to scream. The Owl smiled at her reaction.

Meanwhile, throughout the city the soldiers were horrified to see the monster the Owl has become. All of a sudden buildings started to explode. From the explosions White Fang soldiers came raining down. The soldiers tried to shoot them down but were over run by White Fang. All throughout the city there was chaos. Fighting was going at every street corner. Glynda along with Team SSSN and other soldiers were fighting White Fang. Sun, Scarlet, and Sage had no problem knocking down fighters. Whenever someone got close to Glynda they would just get knocked away. Neptune on the other hand, was getting overpowered by a faunas with a sword. Glynda had to assist him.

Glynda: Stay focused Neptune!

Neptune: Right

Neptune then went back to shooting White Fang. In an alley, Aaron and Jade were holding each other up trying to get out of the city. On the outskirts of Vale, people watched their city get destroyed. Meanwhile on top of building stood two men. Both had tanned skin, one had black hair and a mustache, his name was Watts. The other man was muscular, had brown hair, and a green coat. His name was Hazel.

Hazel: Is it time Watts?

Watts: Yes, lets go round them up.

The two men leaped down from the building. A King Taijitu followed close behind. Back with Glynda and Team SSSN, Glynda got report that another group needed assistance.

Glynda: We have to move, there are others that need help.

Sun: But we cant let them get passed us.

Neptune: Go me and Sage will stay behind.

Sun: Are you sure you can handle it.

Sage: We'll be fine, now get out of here.

Glynda, Sun, Scarlet, and a few soldiers left to go help the other groups. Leaving Neptune, Sage, and a few soldiers to fight. Back with Quill, she just stared at the laughing Owl.

Owl:

Quill's eyes widened .

Quill: What did you say?

Owl:

Quill felt anger flow throughout her body. She ran at the Owl with her scythe but got knocked away. She turned it into a gun and shot at the Owl, who merely just blocked. She ran at the Owl again but got smashed into the ground. Quill weakly got up and limped over to the Owl. She weakly started punching the Owl. The Owl flicked her away, towards the edge of the roof. But before she could go over, a figure caught her.

???: Rest up Quill, you've done enough.

The Owl smiled evilly at the newcomer

Owl:

(imagine Ozpin as Arima)

Ozpin stood there with his cane and a black briefcase. He sat the briefcase down.

Ozpin: This has gone on far enough Owl, I cant let you destroy Vale.

The Owl charged at Ozpin and went to stab him. However Ozpin ducked under the blades and his cane split open to reveal a cannon. From the cannon, Ozpin shot a ball of lightning at the Owl's eye. The Owl roared in pain as Ozpin converted it back into a cane. The cane became surrounded by electricity as Ozpin used this to cut the Owl. The Owl tried to hit Ozpin, but Ozpin was quicker. The Owl had to constantly turn to try and hit Ozpin. When the Owl would go to grab Ozpin, he would he cut his hand. Ozpin jumped over the Owl's back and created more cuts, but got hit in the stomach by one of the Owl's blades. Ozpin landed on the ground and quickly got up. The Owl charged, so Ozpin fired more balls of lightning. They hit the Owl head on, but that didn't stop him. The Owl smashed his blades into the ground which Ozpin dodged, and then the Owl punched Ozpin right in the face. Ozpin landed right next to his black briefcase. I grabbed the handle, and opened it to reveal a black rapier.

Neptune was shaking with fear, All around him was fire and the bodies of his comrades. Hell, even Sage was dead. There in front of him were the culprits, Hazel, Watts, and a King Taijitu.

Neptune(thought): How the hell did these two guys defeat us so easily? And how are they controlling that King Taijitu?

Hazel looked over at Neptune and started to approach him. Neptune raised his gun.

Neptune: THIS IS FOR MY FRIEND!

But before he could fire, Hazel picked up Neptune by his neck. Hazel examined Neptune.

Hazel: Hey Watts, what about this one?

Watts: He seems like he could break easily. Give him to the snake.

Hazel threw Neptune into the air and the King Taijitu swallowed him whole.

( back with the Owl and Ozpin )

The Owl fired it's shards at Ozpin, so he converted the rapier into a shield. The Owl charged at Ozpin and ran right into the shield. A large smack could be heard as the shield started to crack. The Owl took this opportunity and hit Ozpin, sending him flying. Ozpin landed on his feet and ran to the Owl as the Owl ran towards him. Next was a series of both figures constantly on the move while blocking each others swings and trying to inflict damage. With out a doubt, both figures were evenly matched. However, Ozpin was smarter. He loaded a lightning dust crystal into his cane and converted it into cannon mode. Ozpin jumped back at fired a large ball of lightning. The easily dodged, however when the attack hit the ground, it exploded causing electricity flying everywhere. The lightning hit the Owl, causing it to shriek in pain. Ozpin ran right at the Owl and stuck both the cane and rapier into the Owl's side. He then pulled both weapons across the Owl's abdomen, causing a lot of blood to come falling out. The Owl roared in pain as Ozpin jumped back to his original position. The Owl was now pissed off. He ran at Ozpin, ready to stab him with his fingers. When the Owl got close enough, Ozpin used the rapier to cut off the Owl's left arm.

Meanwhile in the city, Team RWBY and Team JNPR were surrounded by White Fang. The White Fang charged thinking it would be east. Ruby stuck her scythe in the ground and kicked anyone who got to close, Weiss created ice to fight, Blake used her ninja skills, and Yang would simply punch anyone. With JNPR Jaune was Jaune, Nora fired off grenades, and Rin and Pyrrha used their superior fighting skills. At the same time Glynda, Oobleck, Port, Sun, and Scarlet arrived. With them they easily took down more soldiers. Eventually the White Fang realized they couldn't win and retreated. Everyone cheered in victory at their retreat.

Back with Ozpin and the Owl. The Owl grinded his teeth together, realizing he cant win. So he ran away by jumping off the edge of the building. Ozpin followed closely behind, using a cable to propel himself off the edge. He fired out balls of lightning but they missed the Owl. Ozpin meet the end of the cable and had to stop. The Owl reached the ground and ran away, into the night.

Ozpin: I'm sorry it had to be this way..............Yin.
