Robin, Kai, and Franky were all ready to kick some marine ass as said soldiers were only surprised and scared on what to do.

Franky: ALRIGHT, LETS...

An explosion was heard all throughout the island. Everyone turned their attention to where it occurred, on the outer ring of the island. From the misty entrance of the opened gate, the silhouette of a warship could be seen. That meant only one thing.

Franky: Shit, is that a warship?

Kai: Then that means...

Robin: Yes, soon the buster call will happen. And this whole island will be reduced to ash.

Without warning, the warship fired another shot, right at the Tower of Justice. The entire top of the tower fell off and plunged into the abyss beneath. Back in the town, the marines began freaking out and running towards the dock.

Kai: Wait, weren't...

The transponder snail went off as Franky answered it.

Sanji(call): Hey Franky we're all okay and heading you're way.

Robin: Thank goodness.

Kai: I thought they were all dead.

Franky: No need to worry little man, one thing we all have in common is crazy luck. Now then, how you guys feeling, up for a fight?

Robin: Of course.

Kai: I'm ready to kick butt.

Robin ruffled the feathers on his head.

Robin: Now while I don't condone you fighting, it seems like I'll be too busy to pay attention to you. However, do you promise me that you'll be careful.

Kai merely grinned before flying back into the sky. The group of marines on the bridge charged at the trio. Kai began to glow once more.

Kai: THUNDER BIRD SCREECH!

Lightning shot out everywhere, causing dozens of marines to fall down from shock.

Franky: I noticed that ship on the other side. It's our best chance of getting out of this place.

Robin: Well, we are already wanted criminals, might as well steal a ship.

Franky: Alright then, let's get going before Kai fights everyone on his own.

A group of marines readied their rifles, ready to shoot. However, arms started growing out of their bodies and knocked them out, Robin grinned. Franky detached his hand and was swinging it around like a wrecking ball. Marines went flying left and right. Kai flew through the air, avoiding gunfire will firing his own bolts of lightning. To put it frankly, they were kicking ass, and Franky was having most of the fun. He showed all of his gadgets, from his weapons left to breath fire.

Marine 1: Man, these guys are packing some serious fire power.

Marine 2: Do we even stand a chance?

The marines began backing away in fear, which only excited Franky.

Franky: You guys still not excited, well prepare for this. FRANKY...

The front of his legs extended out.

Franky:...CENTAUR!

The confusion soon turned into fear at the sight of this monstrosity. Kai landed on his mom's shoulder.

Kai: Mom, what is...

A pair of arms grew from his neck and covered his eyes.

Robin: Look away honey, you're too young for this.

Robin continued to watch as Franky chased the marines around in his disturbing form.

Robin: On second thought, I'll just end this now.

She sprouted arms on the marine's heads and began hitting them. They all ended up running right off the bridge. Spandam became more and more pissed off, seeing his men so easily defeated by the pirates. And things weren't getting better for him, back in the tunnel the other members were running through, on their way to help. Not only that but Luffy was managing to hold against Lucci.

Back on the bridge things weren't getting any better for the navy. Franky blasted, Robin shattered, and Kai zapped. Even as more and more soldiers showed up, they were quickly defeated.

Spandam: God damn it all of you, hurry up! I want Nico Robin and her damn brat on that ship as quickly as possible! We don't have long, the battleships will soon be here!

Soldier: A-Actually sir, they're already here.

Spandam: What did you say?

Spandam turned around only to scream at what he saw. Everyone stopped what they were doing, terrified by what they saw. Through the fog, dozens of battle ships started coming through. All with the sole purpose of destroying everything. Robin fell down onto her knees.

Robin: Oh no.

Back in the sky Kai wasn't doing much better.

Kai: There's...so many of them.

That's when the real terror began, when the ships started firing. All across the island, explosions started to occur. Back in the town, marines and the shipwrights began fleeing for their lives, dodging the crumbling buildings. Spandam started laughing triumphantly.

Spandam: BEHOLD THE ULTIMATE DESTRUCTIVE POWER, THE BUSTER CALL!

Spandam continued laughing as the battleships passed right through them. Meanwhile, Robin had completely fallen apart. Memories of Ohara started rushing through her head, all she could was wrap her harms around herself and tremble. Kai saw this and flew down to her, changing back into a human.

Kai: Mom, are you alright, please say something.

He began shaking her, trying to get a response, but nothing happened. Franky saw what was going on and went over by the pair.

Franky: Oh shit, looks like she is having a panic attack.

Kai tried to get his mom snap out of it, but all she could hear were the explosions happening all around. That was when a great explosion happened at one of the towers that drew Kai's attention. From the tower he could see the silhouette of a man, Luffy. Luffy had now taken the fight with Lucci onto the battleship. That was until the other ships opened fire, blowing up the ship and causing it to sink. The whole time these things were going on Spandam never stopped laughing.

Spandam: Your precious strawhat was upon that ship, but now he is nothing more than a pile of ashes! Your captain and soon the rest of your crew will follow! With the buster call on my side, my victory is assured, go and give up already!

Without warning a bolt of lightning struck Spandam, frying him alive. Up in the air was Kai, back in his beast form, and he was made.

Kai: Shut up you stupid panda face!

Spandam: What did you call me you...

Kai: I don't care what you say, you're nothing but an ugly jerk! I won't let you hurt my mom anymore. I'll defeat you myself.

Spandam: You really are just a stupid kid.

Spandam took out Funkfreed and activated the weapon; the hybrid elephant shot out towards Kai. Kai flew out of the way, but Spandam kept swinging like crazy.

Spandam: You Nico's are nothing but scum on the world. Do us all a favor and JUST DIE ALREADY!

Spandam had a clear shot of Kai and trusted Funkfreed, however just as he was about to reach Kai he stopped. Funkfreed had reached his maximum length. Kai landed on Funkfreed's nose and stared right at him.

Kai: Hello.

Without a second though, Kai zapped the sword elephant. It didn't stop there, for the current carried all the way down to Spandam. The force of the attack sent Spandam flying back and Funkfreed flying through the air. Kai switched to his hybrid form and caught the sword, Funkfreed grunted.

Kai: Play nice or I'll zap you again.

Funkfreed didn't say anything more. Kai heard the click of guns and looked down, seeing that all of the soldiers were now pointing their weapons at him. However before they could pull the triggers, numerous arms sprouted all over them. Kai looked over and saw his mom standing up. She had finally snapped out of her trance and was back in the fight.

Robin: Don't you know, never get between a mother and her child.

With that she began to break the marine's bones; they all crumpled up like leaves on the ground.

Franky: Good to see you're alright.

Robin: Yes, sorry about before, but now I'm better.

She then looked up at Kai.

Robin: Kai, are you alright?

Kai simply nodded; Robin smiled.

Robin: That's a relief, now then, let's go steal a ship.

And so they continued the flight, blasting marines left and right. Their numbers began to thin out, and the trio was finally able to make it to the marine ship. They all stood by the edge, laughing as they saw the lost soldiers go overboard.

Franky: Sorry boys, but me and the strawhats are taking this boat. Gotta escape somehow.

Robin turned to Kai, who was back in hybrid form, and saw that he had Funkfreed.

Robin: Kai, are you sure you want to keep that?

Kai: Yeah, it's a sword that turns into an elephant, how cool is that.

Robin: You do realize it belonged to Spandam.

Kai: Don't worry if he misbehaves, I'll just shock him.

As he said that a little spark come from him, Robin giggled and ruffled his hair.

Franky: Now then, with this place cleared out, all we have to do is wait for the others to show up.

The water off the side of the boat began to bubble, they all turned their attention towards it. Then Granny Kokoro came flying out of the water, carrying the rest of the crew with her.

Franky: AAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHA!

The pirates all began to cough up water, but they were all okay. Until they discovered that Kokoro was a mermaid; Sanji took it the worse. That's when they all saw Robin, Nami and Chopper rushed over to her and wrapped her in a hug. All was good again, well almost. The only person left was Luffy, who was busy fighting Lucci.

Back on top of the bridge Franky, Zoro, Usopp, and Sanji all stared at the island. A majority of the island was now covered in in flames in smoke. Worse of all, there was no telling what had happened to the shipwrights or Franky family.

Little did they know, the worse part had yet to begin.
