It has been a couple of weeks since the Aogiri attack. Currently in a room at the CCG a meeting was being held.

Aura: I don't suppose anyone has heard from Arima, I'm just wondering if he'll bother showing up?

Mougan: He better show up, it's not every day the chief calls us in for a meeting.

Marude: You think he gives a shit, he's never been one to follow protocol. I'd surprised if he makes it.

Ui: Shinohara just got out of the hospital. If he can make it, so can he.

Shinohara: Luckily Kuroiwa can take a licking. We're just glad we could make it.

Just then a man walked in, this was the chief of the CCG, Yoshitoki Washuu. Everyone stood up and saluted him. Afterwards the meeting began.

Yoshitoki: In addition to the 11th ward, Aogiri has now taken control of the 9th and 10th ward. Our forces in the 11th ward were so weakened they couldn't hold it anymore.

Mougan: You should have called on me, I would have kicked those ghouls out in no time.

Marude: Ya right, your all talk.

Yoshitoki: Reports have said that the attacks on the 9th and 10th ward were lead by the Eyepatch ghoul. We have reason to believe this ghoul was involved with the murder of investigator Mado.

Misaka: Let me ask you chief, you think they have a base there to?

Yoshitoki: That's why I would like you Shinohara to look into that when you go back.

Shinohara: You can count on me.

Yoshitoki: In other news, both the Rabbit and Demon ghoul were spotted at the Aogiri attack. Leading us to believe they have joined us as well. Also before we go there is something we must show you.

Just then footage pops up on everyone's screens to show Y/N in his kakuja form attacking the ghouls and investigators.

Yoshitoki: This footage shows a ghoul who posses a kakuja at the operation. He has been dubbed an SS rating and is being called the Dragon.

Shinohara: Strange, it's like his Kagune has a mind of his own.

Kuroiwa: Think he is a part of Aogiri?

Marude: Not likely, he was also seen slaughtering ghouls.

Aura: This was most likely some weak ghoul who showed up to feast on bodies and ended up cannibalizing. One thing lead to a next and it unlocked a kakuja it couldn't control.

Yoshitoki: Either way, be on the look out for this ghoul. We've never seen a ghoul who posses a Kagune capable of firing RC powered blast.

(scene change)

Meanwhile back at Anteiku they were repairing the shop.

Nishiki: Man this sucks, my back is killing me. What do you say we take a quick break?

Irimi: You're far too young to be taking a break.

Koma: Ya quite being so lazy.

Y/N: No wonder you're so weak.

Nishiki: What did you say you punk!

Nishiki lunges at Y/N but he moves out of the way and trips Nishiki. Koma and Irimi giggle as Y/N helps Nishiki up. Hinami walks in and Nishiki tries to convince her to let everyone take a break. But then Hetare flies and craps on him, causing everyone to laugh.

Y/N(thought): It's nice to see everyone so happy. I just hope Kaneki is okay working with Aogiri.

(scene change)

Back at the CCG a meeting was being held between Shinohara, Amon, Akira, Houji, Juuzou, and Takizawa.

Shinohara: During our meeting at CCG headquarters, we determined we need to exterminate both the Owl and Aogiri. We believe the Eyepatch ghoul is associated with Aogiri. If that's true then Aogiri must have a base here in the 20th ward.

Takizawa: If the Eyepatch is a captain of Aogiri, might other ghouls be apart of them. Such as the Gourmet and Binge Eater.

Akira: Not likely, however there may be a connection with the Demon.

Takizawa: And how did you know that, Investigator Mado?

Akira: I came across an interesting pattern of predation in the 20th ward. Look at the Binge Eater for instance, there hasn't been any sign of predation in months.

Takizawa: So they moved on to another ward right?

Akira: Wrong, I believe she's probably deceased.

Takizawa: Ok sure, wait what do you mean she?

Akira: Most of her victims were young man, it's safe to assume the Binge Eater is a she. I looked at the data for the past three years, I noticed a distinct decline in predation.

Takizawa: Ya that's when our investigators marched in and kicked ass.

Akira: I looked through the CCG's data as well and saw that there was no increase in investigators in the ward during that time. Now the 20th ward is now newcomer to organizations, such as the Black Dobers and Devil Apes in the past. However none have been seen or heard in the past ten years. These days the number of attacks has been low until the Binge Eater showed up.

By now Takizawa was getting frustrated.

Takizawa: Can you just get to the point?

Akira: The ghouls in the 20th ward are being regulated by some sort of organization, however the Binge Eater broke the rules. Fearing an increase in investigators, they dealt with her.

Takizawa: Wait are you saying this organization killed the Binge Eater?

Akira: That is correct.

Takizawa: You think this organization was Aogiri?

Akira: No I never said that.

Takizawa: What about the Demon!

Akira: It's a two way street with this one. He's most known for moving on to a different ward every month to avoid being detected. However there has been no recent signs of attacks. There fore the organization in the 20th ward didn't like how he was bringing investigators where ever he went so they dealt with him. On the opposite spectrum Aogiri reached out to him and made him join. Thus explaining his appearance at the Aogiri raid. We'll have to wait for further details to be sure.

Back at Anteiku they were having a small party to celebrate there grand opening. Even Itori, Uta, and Yomo were present. Everyone was having fun except for one person, Y/N. Currently he was sitting on the roof of the building looking up into the night sky, thinking about one person. That bandaged girl at Aogiri.

Y/N(thought): Who was that girl at Aogiri? What does she know about me? And why does something feel familiar about her?
