We walk back to his car hand in hand, the weather chillier than normal. Light rain pours down on us, and I can't help but kiss him again. I've always wanted to kiss in the rain.

As we kiss, I realize just how perfect Liam is. I've always watched him from afar, but over the past few weeks, I've realized he's more kind, and understanding than I could've ever imagined. He's better than I could've ever imagined.

He suddenly pulls away from me, and I look at him, confused. Does he not want to kiss? He chuckles.

"You're shivering, Ava. Here." He hands me his sweater, and I stare at it. He's giving me his sweater?

"You don't have to-" I start to say, but he shakes his head.

"It'll look better on you." And I wear it, nuzzling in its warmth.

And then he says, "See? I was right. It does look better on you."
