"Jeon?"
Jeongguk jumped and dropped his phone onto the floor, he shot his head up to see Taehyung. He was sitting on the edge of the bed with a cup in his hand, his locks draping over his forehead.
Not uttering a word, Jeongguk watched Taehyung put his cup to the side, walk over to him and then crouch down to his level.
Taehyung patted Jeongguk's arm. "You okay?" He asked with softening features.
Jeongguk looked at Taehyung with glittery eyes, not knowing how to answer that question.
Trying to blink back his possible tears, Jeongguk nodded his head frantically as an answer, biting his lip to contain his cries. Jeongguk felt as though he was suffocating, the sickening feeling in his chest making it difficult to breathe.
"Are you sure?"
Jeongguk nodded once again with trembling lips. "I'm fine." Jeongguk let out weakly, voice close to breaking.
Harshly biting the inside of his cheek, Jeongguk was doing anything to make sure he didn't cry. Trying to gulp the lump forming in his throat.
"Jeon-"
The tears broke loose, Jeongguk finding it impossible now to hold back his sobs. He felt every muscle in his face quiver, felt the warm tears rush down his porcelain face.
"Jeongguk? What's up?" Taehyung asked softly, calling Jeongguk by his first name. "Why are you crying?"
Jeongguk just continued crying. He felt so fucking weak, this was the second time he cried in front of Taehyung and it made him feel like some pitiful bitch. Tears ran down his face, falling from his chin and onto his shirt, drenching it.
"Jeongguk-" Taehyung began but then paused, hesitant as he picked at his lips.
Clasping a hand over his mouth, Jeongguk sat there with a broken look in his eyes and his shoulders quivering. Taehyung looked at Jeongguk with wide eyes, his hands hesitantly hovering over Jeongguk, not sure if he should try to comfort him or not.
Taehyung got up to his feet, bringing an arm out to Jeongguk. "It isn't comfortable to sit on the floor, get up and you can sit down on the bed." He smiled, looking at Jeongguk's glossy eyes.
Jeongguk sniffled but nodded, grabbing Taehyung's hand with his shaky one and let him help lift himself up. Taehyung threw an arm around Jeongguk's shoulder and gently led him to sit down on the bed. He placed him by the pillows and then sat himself next to Jeongguk, his arm still around the other's shoulder.
No words were exchanged between the two throughout, Jeongguk's cries were soon reduced to small gasps of breath.
He adjusted himself to be laying his head on Taehyung's shoulder with his front facing the headboard and legs folded underneath his thighs. Jeongguk could feel Taehyung's thick bangs brush against his face as he soothingly rubbed his back.
Jeongguk's arms laid there motionless by his sides, his weight being supported by his head on Taehyung's shoulder. They stayed like that for a bit, Jeongguk's soft gasps being heard amongst the silence, excluding the noise from the party.
"W-where's Jimin?" Taehyung let out finally. "Shouldn't he be with you?"
Jeongguk shrugged. "He's with a friend, he got pretty drunk." He mumbled into Taehyung's shoulder, sniffling.
Taehyung nodded, sighing softly. "Look, I- I'm not good at this comforting thing but- talk to me. What's wrong?" He asked gently, chewing the inside of his cheek after.
Jeongguk parted away from Taehyung, leaning his side on the headboard. His eyes were red, leftover tears brimming onto his bottom eyelash with tears weaved onto his rosy cheeks. "It's nothing." He muttered, wiping his tears with his thumb.

"Well it must be something if it made you cry just now." Taehyung witted, his back leaning against the pillows.
"I- just-" Jeongguk paused to breathe. "I don't really like parties."
Taehyung quirked a brow, he laid his legs flat on the bed. "Wait, why-?" He cut himself off, knowing full well why Jeongguk doesn't.
"Is there- is there anything that happened though? Something that reminded you of.. that?" Taehyung enquired, not wanting to change the subject just yet. Not when Jeongguk still wasn't okay.
Jeongguk bit his lip. "I- Um-"
"Take your time."
Jeongguk breathed through his mouth slowly. "T-to keep it short. I- I ran into my ex and just got r-reminded of everything." Jeongguk stammered, rubbing his nose.
Taehyung's eyes widened. "Did he try to speak to you?"
Jeongguk nodded with pursed lips. "H-he did b-but I just told him to fuck off."
Taehyung chuckled. "You did? Well said then."
Jeongguk giggled softly, a warm smile spreading across his face as he was slowly feeling better.
Taehyung noticed this and smiled, he continued. "You show him that you don't need him in your life. Nobody likes cheaters anyway." He joked, trying his best to make Jeongguk laugh as a way to comfort him.
Jeongguk sighed to himself, he looked up at Taehyung in confusion. "Why are you alone? Don't you have any friends who came here?"
Taehyung's breath hitched, he let out a laugh after. "I- I do but they're drunk too. Not the biggest fan of parties, anyway. I like being alone." Taehyung sighed, running a hand through his dark hair.
Jeongguk gasped lightly. "Wait really?" He asked, about to get up. "S-sorry for interrupting you. I can leave-"
"Don't worry about it. You can stay, a bit of company doesn't hurt." Taehyung smiled, tightening his grip on his locks.
Jeongguk nodded. Tentatively, he sat back down. There was a bit of a silence, Jeongguk not knowing where to bring the conversation now that he had calmed down. Suddenly, a thought crossed his mind making him furrow his brows.
"Wait.. I thought you liked parties? A couple months back we were arguing and you tried to convince Jin to go to a party with you."
Taehyung paused and then scoffed, resting his hand on his lap. "I only said that to win against you. Besides, I found it pretty funny each time we argued."
Jeongguk had his mouth open in shock. "You found it entertaining? What?!" Jeongguk pouted. "Now that makes me feel stupid because I genuinely hated you."
"It was only for a week though."
"I still hated you."
Taehyung laughed, he brought out a bottle of wine on the bedside table, offering it to Jeongguk.
"Drink? I got it from downstairs."
Jeongguk shook his head no. "S-sorry I don't drink."
Taehyung rolled his eyes, he took his red cup from the table and finished the drink, refilling it after with the wine. "Of course you don't." He sighed.
"I'm sorry, what?"
Taehyung smirked, taking a sip from his cup. "I should've thought so, Jeon. You looked like one of those people who don't drink but that's okay. People like you like to play it safe, not take risks or any of the sort-"
"Hey! What's that supposed to mean?"
"-There are lots of people who are cowards like you so it's alright if you choose not to drink anything. It's just who you are, Jeon." Taehyung finished with a shit-eating grin on his face, silently chuckling at Jeongguk's offended expression.

"I'm not a coward! I just prefer not to drink.." Jeongguk trailed, sitting up properly on the bed with his legs crossed.
Taehyung cocked up a brow. "Oh really? What a shame." He sighed, faking sadness. "You don't have to be upset about it though. There's nothing wrong with being a coward."
Jeongguk's cheeks puffed with anger, rage slowly building up. He didn't want to seem like a pussy so he did the most rational thought he had at that moment.
Stupidly, Jeongguk yanked the cup away from Taehyung's grip and taking a huge gulp, his doe eyes big as he tasted the strong taste of alcohol. Jeongguk was breathing heavily by the time he had finished, scrunching the cup in his fist.
Taehyung chuckled to himself, not expecting Jeongguk to actually drink something just because of his teasing words. "Impressive."
Jeongguk looked up at Taehyung with a rosy glow spread across his cheeks, still panting. He felt his world go fuzzy, his world spinning. Jeongguk rubbed his eyes, squinting them to see Taehyung getting another cup from the stack. He poured some of the drink for himself before gulping it down viciously, prepared to get drunk himself.
"Didn't think you'd actually do it." Taehyung chuckled, lolling his head to one side, starting to feel the effects of the alcohol on him but not enough to get him drunk. He leaned against the headboard, letting his head tip back.
"Don't underestimate me." Jeongguk giggled, turning into a laughing mess, once he had adjusted to his new state a few seconds ago, he just couldn't help himself.
"Jeez, no wonder you don't drink. You're a complete lightweight." Taehyung muttered, brushing his hair back before getting up and pouring himself another drink.
"M'not that much of a lightweight." Jeongguk mumbled, he made grabby hands towards Taehyung. "Give me another drink."
Taehyung, not seeing the issue in them both drinking themselves stupid, obliged, handing Jeongguk the bottle instead of a cup and let him drink.
Jeongguk literally- chugged the bottle, letting the alcohol get into his system as the feeling of intoxication quickly took over him. He gulped down the drink as well as the most of his common sense.
Jeongguk parted the bottle from his lips. His mind was fogged, not being able to piece any logical thoughts together as expected. Sweat beads formed on his forehead with his brown tufts of hair all over the place.
"Am- am I still a coward?" Jeongguk slurred, a cheeky grin on his face.
Taehyung nearly laughed at the sight, Jeongguk was so keen on getting drunk that it was nearly funny. Humming, Taehyung brought a bottle of vodka between them and pushed the mouth of the bottle past his lips, flushing the drink down his throat.
A couple of drinks later, Taehyung had lost all sense of reality. Completely intoxicated. He couldn't see properly, his vision cloudy as he continued to mindlessly take a couple swings from his bottle.
"Hey, Jeon-" Taehyung hiccupped, leaning in close to the boy. "You- you kind of look like a bunny."
Jeongguk stifled a giggle. "D-do I?" He mumbled, his eyes bleary from the excessive drinking.
"Yeah." Taehyung muttered, looking off to the side. "Did I tell you that you look like a bunny?" Taehyung drunkenly repeated, resting half of his weight on his palm while his other hand was still wrapped around the bottle.
"No?" Jeongguk gasped. "I do?"
Taehyung nodded frantically, his face sweating with his cheeks flushed. "It's kinda cute."
Jeongguk sniffled, eyes forming tears. "It is?"
"Yeah." Taehyung slurred.
Jeongguk wiped his tears and began mindlessly laughing again, clutching his stomach as he tried to contain himself but everything seemed so- so washed out that it was funny!
The pair continued ranting about useless things, Taehyung always rambling and repeating himself and Jeongguk's reactions being exponentially enhanced, sometimes laughing, crying or both.
The sound of their loud laughter and drunken antics filled the room, competing with the loud noise from the party outside. It was as if they had forgotten about the world outside them, like reality was nothing but a distant memory and their intoxicated selves were their real selves.
"Fuck boys!" Jeongguk cried, raising his fist into the air.
"Yeah," Taehyung replied. "Fuck them."
After a while, the two were a complete mess. Breathing heavily and listening to the sounds of the party that was going on outside the room. Jeongguk was slumped on the bed, chocolate brown hair sprawled onto the covers. Looking up at Taehyung, he was still sitting up, eyes hooded with the rimming of his eyes bright red.
Jeongguk got up, still looking at Taehyung. His legs were crossed, head hung low but he was looking at Jeongguk with a piercing gaze. Jeongguk gulped, feeling himself grow hotter.
A million thoughts were racing through his drunken mind, his logic long gone. Jeongguk blinked, he unconsciously leaned in a bit, looking into Taehyung's eyes.
Taehyung looked at him right back, his dark locks tousled with his bangs brushed to the side. Jeongguk leaned in a little more closer, the alcohol in his system taking control of his mind.
Jeongguk glanced over to the half-empty bottle of vodka in Taehyung's hand, how his fingers were loosely wrapped around the neck of the bottle. Jeongguk looked back at Taehyung again, looking at the boy through his thick lashes. Jeongguk inched his body closer.
They were close enough to the point that their breaths were mingling, faces centimetres apart. Taehyung's breath hitched at the lack of space but didn't budge, Jeongguk felt his gaze on his lips. How his eyes flickered to them then back up again to his eyes.
Jeongguk accidentally bit the inside of his cheek, giggling clumsily after, not realising the position he was in. What he was capable of doing right at that moment.
Taehyung laughed with him, his deep chuckles ringing in Jeongguk's ears. Their laughter died down as quickly as it started though, Jeongguk's smile faded, his eyes locked onto Taehyung's lips.
Swallowing the last bits of his common sense, Jeongguk closed the gap. He captured Taehyung's lips in a drunken, heat of the moment kiss, moving their lips against each other.
Jeongguk could feel Taehyung freeze up by the sudden action but stupidly enough, he felt him kiss back. Jeongguk let out small whimpers, clinging onto Taehyung's shirt tightly as he let him take control of the kiss. Deepening it.
-
"Jeongguk? Jimin?" Hoseok called out, downstairs in the living room where the main chaos was happening at. There were people still dancing, others making out at the back, all while the sound of the dated music blasted in the room.
Hoseok spotted a peach-coloured head near the couches, he trudged through the crowd, finding a pink-haired boy sitting with Jimin and Yoongi on the couch.
"Diminie wants to play.." Jimin drowsily giggled, his head on the boy's shoulder.
Yoongi merely had a blank expression, occasionally rambling out nonsense. He too was resting his head on the boy's other shoulder.
"Jimin!" Hoseok cried, running to the boy. His eyes travelled to the distressed boy who seemed to be sober. "And you are?"
"Kihyun. Look, can you please look after Jimin? His friend asked me to look after him and hasn't come back for him yet and I need to take Yoongi home." Kihyun muttered all in one breath, seeming to be exhausted from handling two drunk people.
"Jeongguk!" Hoseok gasped out, seeing Kihyun nod in agreement. "But please- can you take him? I really need to get me and Yoongi home."
Hoseok nodded, lifting Jimin off the couch and throwing Jimin's arm onto his shoulder.
"See you then, thanks!" Kihyun cried, leading Yoongi to the door. Hoseok sighed and waved, then dragging Jimin away into a secluded corner in the living room away from the flashy and colourful lights.
"Jeongguk, where the fuck are you?" Hoseok groaned, getting his phone out and sending a couple of texts with Jimin giggling against his shoulder.
-
Taehyung pushed Jeongguk down onto the bed, caging him in between his legs as he continued to kiss him roughly. Jeongguk squeezed his eyes shut from the intense moment, feeling as though he was going to burst.
Jeongguk felt Taehyung swipe his bottom lip with his tongue, making him gasp in surprise. Taehyung took the opportunity to slip his tongue in past Jeongguk's plump lips, tasting the wine he had drank before.
To be honest, Jeongguk didn't know the true severity of what was going on. How his single action of drunkenness was going to affect their friendship, from what went to a simple drunken kiss had turned into a full-out makeout session. It was overwhelming, to say the least.
Jeongguk heard Taehyung groan lowly, pressing their tongues against each other's as Jeongguk's other hand found its way to Taehyung's hair, gripping his locks lightly in contrast to the way Jeongguk was gripping his shirt.
Jeongguk jerked his head to the side, gasping for air with a trail of saliva smeared against his cheek. Taehyung looked down at him, his eyes filled with lust. Jeongguk visibly gulped, the room filled with the sounds of their heavy breathing, Jeongguk feeling his chest go up and down with each breath.
He then let out a sudden cry when he felt Taehyung attack his jawline, roughly planting kisses and then trailing down to his neck. Jeongguk now had his hands laying beside his head in all vulnerability, biting his lip to contain any more noises as Taehyung continued to kiss down his neck.
Jeongguk's efforts to keep quiet were proven useless, letting out a choked moan when Taehyung lightly sank his teeth down onto the crook of his neck, gently sucking on the spot after.
"S-shit-" Jeongguk cried out as he threw his head back, the alcohol in his system enhancing every touch he felt against his skin.
Taehyung merely kept sucking, feeling Jeongguk bring one hand up and knot his fingers onto the back of his shirt, his grip firm.
-
"Hobi?" Jimin called out, looking at Hoseok with lidded eyes.
"Yeah?" He asked, averting his gaze onto Jimin, eyes still on his phone.
"Diminie thinks he's going to throw up."
"That's nice." Hoseok replied, not registering his words at first. "Wait- what?!" Hoseok cried in shock before Jimin hurled his body forward, about to vomit.
Hoseok, in a state of panic, quickly slid his phone back into his pocket before getting behind Jimin and watching all the contents of his stomach come back up. Many heads turned towards them as some scrunched their noses in disgust, others covering their mouths in shock.
"Oh god, Jimin! This is why you shouldn't get drunk!" Hoseok groaned, massaging his forehead. Jimin looked at him with a tired look, his eyes red.
Grimacing, Hoseok led Jimin out of the corner, holding his breath as he made sure Jimin stepped over the pile of vomit on the ground as he held him by the wrist. Hoseok led Jimin out the room, shoving past the many people in the room and ignoring their cries of dismay.
Eventually they made it outside, Hoseok still holding onto Jimin whilst keeping a considerable amount of distance between them at the same time.
"This was a bad idea." Hoseok muttered, getting his phone out again to spam Jeongguk with messages asking of his whereabouts.
-
Jeongguk moaned against Taehyung's mouth, he didn't know how some of their clothes ended up discarded on the bedroom floor or how his neck ended up being covered in marks and bruises. Taehyung swirled his tongue around Jeongguk's, their saliva being smeared onto their cheeks as Jeongguk was slowly losing his mind.
Taehyung was shirtless, still in his jeans whilst Jeongguk was left in his boxers with his plaid shirt unbuttoned fully but still on. Jeongguk was lying against the pillows, supporting himself on his elbows whilst Taehyung was resting his weight on his palms, letting out small grunts.
Jeongguk felt Taehyung's erection press against his thigh, Taehyung groaning at the slight friction. Jeongguk noticed this and started rubbing his thigh against Taehyung's clothed cock, hearing him grunt during the kiss which gave him a sense of pride.
