When Rose woke, she was sat in the room Snape had given her. This confused her a lot. She got herself out of the bed and walked out to the kitchen where Severus was speaking with Minerva and Dumbledore.
"What happened?" She asked.
"You stressed yourself up too much Rose, Seeing as the classroom was destroyed that you were found passed out in, we guessed your magic had a bit of a... Overjoy." Minerva explained.
"Oh, okay." She said, sitting down.
Haloween was bacicly skipped for her since she was busy and didn't hear about anything that happened.
Either way, that day went quick and before she knew it, it was Christmas. The twins were off to their brother's place for the time off. She of course put presents down for Harry and Ron. She then went up to the tower's, sitting down as she looked off to the distance. The thought that her parent's weren't there for another Christmas. It broke her heart.
Of course Harry never met Lily and James so he had no reason to be sad, but for Rose, she did. Of course the memories of her mother and father kept her in the tower for a while. She had a small nap and when she woke up, her owl was sat beside her, quite a few presents with her. She smiled and went through them.
Severus got her some potion ingredients that she had been looking for.
Minerva got her a new robe.
Harry got her some books and some vegetarian gummies.
Fred got her a necklace (Which she put on with Snape's necklace.)
Molly got her a christmas sweater and homemade brownies.
The Dursleys had sent some new clothes and a letter telling her that Dudley knew she was a witch now, but forgave her for not telling him.
Dumbledore had sent her some books about teaching courses at Hogwarts.
Cedric sent her some shoes. They were really cute and she put them on with the dress that the Dursleys had gotten her. Ironic that they matched.
She smiled at her outfit before heading down to the last feast of the day. Supper.

Errant
Amateur fighter Kestril only remembers two things about her mother's disappearance: a locket and the promise she made to keep her brother safe. That promise is all she thinks of when she jumps in front of a car to save her brother. She expects death, but instead wakes up to a looming clock tower, cobblestone streets, and dead soldiers wearing lockets just like her mother's. Kess's locket marks her as one of the Errant- people with control over dimensions and time, and the same people rumored to have captured her brother across the city. When a military group mistakes Kess for their enemy, she swears allegiance at gunpoint, hoping to search for her brother from within. Inside, Kess finds an even darker side of the city bent on killing the Errant-using any means necessary. When the murder of an important Errant soldier throws the city further into civil war, Kess uncovers a plot that could undo everything she's fought for so far. The only problem? Her brother is at the head of it. Trapped between her promise to her mother and her morals, Kess finds little use for her theatrical brawling of the past. She can only hope to find her brother before it's too late. || Update: 4/24/2022 Have decided to rewrite this novel, but will continue to post chapters of this draft, possibly with commentary. I would love it if you could leave a review, no matter how horrible, that could help me do better in my writing. The beginning chapters are a bit slow, but if you can get past that, there is a chance you'll love it. Happy Reading.
