He walks closer without me noticing as I was drawn to his words. Suddenly his cologne hit my nostrils, that's when I saw how close we were.
I lean back to make more space but he was already moving closer to me.
My body feels paralyzed. My mind says this is wrong but my heart rate increases for no reason. I don't see Hoseok that way but why do I feel nervous?
Is it just because I've never had a male this close to me before?
Just then...
*Ding Dong*
The sound of calling bell ripped us apart. I quickly ran to my door and opened it while Hoseok followed behind.
It was Lisa.
"We had planned to have lunch together. Why aren't you ready yet?" She said stepping in.
"It's 2 already? Sorry I came home late," I said closing the door.
"And who's this?" She asked turning to me pointing at Hoseok.
"My friend Jung Hoseok."
"Alright Y/n, thanks for inviting me. I've gotta go now!" Hobi said putting on his shoes completely disappointed of Lisa's arrival. Once he left, I hurry into my room and get ready for lunch.
⊹─◂▸★◂▸─⊹
It's been a few hours since Lisa dropped me home. I was chilling on the couch with my phone when I got a call from my neighbour Yoongi.
"Hello?"
"You're free? Can I come over?"
"Yeah but why?"
"I had a strange dream and the thing is, most of my dreams comes true."
"Uhm..."
"And this time you were there."
"Oh that's--"
"That's what I wanna talk about."
"Okay then come over."
Seconds after hanging up, I heard the door bell. I closed the door after letting him in.
"Hey hope I didn't disturb you," He said plopping on the couch.
"No you didn't."
"Something happens in reality and I have a feeling that I've seen this somewhere else later realizing that I've seen it in my dream," He says.

"Like deja vu?"
"Yeah...this is the only time I saw someone else and I'm afraid that this will come true..." He dragged.
"What happened in that dream?"
"I saw someone trying to kill you," His eyes were everywhere but my eyes.
"Do you remember what they look like?" I ask.
"He was wearing a black hoodie. That's all I remember. Just be aware around anyone in a black hoodie," He said.
Black hoodie...
"You remember me talking about a man who constantly warns me when I'm in danger?"
"Mhm.." Suga nodded.
"He's always dressed up in a black hoodie."
"That's wierd"
**
"Ugh who could it be now?" I got up grunting walking to the door.
"Hobi?" I exclaimed.
"Hey I left my phone here," He said as his eyes slowly land on Yoongi.
"Who's this?" He asked, his expression tightening slightly.
"My neighbor," I replied not failing to note the uneasiness in his eyes.
Just then I felt a slight stinging pain in my arm but ignored it.
"Y/n your hand..." Yoongi pointed to my arm.
I looked down to see blood oozing out of the dried scratch that I had got from my locker. The strange thing is, it had dried long ago but to see it bleeding now is just peculiar.
Groaning, I held my hand in pain. Yoongi rushed over to me making me sit on the couch.
He asked me where I stored my medical kit and asked Hoseok to bring it so he ran to get it.
"I'm fine...the pain has gone down," I asked Yoongi to relax.
The pain shot up again when Hoseok came back with the medical kit.
One wiped off the blood while the other applied medicine and wrapped my arm in bandage.
"Thank you guys," I smiled at them.

"Take care Y/n. I shall leave now," Hoseok said before walking out with his mobile.
"Bye."
"You said you can see spirits right?" I turn to the man next to me.
"Yes why?" He asks.
"I have a solution for our problems."
"What's that?"
"."
"Oh no that's too dangerous," He disagreed.
"We've no other go except for going with this only choice," I say.
"Even a slightest mistake can destroy both of us," He warned.
"Think of it this way, what if we do it right and our lives are back to being peaceful again?" I urged him to agree.
He finally agreed after pondering for a while, "If you're in, then I'm in too."
"Great. But the book we need is only available in my college library which would probably be closed for the next 2 days because of the tragic event that took place today," I said.
"We're running out of time. Will they give permission to let you in?" He asked.
"I don't think so."
"Then... Let's break in."
⊹─◂▸★◂▸─⊹
It was somewhere in the middle of the night, probably 12 or 1 am and we were jumping over the gate of my college. The library was located one floor higher at the backside of the building.
There was only one staff to guard the place who was sound asleep so we didn't have much of a problem with that.
Yoongi caught a glimpse of a ladder that was placed against a high levelled concrete compound. Using the ladder, he climbed up to the library glass window with me following behind.
"The window's locked," He whispered when we reach the top.
"Do you have a hairpin?"
"Ah yes," I pulled out a hairpin from my hair handing it to him.
It took approximately 20 minutes until the lock cracked open.
"Wow didn't know you were capable of that," I said as we jumped into the library.
"The lights aren't working," He said trying to switch them on
"There's no power?"
"Yeah I guess."
"That's fortunate because without power the CCTV cameras here won't work or else we would've been caught!" I said in realisation.
"Brilliant."
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and turned on the flashlight escorting him to the shelf where we could find the book we wanted.
"This is where she told me it is," I walked to the end of the shelf pointing to the book Tzuyu had showed me. I finally found the book we came for.
"I got it!" He exclaimed picking one of the fake copies.
"No that's not--."
Before I could reach out to him, the flashlight of my phone went off.
"For heaven's sake!" I muttered under my breath.
"You alright?" He asked.
"Yes," I answered and I suddenly heard the sound of a book falling to my left.
Assuming he dropped the book, I walked towards my left trying to peer my vision through the dark.
"Where did you go?" His voice came from the opposite direction from where I was walking.
Something felt off.
My stomach turned when I felt
"Y-yoongi, there's someone else here," My voice was barely audible. I couldn't see shit in this dark.
"Y/n-ah I'm here for you," He said.
"Y/n-ah I'm here for you, what are you afraid of?" I said trying to peer my vision through the dark to figure out where she is.
"I--" She was about to say something when I heard a slight scream from her before silence took over.
Shivers ran through my spine when I realized the presence of a third person here.
I stormed forward reaching my hands out to find her.
But
.
.
.
She wasn't there.

Thomas the Brawler
Thomas doesn't remember what his last name was, before it became Bluebrim, a name belonging to another universe. He's also pretty sure he wasn't this stupid before he arrived, but what can you do, when a day that was supposed to begin with an interview to set your life back on track instead begins in a universe that makes no sense, with rules you can't begin to understand? Maybe he should have paid more attention to the avatar creation screen ... Content warnings: All of them. Seriously. Expect lots of blue screens to begin with. Don't expect a power-leveling fantasy, in which the lone hero beats up all the bad guys, and gets a harem of women. There's just a guy who treats character creation like an annoying series of pop-up advertisements, and the story is basically the ramifications of that. The main character has to learn to take the world he's found himself in seriously, and he'll learn the way most of us do, by doing it wrong first. This is, insofar as it is successful, a dark comedy fantasy. Also a bit of horror, particularly but not exclusively body horror. I'm pretty sure I've earned those Content Warning tags, so, uh, yeah. This is practice. Hopefully things improve as I go, and figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I make no guarantees things will ever get better. I've already made mistakes, I'll make more, and I'm happy to notice them each time I make them. You don't improve unless you fail. (On the plus side, it probably won't get much worse.) Feel free to point out anything you think I'm doing wrong; I don't promise to change anything, particularly if it's a matter of taste, but I am looking to improve, and figuring out what I need to improve goes faster if I don't have to try to figure it out myself. I've updated the earlier chapters for formatting, in the hope that it would make everything easier to read on mobile devices. Hopefully things work slightly better now, but please let me know if there are any issues anywhere.

Death Galaxy
When portals opened across the world and space, people were a bit terrified. Naturally, some people called it the end times or some other negative interpretation. Thankfully, the new arrivals managed to calm the masses, saying they were here from across dimensions in search of peaceful refuge. And so, began a technological revolution as the new cohabitants, who looked distinctly human if a bit off, openly shared some of their knowledge with us. Naturally, with the New Humans keeping some of the more dangerous techs to themselves and Old Humans being a greedy bunch, tensions are arising as old and new grudges rear their ugly heads. The world endlessly spins as history, both good and bad, is seemingly on its way to repeating itself. Only with other planets, and potentially other universes, being the backdrop this time. But that was big stuff that Alex had no real interest in. They only care about one thing and one thing. TDAG. Trans-Dimensional Adventure Games. Best VR system ever made.
