This is sadly not an update. I came on here to ask if this is a story you're still interested to read and finish? I know I've been on break because of mental health issues. Unfortunately, things have not gotten better. Not surprisingly, I'm my most creative when I'm in the dumps mentally.
I think about this story a lot. My most popular story, I never thought I'd get past 10k reads. However, back on track!
I'd just like for you guys to give me feedback on whether or not I should get to finishing this bad boy. I still remember how this'll end but I don't remember the small details. So even if I wrap the story up, the actual updates will take a while for me to be able to read through, what I consider a cringey, story.

He loves music, specifically rhythm and drumming, and would give his left nut if it would help him drum better. He's a rock drummer, and his language is that of a rock drummer: slanged, duded, and frequently laced with profanity. He focuses on music, and makes decisions that even the author doesn't approve of. However, that means all his decisions are Kevin's decisions, not those of a system-optimizing power-gamer. There's points (All of Arc 2) where he wanders aimlessly. Goals seem foreign to him at points. What would you do if you were a musician, and the world fell apart and you no longer had an audience or band-mates. You'd be kinda lost. Kevin is. Arc 2 is a lot of Kevin not knowing what to do, going with the flow, and not being articulate enough to know that he doesn't know what to do. 1.
