before you read this I think it is about time (since I have almost finished this book now) that I make a few things clear.
1. I started this when I was 15 and thought that this would be a short term project to pass the time since I was working on a Harries sequel and needed something less stressful. Yet now at 18 I am only just finishing it, which is insane. The point I'm trying to make is that my writing has developed, it has become more sophisticated compared to how it is in earlier chapters- things that I originally wrote are things I would not write now, hence why some things are mentioned and never referred to again. If this annoys you then I'm sorry, but I don't think there are tons of these.
2. The state of Ali is never labelled, I did this purposefully as I did not want to upset anyone with a mental illness if they're reading this book. It is simply up to the reader to determine what they think she has (or doesn't have) and I did not plan on it to be such a big element.
3. Alison Sugg is obviously a fictional character of my own creation, and this is something I really want to state; my own creation. I've had a conversation with a few people who aren't claiming I stole another writer's idea, but that it is very similar initially. All I will say is that the concept of there being a 'secret sugg' is common and popular within the fanfiction community, especially amongst YouTube fans. My take on it differs, and I respect every writer's individual ideas, I could never steal or copy them in anyway- if there is something about my work that is similar it is simply down to coincidence.

4. There may be mistakes, hell I wrote most of this when I was 15/16.
5. My versions of the people that are real, as in the YouTubers is my version of them and how they are supposed to be for this book. I do not think of them in this way, not all of them and it is simply for the purpose of this story to have certain people behave the way they do.
Lastly, I would like to say thank you for clicking on this. I never planned for this to take so long, for it to become almost 50 chapters long (which I know, can seem a bit overwhelming), but I hope you like it. And thank you to those who have read this, commented or given support over the time I've written this.
