Jieun pov
We got home and we all sat in the living room. I grabbed Soonie and Jihoon grabbed Doongie. We sat next to each other in front of the 12 others. "Guys, so I'm sure you've heard that the Dreamies and their other friends are gonna debut" I started and they nodded. "Well they suggested that I become a trainee and it got me thinking. Jihoon reminded that you guys once thought about training and we were wondering if you guys actually wanted to try it out?" I asked biting my lip.
"Well you guys know that's a big commitment, do you think we could actually do it?" Seungcheol spoke. Jihoon spoke up "I think it's worth a shot, I mean only 5 of us have jobs, the rest of us only have school. If we train it will take at least a year for us to even think about debuting. The 4 seniors will finish up school and after another year a big portion of us will finish." They all nodded. "He's got a point" Jeonghan said "but the 5 of us who have jobs need to talk after we finish." We nodded.
After a while, Seungcheol, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, and I were left alone. Seungcheol started "Well guys, we gotta figure out what we're gonna do with our jobs. If we keep them, it means less training time, but if we don't we don't have as much money." We nodded.
"I mean, if we do end up training in whatever company, I'm sure we can miss school for a while, I mean the Dreamies are doing that, they're getting ready to debut in about 5 months and they're dropping out just to practice." I said "There have already been times where they skipped for a week or so because of training."
"We can also do less shifts, I mean we have a lot of savings, and now that Ji noona has started work, we can definitely work less." We all nodded. "Well then, I say we should do it" Jun said. We nodded once again and Jeonghan and I got up to make dinner.

During dinner we told the boys that we agreed to trying to become trainees and working around our schedules.
Jihoon and I are now on a walk with Soonie and Doongie with Jun and Minghao. We're the only ones that know about their relationship STILL.
We sat down on two benches and picked up the puppies. "Guys, when are you gonna open up about your relationship?" I asked them. They looked at each other and blushed. "Aww Ji they're like us when we started dating." Jihoon said and I smiled. "We haven't really thought about that, but I'm sure they'll find out sooner or later" Minghao said and Jun nodded. "Better be careful when you go out alone, they might not suspect you as much as they did us, but still don't be surprised if they follow you" I said and they chuckled.
We were on our way home when Jihyo suddenly popped into my mind. She hasn't bothered us since the dance studio a few months ago. Where did she go? "Ji? What are you thinking about?" Jihoon suddenly asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Jihyo. I wonder what she's doing" I replied. "Don't think about that, you'll get stressed" he said, grabbing my hand and intertwining our fingers and kissing me on the cheek. Great, now I'm very red and flustered. He chuckled "It's fun to make you flustered you look cute" Jihoon has always done this when I feel down or stressed and it always seemed to work.
We got home and immediately got ready for bed because tomorrow, there's an audition at an entertainment company called Pledis Entertainment.
Jeonghan pov
I woke up earlier than usual and couldn't go back to sleep so I decided to watch tv. When I turned it on, the news was on and it said 'breaking news, a married couple that go by the names of 'Yoon Seyoon and Yoon Mina' have been murdered. It is still unclear of who the murderer is, the investigators are still looking for evidence. There was a neighbor that had figured it out this morning Kim Sang Yoo, here's what she says.

'The neighbors moved in about 3-4 months ago, they were a lovely couple with a daughter probably in her twenties who I've met a few times. There have been a few times where I've heard some fighting going on when I walk my dog. I noticed that they haven't gone to work for the past 3 days so I knocked but got no response. I walked into their home and found them both dead in the living room'
I was horrified, and I turned off the news. That's my aunt and uncle that raised Jihyo. Could it have been- no it couldn't have. I should tell Ji, she met them a few times before when we were little.
As if right one queue she walked into the living room rubbing her eyes. "Oh Hannie, you're up early" she said, her voice slightly raspy. "Ji, do you remember uncle Seyoon and aunt Mina? The ones that raised Jihyo?" I asked and she nodded "breifly, why?" "well, they've been murdered. Apparently they came back to Korea 3-4 months ago and the killer in still unidentified."
Her eyes were wide "H-hannie what if- what if it was Jihyo?" she asked in a shaky voice. I wondered that too. "Hannie what if we're next?" she asked. I quickly got up and sat next to her to give her a hug. "Ji don't think about that, remember we have auditions today. We've been practicing hard to make everything right, the song, the choreography, we can't mess up. We have to stay focused." He said and I nodded. "Now come on, we should make breakfast for the boys before they wake up" he stated and we both got up.
I couldn't focus at school at all. The only thing that was on my mind was the audition. I mean it's not likely for all 14 of us to make it, out of all of those people who have probably trained as hard as we have or even harder, the chances are just so low. "Miss Jieun" my teacher called which snapped me out of my thoughts "y-yes?" I asked nervously. "What's the answer to this problem?" I quickly scanned the problem, math has never been my best subject "U-uh 17?" I said trying to not make it sound like a question. "Wrong, pay attention will you? If I catch you again, detention" she responded.
I can't get detention. Minutes later she called my name again, "Miss Jieun I told you to pay attention, detention after school." My eyes widened at her statement. "M-miss Lee can we work this out? I can't have detention today, any day but today." "You should have thought about that miss Yoon" she said before continuing the lesson.
After class I quickly ran to the teacher followed by Jihoon, Seokmin, Soonyoung, Minghao, and Mingyu. "Miss Lee I can't have detention today, I have an audition with the boys at an entertainment company, I can't miss it, is there any way that we can compromise?" I asked, hopeful.
"Yes miss Lee, she really can't miss the audition, we made a choreography with her included, if she can't audition, neither can we, if you make her stay, you're basically ruining 14 people's futures" Mingyu spoke. She stopped and turned to us. "Then detention tomorrow." I quickly nodded "Alright! Thank you so much!" I cheerfully said. "Also, tell me the results when you get them" she said with a smile. I nodded and the 6 of us quickly went to meet up with the other 8 to head to Pledis.

The Last Death Mage
Since time immemorial humanity has always feared and shunned what it didn’t understand. Over time this changed a bit to encompass things that didn’t conform to their thoughts and ideals. Due to humanity’s stubbornness with which the enforced their ideals many lives were lost and changed. When humanity first clashed with monsters and the beings that use magic, this trait caused many bloody fights. Over time the fights escalated into battles and full on war on several occasions. Humanity due to their adaptability and persistence won many of these altercations, causing huge casualties to the magical beings. Humanity did not come out unscathed however; many of the empires and civilizations noted in human history fell due to these battles and wars. Eventually over time humanity and the magical beings came to a sort of agreement. Magic and the beings associated with it faded into the background of history, being relegated to myth and legend. Humanity meanwhile advanced leaps and bounds once magic faded, leading to our current level of civilization. Not all magical beings were content with this, thus they did their own actions and killed or fed on humans. This has led to many organizations to be formed concerning this, on both the side of humanity and the side of magical beings. They regulate and control the use of magic as well as protect humanity from the darker things that are now not but myth to them, but there is a reason humanity instinctually fears the dark. Unfortunately there are always those that are unsatisfied by the status quo, and those that are prejudiced against things that are different. This is a story of a young man who wanted nothing more than to be normal. Unfortunately Fate and the world he lives in do not easily allow that this, thus his life changed, not for the better. Everyone has heard of or read stories about monsters and legends, heroes and villains, this is one such story. Hi, this is my second attempt at a story here, the first was before the major overhaul happened and i lost everything related to that story due to PC troubles. I hope you enjoy this if you dont please leave some constructive criticism in the comments. An Editor and the like will be needed, but I will edit as problems are pointed out and as i proof read. This story will have no set schedule, unless of course I decide to type up a bunch in succession then i will note that in a chapter beforehand. ADDED NOTE: most sexual content will be in Interludes or sub chapters with a .5 attached. Profanity and gore however shall be plenty in the actual story, though the descriptives for the gore may be added later. (For example, in the prologue that gave a hint at what happened to the MC, will be enhanced so that the gore invokes more descriptive/complete mental pictures, though it may wait.) ~Tyroth Gideon
