Jieun pov
"Good, you're awake" She said with a grin. "Why did you do this Jihyo?" I asked looking into her dark eyes. "Why not? You took my mother, I'm just returning the favor." She replied, picking up a baseball bat that layed in the corner of the room. Oh no. I'm not ready to die yet, I'm finally happy.
Sana pov
I stood in the corner of the room and felt terrible. I want to stop her but I'm scared, I don't want her to kill the ones I love, so I'm forced to stay quiet. She picked up a baseball bat that she had put there hours ago. I flinched as I saw her take a swing directly at Jieun's stomach, to which Jieun started coughing and gasping for air. She wouldn't stop, she hit Jieun at least 5 more times before finally hitting her in the head, causing her to pass out.
She turned around to me, "I'll be in my office, tell me when she wakes up again, I have something planned for her, or should I say someone" she said before exiting the room.
Jieun had coughed up quite a bit of blood and looked to be in bad shape. After a minute I peeked out of the room to see if she was still there, but she was in her office. I quickly ran to find the nearest first aid kit.
I swiftly ran back to the room Jieun was in and began to clean up the blood that was on her face. I took a quick look at her stomach to make sure there was no cuts or anything, but I was wrong. There was a cut quite deep, but very small. I still cleaned and patched it but what was it?
I walked over to the bat to examine it closer to see if something was on it. "No way" I said in disbelief. She had put a singular nail at the end of the bat. She really is sick. I need to get Jieun out of here but I can't get caught.

Maybe Jieun has her phone. I quickly checked her pockets and luckily she had it. It seems like luck is on my side today because she didn't have a passcode. I went to contacts and found the most recent one: Jihoonie💕
{Jihoonie💕}
Jihoon! This isn't Jieun, this is Sana, I'm trying to help you, Jihyo had me kidnap her and now Jihyo is taking it too far. Jieun and I are alone and she is passed out. Come to xxxx street on xxx avenue. Hurry!
Thanks Sana! I was so worried, I'm leaving now with Jeonghan hyung!
I put the phone back into her pocket and sat back down.
She woke up about a minute ago and I decided not to tell Jihyo so she wouldn't do anything more. I told Jieun that Jeonghan and Jihoon were on their way. Suddenly Jihyo opened the door and walked in. "Oh she's up? How come you didn't tell me?" She asked with her gaze piercing into my eyes. "I was about to tell you, she only woke up a moment ago" I replied trying my hardest not to stutter.
She looked away and walked towards Jieun and started to untie her. As she did so she shouted "Taehyung! Come here! She's ready for you!" and seconds later the guy names Taehyung walked in and looked at Jieun and smiled. "Oh good. I'll have fun with her, I can tell." He said walking over to Jieun and picked her up and exited the room.
Jihoon pov
I returned to the park to see the puppies tied to a bench and Jieun... gone? "ha ha. Very funny Jieun, come out" I said assuming she was trying to prank me. She does this a lot. "Jieun? Jieun!" I began shouting her name. I'm starting to think this isn't a prank and she's really gone. Who took her? Was it her dad? I ran as fast as my legs could back to the house, holding the puppies.
Once I got home I put the puppies down and shouted "Jeonghan hyung we have a situation!" He walked over and saw the worried expression plastered on my face. "What's wrong?" He asked. "Ji-jieun is g-gone." His eyes went wide. "WHAT?! Let's go we need to find her!" He said putting his shoes on and following my out the door.

After about 10 minutes of us searching around I got a text. It was from Jieun! "Hyung I just got a text from her!" I shouted and he ran over to me. "Gross, I sometimes forget you're dating my sister" he said, seeing the name in my phone. I rolled my eyes and chuckled.
{Ji💕}
Jihoon! This isn't Jieun, this is Sana, I'm trying to help you, Jihyo had me kidnap her and now Jihyo is taking it too far. Jieun and I are alone and she is passed out. Come to xxxx street on xxx avenue. Hurry! and I would suggest bringing a buddy for backup.
Me: Thanks Sana! I was so worried, I'm leaving now with Jeonghan hyung!
"That rat. She better not hurt my sister" Jeonghan hyung said right before we began to run to the location.
Once we arrived, it was a home, that looked pretty normal, except very few lights were on. We slowly entered the home, ready to fight anyone in our way. The first thing we saw was Sana peeking out of a room. "Guys! Come here!" She whisper-shouted and waved us over.
We entered the room and she closed the door but Jieun wasn't there. "Where's Jieun?" Jeonghan hyung and I asked at the same time. "Some guy named Taehyung took her into another room. I'll show you, but we need to be careful not to run into Jihyo, she won't hesitate to kill any of us." She said walking towards the door, us following.
She stopped in front of a door. "This is it, just open this door and walk straight until you find another door. I must go now" She spoke, bidding us goodbye. "Thanks Sana" We both said.
I took a deep breath and opened the first door and Jeonghan hyung closed it behind us. The hallway was completely dark, and I was feeling a little nervous, I don't wanna get caught. We reached the door and stopped. "You ready?" I asked him, he nodded. "I'll get that Taehyung guy away from Ji if he's near her, you get Ji out of the room as quick as possible, don't worry about me" He said and I nodded.
Jeonghan hyung busted open the door and what I saw horrified me, Ji was crying in only her undergarments on with that Taehyung guy on top of her kissing her neck when he suddenly stopped and looked over to us. "Who are you?" He asked getting up and cracking his knuckles. "That's not important" Jeonghan hyung replied giving me a quick glance and nodded.
I ran over to Ji while Jeonghan hyung and Taehyung began to fight. I covered her eyes. "Don't look, just close your eyes, we'll get you out of here" I said giving my shirt to her to cover up. She nodded and I picked her up. "Don't open them babe. Please don't open your eyes" I said as I walked hurriedly through the door.
We got outside and I set her down on the ground, "I have to go get your brother, don't go anywhere. I'll be quick, I promise" I said giving her a quick peck and running back into the house.
I ran into the room and Taehyung was on top of Jeonghan hyung and punching him in the face when I suddenly kicked his side to get him off of Jeonghan hyung and helped Jeonghan hyung up. We quickly ran out of the room and locked the door.
We sprinted out of the house and I picked Ji once again and we began to walk home. "Jihoon why don't you have a shirt on?" Jeonghan hyung asked. "Because my girlfriend needed it, duh" "Oh right" he said and I nodded.

Almave
Welcome to AlmaVé. First thing you have to know is that it's a tragedy. Nope, not talking about my book yet. It's a tragedy that you're reading this instead of clicking on chapter 1. I did fail speech introductions after all. My story? Right that's what you're here for. My bad, try this: Lilia Hammond is reborn (cliché, but we all know we enjoy it when it's done for a purpose) as Syndra Sanmey. She was a graphic designer who hadn't caught her break yet. She was paralyzed for months before she was offered the opportunity to join a program that would allow her to-NOPE! not virtual reality. The doctors killed her and dumped her body. Tough. In her new world, Lilia has to fight herself to find out who she truly is. With the possibility to cast magic and a second chance at life, Lilia thinks she can really make something for herself. Her goal? Become the greatest artist the world had ever seen. The rub? World is a bit darker than anything she saw on earth. Thankfully, Lilia is getting quite familiar with the darkness inside her and her magic might just be the thing to save the-hey! wait it's not that kind of book. No saving the world. No hero syndrome. Just magic and blood and a bit of crafting. Yup. Fighting. Romance? Eh? What's that? The first arc is Lilia's shift from Earth to creating backstories for the three major characters. It's not funny and light. It's often dark and funny. Ah, I really should have gone through a punk-rock phase. Or goth. Would I look good with black hair? Hmm.. There are three MCs and they are Jackson, Daryl, and Lilia/Syndra. Daryl is currently kidnapped and Jackson just awakened his magic. I don't want to spoil (much) but soon things will be very fun to write. Hope to see you there! Leave a comment even if you're just stopping by so I can say hey! Chapters to be published twice weekly. At The Lions Gate
In the 20th century America reinvented itself. Devastated by depression, scarred by war, rocked by a revolution, Americans banded together to preserve their country and their freedom. They had faith in themselves, faith in one another, and for those who believed…faith in God. This novel tells the story of one American who lived through those turbulent years….years that would test his character and the character of a nation. For Josh Sanders it begins in 1935. A star athlete in school, pro football is a ticket out of poverty during the Great Depression; but when his father, a WWI veteran, is killed during a robbery, Josh’s spirit is broken, and with it his boyhood dream. To honor his father Josh joins the war effort in 1942, distinguishing himself as a fighter pilot, until a fateful decision near the end of the war changes the course of his life once again. But many years later, after a stint as a boxer and a failed marriage, Josh finds his calling…at a time when the country is at war with itself. The year is 1968. King and Kennedy have been killed, race riots are breaking out, and Vietnam has become an albatross, causing massive protests across the country. In the streets of San Francisco Josh watches a crowd of students march for peace. As a veteran he’s conflicted, toward the war and those who oppose it. But when he encounters Rosy Goldin, a spirited young protester in need of help, a voice from the past calls him to action. His good intentions are soon tested when Rosy falls in love with the fugitive anti-war activist Erick White, a young man determined to oppose the war at all costs, against the wishes of his own father. Fearful of what happens to Rosy, Josh confronts Erick, unwilling to be part of his plan to escape…until he meets the boy’s father. A high-powered criminal attorney, Karl White is also a flag-waving patriot demanding that his son follow the law. But as White makes his case Josh is jolted by a painful war-time memory, a crisis of conscience that will soon determine the fate of Rosy Goldin and Erick White.
