Toni's P.O.V
"Toni!" Carlo snapped me out of my gaze.
"Ja, coach," I averted my attention from Valentina, who was just passing by, to the ball.
"Focus!" He shook his head.
"You need to excuse me," I ran my fingers through my hair.
He glared at me, but Iker whispered something in his ear and he smiled at me. "Don't take long."
I nodded my head and jogged towards her. "Valentina! Wait up." I called from behind her. But she seemed to be ignoring me and walked right into her office. That's even better; more privacy. "Valentina." I repeated myself as I closed the door behind me.
"Mr. Kroos, how may I help you?" She smiled.
"You can start off by stepping down that act. Enough with it." I snapped.
"What act, Mr. Kroos? I am ju-" I cut her off.
"Valentina, is enough is fucking enough." I said through gritted teeth.
"What do you want?" She glared at me.
"An explanation to why the fuck you're with Alejandro." I spat.
"It doesn't matter. It shouldn't matter. I don't get what part of, 'I think it's better for us to break up.' did you not understand around a month ago?" She rolled her eyes.
"We didn't break up on bad terms, you know what he did to me. Why are you doing this?" I shook my head and softened my voice.
"He makes me happy." She flipped her hair nonchalantly.
I took a step closer to her so she was now at a dead end by the wall and lowered my face to hers. "Bullshit." I breathed while staring into her eyes.
Her eyes seemed to soften for a split second. "That's what you're full of." She replied while walking away from me.

"Valentina," I grabbed her arm.
She looked at me and widened her eyes, "What makes you think you have the right to touch me?!"
"Step down the attitude and explain to me what is going on."
"No, let me go before I make sure you don't see another day of sunshine, Kroos." She growled.
"I'll just ask Iker about what's going on then," I snickered before turning around.
"Don't you fucking dare." She attempted a threatening tone, but I detected the fear in her voice.
I wiped the snicker off of my face before turning around. "There's nothing stopping me." I raised my eyebrows. "Or is Jandro going to throw me in jail if I don't?"
"Please, Toni, please don't bring this up to Iker." She sounded sincere.
"I need an explanation and a good reason not to. After all, he is my friend and he does deserve to know."
She buried her face in her hands. "I-I-I really can't tell you, Toni, I'm so sorry." Her voice was small.
I sighed, unsure of what action to take. "You can talk to me." I rest my hand on her back.
"No one can know." She shook her head vigorously.
"Is he forcing you into anything?" I felt myself get protective over her.
She shook her head and looked up at me. "Please don't tell anyone about this. I am begging you, Toni. I promise that you're going to receive an explanation. Just not anytime soon." Her lips were dragged downwards.
I shook my head. "Something is going on, Casillas, and I will find out about it, whether it's from you, or whether I have to dig it from under the grounds with my bare hands. I deserve to know and I'm sure you aren't satisfied with Jandro."

"Toni..." She pleaded.
"You're the one pleading? Valentina you shattered me in Germany. I had to deal with the ache and explain to my friends that I got dumped in the airport for no reason, and being the hopeless romantic I am, I expected us to get back together because I wanted to surprise you with my move to Madrid."
No reply had emerged from her lips, only soft shaky cries that shattered my broken heart even further.
