《The Queen and the Singer》A Love Plan

Simón POV
Calm down, Simón. Everything will be alright.
That's what I kept telling to myself before my "friend date" with Ámbar. Sure, she was my newfound friend, but she was still able to make me nervous.
But besides from that, all that I keep thinking about was Luna. I was not destined to be with her, like Ámbar said. Because if that were not true, maybe I would have already kissed her. Like one of those fangirls would say, how do they name couples? Ships. So Luna and Simón would be Lumon, and so Lumon is not destined to be together. The ship would not sail. But Luna and Matteo, Lutteo, already sailed. Lutteo, not Lumon. Just like that.
My life's a mess.
I should look on the bright side, I'm going out with Ámbar. As friends, of course. I can't stop thinking about her since yesterday, and I'm so excited to meet her again at school.
When I walk in at Blake, I see her there, talking to her friends, and for the first time I noticed how cute she was. How beautiful she was.
Relax, Simon. You shouldn't be scared that you're going out (as friends of course) with who is probably the hottest girl on school. Just chill.
But I couldn't stay chill. I now noticed that I was nervous, extremely nervous. But why? What was making me so nervous that I was shaking so badly? And then I noticed.
Ámbar.
She was the one making me nervous. I always thought Luna's green eyes were cute, but Ámbar's eyes shined as bright as the sky. I noticed how her wavy hair fell just right above her shoulders, and how natural she looked.
Did I like Ámbar? Did I just forget Luna? No, I haven't forgotten about Luna, but there is also something more with Ámbar. I just hope the real Ámbar is the one that talked to me in the bathroom and not the Ámbar that goes around the halls taking shit about people.

I slip out of my thoughts just before Ámbar calls my name. "Simon!" she says. "I'd like you to meet my best friends, Delfi and Jazmin. Jazmin and Delfi, this is the new guy in our class, Simon."
Delfi fake smiles and Jazmin stares at me dreamily, and I obviously wonder why. I'm not one of those girl magnets everyone talks about. That only happens in movies and shows. Anyway, we chat a little bit, and Jazmin is about to say something when she is interrupted by a voice I know too well. Luna.
"Simón, how are you? You rushed somewhere yesterday and I couldn't even talk to you about everything that happened. Besides, you didn't even get to formally meet Matteo! Matteo, this is Simon. Simon, this is Matteo," she talked so fast I was almost unable to get what she was saying.
Then Matteo laid out a hand in front of me. "Matteo Balsano. Pleasure to meet you," he said. I reluctantly shook it while I said, "Simon. Simón Alvarez."
And then the bell rung and we were off to class. Unfortunately for me, I had Biology class with Matteo. Now I'm stuck with the boy who's my crush's boyfriend. Excellent. Just great.
"So, guitarrista, how's life going with little Drama Queen aka Ámbar?"
When I looked at him, I actually understood why Luna liked him. Tall, brown hair, Golden boy, and for the looks of it, was also a skater. Just the person Luna would fall in love with.
But then I noticed something. How did he know I played the guitar? Was he stalking me?
"First of all, before I answer your question, how do you know I play the guitar?" I never played at the Blake, my guitar would be confiscated.

"Oh, right, I saw you practicing yesterday at the Jam and Roller on the stage. In my opinion, you actually sing very good and you should sing up for the Open Music, a musical showcase at the Roller," he said.
That sounded cool. I should sign up before my shift today.
"And what about Ámbar, Simon? I saw the way you looked at her before class, but I have to warn you, Ambar is not the person that you think she is. I know because she is my ex. I thought I should warn you." That's not true. The Ámbar I know isn't like that.
"Well, she has been very nice me to me, so I refuse to believe that," I simply said.
Matteo sighed. "Fine, I give up, but don't come crying when she hurts you. Anyway, how are you going to win her over? Any strategies or plans?"
I had to make Matteo believe I like Ámbar. I couldn't just tell him that I like his girlfriend, that'll sound weird. Beside, it's not gonna be too hard, Ámbar is beautiful.
"Well, today I'll be going on a date with her, but only as friends. But other than that, no not really."
"Oh, guitarrista, you need to work on your love strategies. You need to make a girl, in this case Ámbar feel special, feel loved. You need to make her fall head over heels for you, but's that's not gonna be easy. We need to make an action plan," he said.
Matteo and I brainstormed during the whole class, until an idea came to his mind. Turns out this fabulous idea was to send her anonymous love letters containing song lyrics.
"What?! There's no way Ámbar will fall for me just by lyric notes. You're mental, Matteo. And even if that succeeded, how can you guarantee that she will fall for the real person, for Simon?" I argued. Matteo had a simple answer for that.
"The only answer to that question is that while you make her fall for you anonymously, you have to make her like you as much in real life."
And so we spent the last 15 minutes of class creating a lyrics for the note. This is what we came up:
I'd be crazy
Si no puedo estar
Junto a ti
I'd be crazy
Si pierdo el lugar
Junto a ti
Y no se lo que pueda pasar
I'd be crazy
Without you
And then I decided to add a few sentences for her:
This is for you Ámbar, the queen of my heart
-Singer
I added that Singer name at the end so that Ámbar may have a clue of who I am, but that's gonna get a bit difficult, because there are tons of people that sing in the Blake and in the Roller. So that leaves the last step of the plan that Matteo and I made. Get the note to her.
And to do this, we would have to get it into her locker.

The Arcanist Seer
An eye of which sees everything beyond the skies and heavens saw an embodying fate with reek of blood and greed. He who sees the future and yet is restrained by his own shackles of his destiny. An eye that serves a purpose but nothing in exchange for his freedom. Will he remain as a tool of his adversary or escape from his own shackles of fate? This is a story of two old men trying to free from the shackle of their destiny set in a future only to await their impending doom. This is a story of a dead god, and of a storyteller, trying to break from the bonds of the past. And as their stories go, one of them will face the events that unfold in their distant past, as the other one will unveil its mystery predicted by its future. Is it a mistake to challenge fate, after all? *** The world-building is set upon on the universal scale, with dungeon and old-style fantasy. It has a progression that follows with the consistency of a dungeon setting, although it's not what you call a dungeon, but a function of a crystal. There's a lot to take in this novel, but that's all within my intention. I have always enjoyed challenging conventional ideas. The cover is not mine, it's just temporary.
