The search for Sasuke proves to be successful and the ninja have captured Itachi. Itachi revealed a love interest for Naruto, pushing Naruto into a newly formed love triangle. Now that everything is set...the ninja can finally return home.***

Naruto gasped and everyone, at least those where we're awake gasped and stared in silence.

"Naruto!" Kakashi gasped with anger

"Ow..." she teared up from the stinging pain and used healing chakra on her face.

Naruto felt bad and walked up to her and placed his hand on her face and the Nine Tails chakra flowed into her and her eyes turned red and she shuddered. The wound healed very quickly and Naruto retracted his hand and looked worryingly at her face and luckily nothing scarred.

"I'm so sorry! It was a reflex!" Naruto said.

"Its okay. I'm fine." She gave a weak smile befor hugging him. "Thanks...for keeping your promise." She smiled happily.

Naruto patted her back up moved her off and let her talk to Hinata who was still awake, talking with Shikamaru. Naruto walked past everyone and went to Sasuke and Kakashi. Naruto sat down next to them and looked at his bloody fingertips and frowned. He grabbed a water bottle from his bag and poored it on his hand and washed off the blood.

Kakashi sat down and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Please try to calm yourself...what did Itachi say? Did he do anything?" Kakashi asked.

"...He is a creep." Naruto growled.

"What did he say?" Kakashi asked again.

Sasuke looked at Naruto with curiosity. He read Naruto's face and chuckled, instantly catching the drift.

"Wow...your kidding me?" Sasuke said.

"No...it's the truth." Naruto groaned.

"Geez he is a creep." Sasuke said.

Kakashi stared blankly into space. He thought they were almost telepathic. He sighed and hugged Naruto. Naruto patted his bsck and pecked his cheek, catching the drift.

"Alright sleep well...I'll stay awake a little longer." Naruto smiled.

"Night hun." Kakashi took his mask off and kissed Naruto and pulled it back up andlaid down in his area with his blankets.

Sasuke blinked. "Your a thing?" He see me quite surprised.

"Heh...yeah..." Naruto smiled widely chuckles.

"Knew it." Sasuke sounded almost happy to hear that. He then turned serious and his voice dropped to a whisper. "Itachi kissed you? When?" Sasuke said.

"When we went after you. I ran into him...h-he...he put me in a Genjutsu and I couldn't move, and he kissed me and said me and himself will look more sexy?" Naruto said with discomfort.

Suddenly Itachi was behind the two and walked out and sat down, still blind folded and chained. Naruto growled at him and Itachi chuckled.

"Hey." He said

"Tch...shut it!" Sasuke growled.

"Thought you wanted to kill Naruto." Itachi said.

"And I heard you like him." Sasuke growled.

Naruto growled and ripped part of his shirt off and crumpled it into a ball and shoved it in the Older brother's mouth.

"Sasuke told you to shut up!" Naruto whisper yelled. "Stay quiet." Naruto sat back down and sighed.

He looked around and rested his head. Sasuke fell asleep later on and Itachi remained awake...meditating. Naruto and Itachi along with Sakura and Sai were awake still. Sakura sighed and went to bed. Sai watched Itachi.

"Naruto get some sleep. You look completely tired." Sai frowned.

"You need rest too. You burned chakra searching for him. I'll be okay." Naruto said as Itachi fell asleep.

"Are you sure?" Sai said.

"Yes I'm sure." Naruto smiled.

Sai laid down and fell asleep quickly, him being very tired. Naruto sighed and leaned on the tree. He formed fifty shadow clones and they guarded the area. He looked at Kakashi and smiled. He rested by him and counted stars.

*in the morning*

Everyone traveled to the leaf. Itachi now in Sai's watch and hands. Naruto was in the front and center of the traveling ninja. Kakashi, and a handful word is about Naruto. He had surrounded the group in clones and refused to led up. He was burning his chakra just to keep them gaurded.

They reached the leaf...and there to greet was anbu. Lots of them. And Tsunade...she walks up to the group and looked disturbed and walked straight to Itachi.

"Itachi Uchiha. You killed your clan. Your family. Friends. And betrayed the leaf. But I know it was for the greater good of the leaf." She said.

"WHAT!?" Everyone gasped in confusion.

"Danzo...was to blame. He forced Itachi. Itachi was actually a hero, he prevented a war." Tsunade looked at them. "You have been cleared of charges...and reinstated as a ninja." Add he took off the chains and cloth.

"Thanks my lady." He bowed and took the form from her grasp.

"And danzo?" Sasuke fumed with anger.

"Sentenced to death." She stated coldly.
