We're renting a boat today and going snorkeling I am so excited. The boat also has a tube and water skis. When we first got on the boat Mrs. Moormeier asked payton what he wanted to do first and he asked if we could go tubing on our way to the cliffs. I was scared to go tubing in the ocean but I did anyways. After it was over I got back into the boat and was shivering a little so me and Anthony cuddled up in a towel and layer down on the boat. I noticed payton and Riley were distant and he was lowkey staring at Anthony and me. We finally made it to the cliffs I was scared to jump but I just went for it. The water was so clear and beautiful I loved it here.

Jadens pov

When we got to the cliffs brynn was scared to jump so we held hands and jumped together. It was really pretty at the cliffs so we parked the boat there and went swimming for a little. We even met a couple supporters which was awesome. Chase was actually hitting it off with one. Her name was Alex and she was so pretty. I think they would look good together. But when she told us she lives in New York chase got a little sad since we live all the way in California. We were only going to be in Cabo for 2 more days but chase and her made plans to have dinner tonight and hangout tomorrow. I was happy for chase that way he wouldn't be third wheeling. After about an hour we left and went snorkeling. It was so beautiful the fish were so close we even saw a sea turtle. Brynn loved it she actually loves sea life it made me so happy seeing her smile so big.

Brynns pov

We were all snorkeling it was so fun I was down at the bottom by the coral reefs. Next thing you know I look over to my right and see a big ass shark it looked almost like a great white. I tried not to panic too much. I didn't think he saw me he was stil pretty far away. I swam to the to the top and warned people. Everyone started getting back on the boat. The only people left in the water were Jaden, chase, and me. We were all together right by the boat. I was terrified and shaking at this point because the shark was getting closer. Of course Jaden wouldn't get on the boat until chase and me were on safely. I wanted him to go first but he wouldn't. I just kept thinking this boy is really risking his life for me. I climbed up into the boat as fast as I could it was actually hard getting up there. Then chase started coming up we were all grabbing his hand to pull him up. I looked across the water and saw the shark coming at Jaden. I didn't stay calm I started to freak the fuck out. "Hurry chase!" I yelled. I used all my might to pull him up. Jaden started to climb up the shark was only a few feet away. I was tearing up at this point and screaming in fear for Jaden. We all grabbed his arms and pulled him so hard that he came flying into my arms. I just held him and hugged him. "Oh my Gosh I am so happy you're okay." I kissed him and everyone came and hugged him.

"I'm fine baby." He said kissing my forehead. We weren't being dramatic that shark was so close. Suddenly the boat started to rock and Payton almost flew off. The shark was running into the boat. We all started to freak out. The driver that came along told us to all sit down so we listened. The boat was still rocking the shark tried biting the boat but finally he took the anchor out and started the boat up. We were finally off and on our way home. Jaden and me cuddled on the boat and I feel asleep in his arms.

Joannes pov

Jaden was so close to being attacked it made me just want to go home. I was kinda scared to go into the ocean for the rest of the trip. We were all pretty shaken up so we decided to order in tonight. We also sang happy birthday to payton and had cake. Chase was a little upset because he had plans with Alex but I told him he could invite her here so he did. She was a very sweet girl and seemed perfect for chase. I cleaned up after dinner while the kids went out and watched the sunset. I didn't mind this was there vacation and I wanted it to be the best.

Riley's pov

Even though I knew I was going to break up with payton I layed in his arms on the beach and cuddled with him. I knew it was going to be one of the last times. No matter how things end I still want to be best friends. I share everything with him and he is my person and I don't want to lose him. Just because dating didn't workout doesn't mean our friendship can't. We stayed out on the beach for awhile before it started getting cold. I noticed chase and alex we're cuddling they looked adorable it really sucks she lives in New York. I said goodnight to payton then went to get a shower. I was kinda sad so I just sat down in the shower then I heard a knock on the door it was payton. Before I could say come in he opened the door. "I'm getting a shower!" I said getting off the ground and standing up.

" I know." I saw him slip off his pants and underwear then take off his shirt. "Is it okay if I come in?" He asked opening the glass door.

"Uhh umm yes." I said biting my lip. He stepped in and started kissing me. I pulled away because I was confused.

"I'm confused" I said.

"Why?" He asked.

"Payton I am telling you this because I love you. I thinks it's best if we break up I was going to tell you when we got back to North Carolina. I still want to be in your life but I know you still like Avani and I don't want to be second best. I am not mad at you I know we rushed things just know I will always love you. Maybe right now isn't the right time for us but maybe sometime in the future it will be." I said tearing up.

"I will always love you too riley and I am so sorry I never wanted you to feel second best. I think we should just be in paradise together as a couple. I know we're going to break up but why be sad in Cabo." He said holding my cheek and moving his thumb back and fourth.

"Your right moormeier. Break up slash birthday sex?" I said smirking. He grabbed my face and left a trail of kisses down my body. He started to finger me and I couldn't help but moan.
