《iron souls | gajeel redfox x reader [OLD]》.:28:.

It's been a few years since the last trace of you in earthland, and everyone just accepted that you were gone for good.
Except Gabriel and Gajeel.
Avril wasn't affected much by this, mainly because she barely knew how you looked like, or who you were in general.
It was currently the middle of the night. Gabriel was having a nightmare. He was crying. Avril woke up and heard small sobs. She got up from her bed and went over to Gabriel.
"Hey, Gabe, wake up." Avril shook Gabriel just a little. He slowly opened up his eyes.
"You were having another nightmare." Avril whispered and went back to her bed. Gabriel slowly sat up.
"Funny, I almost never remember what they're about, but I always have a vision of mom after I wake up." Gabriel wiped the tears off his cheeks.
"I still can't believe you remember how she looks like." Avril sighed. "I can't even remember what her name was."
"It's sort of fascinating how I can remember practically everything from when I was little." Gabriel said. "And her name was (Y/n)."
"Oh yea, that was her name." Avril giggled.
"G'night Ave." Gabriel laid down and turned away from her sister.
"Night Gabe." Avril did the same.
They both tossed and turned but couldn't fall asleep.
Avril smirked. "can't sleep?"
"Nope." Gabe answered. They both giggled.
-
As usual, Avril was the first one awake.
"Wakey Wakey!" She shouted at Gabriel, throwing his sheets off the bed and onto the laminate floor.
"What the hell..." Gabriel muttered, sitting up, practically being forced to get up.
"Now how many times do I have to tell you, kid." Kaia walked into the room. "don't wake up the poor boy!"
"You have no right to say that, Kaia." Lily walked in behind her. "You used to throw buckets of water on (Y/n) way back when."
"No way." the twins chuckled. "you actually used to do that?" Gabriel asked.
Kaia nodded.
"Anyways, Gajeel says that you're going to meet him at the guild today so get ready quick Gabe. There are crêpes on the counter." Lily walked out of the room.
"Okay." Gabriel quickly got ready.
Avril waited at the door holding Kaia in her arms, how Wendy held Carla. Avril had a habit of doing that.
Lily flew next to Gabriel as the twins and exceeds walked through the forest.
"Why the hell did mom live in the forest?" Avril wondered.
"Not sure, but it is a nice place. I'm glad she lived here. There are so many animals and that river behind our house is clearer than pool water."
Gabriel said as a yellow butterfly landed on his finger.
"Your mom used to have fishing contests with Natsu at the river." Kaia smiled. "I remember Happy going crazy every time we caught one. He would scream 'Natsu Natsu, he's our man! Kicking ass across the land!' while Natsu reeled in the fish."
Kaia giggled.
"Happy was always the jumpy and bubbly one." Lily smiled.
"We should try that..." Gabriel mumbled.
"I call Happy as my cheerleader!" Avril had sparkles in her eyes. Avril was always the attention whore. Everyone sweatdropped.
The twins arrived at the guild and went straight to the request board, where Gajeel was.
"Hey there, Paps." Avril chirped.
"Oh! You're here! Great, choose a job." Gajeel said.
"I'm fine, thanks for asking." Avril rolled her eyes.

"Aw, C'mon dad. We just came back from a job yesterday." Gabriel pouted.
"Gajeel, don't be so stubborn." Lily sighed.
"I am not stubborn!" Gajeel shouted.
"I still don't understand why (y/n) married you." Kaia scoffed.
"What'd you say?" Gajeel eyed Kaia.
"Jeez dad, pipe it down." Avril backed away.
She bumped into none other than Raiden, who happened to be her best friend.
(Lowkey Gabe knew they were fuck buddies, but he didn't say anything.)
"Oh, hey Avril." he muttered. Raiden always spoke in a low tone. He wasn't exactly the 'brightest' guild member.
Raiden turned to see what the commotion was. Gajeel and Lily were bickering about as Gabriel and Kaia tried to calm them down.
"Your dad scares me sometimes." Raiden whispered.
"You're telling me." Avril sheepishly smiled.
"Calm down!" Kaia shouted.
"Dad, we'll do the job tomorrow okay?" Gabriel exclaimed.
"Okay fine. I'll go run some errands." Gajeel scoffed as he left the guild.
Rosemary and Reiki happened to be entering the guild it that exact moment.
They both slowly turned their heads in-sync as Gajeel stormed out of the guild. They both blinked a few times and shrugged it off.
"What happened to dad?" Avril asked Gabriel.
Gabriel shrugged. "Beats me."
"If your my son you need to act like a man!" Elfman shouted at Justin Strauss, Elfman and Evergreen's son. "Liz needs to stop getting you out of trouble! Start taking care of yourself."
"I'm sorry dad I promise I won't get into any more trouble." Justin whimpered.
Unlike his parents, he wasn't really courageous. If anything, he was a coward. He might be the older Strauss sibling, but Liz, his sister, was much stronger.
Near the back of the guild, Gray and Natsu were having another pointless fight and since their children were taught that the Fullbuster's and Dragneel's weren't the best of friends, Nashi Dragneel, Lucy and Natsu's daughter, was also bickering with Storm Fullbuster, Gray and Juvia's son.
If anything, it was a pretty normal day for fairy tail. For the younger generation.
For the others, it would never be normal without you there. The guild wasn't as lively and Gajeel had gone back to his dark side, although he was trying to save hope.
Reiki and Rosemary came towards Gabriel, Avril and Raiden. They were kind of like their own little team, so naturally, they would hang out together.
"Hey!" Rosemary chirped.
"What's up with your dad?" Reiki asked.
"He wanted to do another job but we didn't, and he got into a fight with Lily." Gabriel explained.
"Speaking of which, he's back!" Avril said.
"Why're you back so soon?" Lily scoffed.
"I remembered I already went and did errands this morning." Gajeel grumbled. The group giggled at Gajeel's ignorance.
"Does he try to act stupid?" Raiden gave a small chuckle, crossed his arms and shook his head.
"He is a forgetful one." Avril giggled.
"Tch...jackass." Raiden smirked.
Gabriel began to have weird visions of you. They were usually very Rated M, there was always a form torture in them.
"No not again..." He muttered.
"What's wrong?" Rosemary said to Gabriel, concerned.
"Yo, Gabe!" Raiden tried getting his attention.
"Stop! What does this mean?" Gabriel shouted. Gajeel heard Gabriel yell and quickly went towards him.
"What does what mean?" Avril asked.
"Gabe! What's wrong?" Gajeel shook Gabriel lightly, kneeling down.
"Oh." Gabriel snapped out of it. "Hey dad." Gabriel looked down at his dad.

"What happened?" Gajeel asked.
"I think it was another vision." Gabriel mumbled. "of mom."
Gabriel has a condition that not even Porlyusica has been able to identify. He has random, out of the blue visions about you. He also has random premonitions, just like Carla.
"Porlyusica seriously needs to find some sort of remedy." Gajeel mumbled, getting back up. "How often do you get these?"
"At random. Usually it's certain settings or words that make them happen." Gabriel replied.
"I believe it happened after Raiden called you 'jackass'" Rosemary giggled.
Gajeel scoffed. "Put a filter on it, would ya?"
Gajeel turned to Gabriel. "What was then vision about?" Gajeel asked.
"All I remember was it was extremely bloody. That's all." Gabriel explained.
Gajeel then felt a sense of guilt run over him.
"She seemed to have been angry at someone. She was fighting, but then later, killed." Gabriel finished.
"I see." Gajeel muttered.
Everyone soon got startled after someone opened the door. Someone who was wearing a black hoodie, walked into the guild. Everyone raised their guard, and Gajeel stepped in front of the group of kids. The person's face was completely unidentifiable.
"No need to be scared of me." the voice said. It lifted off its hood.
It was you. After 13 years of being missing, you were back.
Gajeel's eyes widened. "No way." he muttered.
You looked around to find him. Once you found Gajeel, you smiled and waved at him. Gajeel ran towards you and pressed his lips against yours. You gave back the kiss, more passionately. You wrapped your arms around him, and Gajeel's hands cupped your cheeks.
The teens all either gawked or mocked you both but you didn't care. You broke the kiss and looked up at Gajeel.
"Hey." you said.
"I missed you." Gajeel said "I missed you a lot."
"I've only been gone for a week." you stated.
"A week? You've been gone for years!" Gajeel explained.
"What?" You shouted. "Where are Avril and Gabriel?"
"Over there." Gajeel pointed at the twins.
"Who is that?" Reiki whispered.
"No clue." Avril answered.
"Wait," Gabriel mumbled. "That's the girl in my visions. That's mom!" Gabriel exclaimed.
"You're kidding." Avril gasped.
"Think about it." Gabriel started to explain. "Who's the girl in the picture of mom and dad on their wedding day? It's her. Why else would Gajeel just run up to a random person and kiss them?"
You immediately noticed your children. You also recognized Rosemary, Reiki, and Raiden. But before you were able to get to them, you were tackled by a bunch of the guild members; Natsu, Gray, Lucy, Erza, Cana, Juvia, Elfman, Mirajane, all of the thunder legion, Lisanna, Levy, Pantherlily, Kaia, Romeo and Wendy. Everyone was overwhelmed with joy. You all laughed together.
"Wendy! Romeo! You've grown so much!" You laughed.
Nashi, Storm, Justin and Liz joined the group of confused teenagers.
"Who's that?" Nashi asked, pointing to you.
"That's our mom" Avril and Gabriel said in-sync.
"Wasn't your dad also a friend of hers?" Justin asked Raiden.
"According to my mom, he wasn't always the most outgoing one." Raiden replied.
"Huh, so like you" Storm snickered.
"Shut up." Raiden punched Storms shoulder. "put some clothes on."
Storm freaked out. "not again!"
"Can't anyone in this guild be normal?" Liz scoffed.
"What's your problem?" Reiki asked.
"My cousin is anti-social, my brother is a wimp, my dad thinks that everyones a man, my mom doesn't do anything about my dad, my aunt is too nice, my half-uncle is also anti-social, and Storm should just quit the guild and go be a stripper for gay men." Liz rolled her eyes.
"Oh really?" The teens shouted in-sync.
"There's this thing called being nice. You should try it." Raiden scoffed.
"I wonder how it'll feel having a mom." Avril sighed.
"I heard that your mom is really good at poker" Nashi said.
"I heard that your mom used to have beer chugging contests with Cana." Rosemary said.
Gabriel and Avril jumped over the small rail, and tried squeezing through the crowed of people around you.
Everyone backed away from you. Gabriel and Avril approached you. Your eyes widened to see how much they've grown.
"When I left, you two were both tiny." you smiled. They both gave a sheepish smile. You hugged both the twins, and they hugged you back.
"So this, is what everyone calls 'the mothers touch'." the twins thought. They embraced the hug. They never wanted to let go. But they did anyways.
"So, I heard you can drink 3 barrels of booze and still remain sober?" Avril smirked. You immediately looked at Cana, narrowed your eyes and smirked.
"Why don't you see for yourself?" You said, Cana accepted your challenge.
-
You pulled the covers over you. You forgot the warmth of being inside your house.
"Its been a while, hasn't it Gajeel?" You mumbled, smiling.
"Too long." Gajeel whispered. You turned to face him and he did the same.
"Something went wrong with the job." you sighed "I'm sorry I kept you waiting."
"All that matters is that you're here now." Gajeel kissed your forehead. "Guess what magic the kids have?"
"What?"
"Gabriel is a Metal Dragon slayer or manipulator. He can use anything from steel to iron to titanium." Gajeel smiled. "and Avril is a requip dragon slayer, the first one."
"Requip Dragon Slayer?"
"She has different armour that allow her to use any Dragon Slayer form out there. It's pretty cool."
"Do any of the twins have gun magic?" You asked.
"Yes, and they've surpassed Bisca and Alzack." Gajeel replied.
"Mom!!!" Avril shouted.
"Gabriel threatened me with his rifle!"
"She wouldn't give me my blanket back from this morning!" Gabriel yelled.
*splash*
Avril had blasted Gabriel with her Water Dragon Slayer powers. "That's what you get for holding a rifle to my forehead!" Avri, shouted.
"What the hell!" Gabriel shouted.
You looked at Gajeel. "Is this normal?" You asked.
"Way too normal" Gajeel chuckled.
Once they quieted down, you turned and faced Gajeel again.
"Gajeel," you whispered.
"Yea?"
"When I was on the job, I met Ivan again. He's still trying to get Avril."
"Still? She's 16 now, why should it matter?"
"I don't know. I think she may have some kind of magic power that resurrects the dead." You explained. "I saw Jose at a bar and overheard him saying they were going to bring someone back."
"What the hell?"
"You remember...when she was born, there was an extremely small chance of her staying alive? I feel like that might have something to do with it. This may just be bullshit in the end, but maybe the reason she stayed alive was because of that magic power."
"You're saying she can bring back the dead?"
"Possibly. I mean look at us. We're extremely overpowered wizards. To have given birth to Avril and her not having any power, suspicious or immense, wouldn't that be kind of weird?"
"I suppose,"
"I've done some research. It turns out that a 3rd generation mixed Dragon Slayer can have a Dragon Slayer power that none of its ancestors have had, which most likely leads to death after birth, seeing that the child is too little to maintain any of that power. Avril's case is a 0.04% chance. That may mean that she has something inside her that none of us know about. And it might be deadly.
"Can we talk about this in the morning? You're back and all I wanted to do was have a fun night of multiple rounds of sex. Now we're stressing over something that we shouldn't be talking about right now." Gajeel whined.
Gajeel grabbed your waist and you got on top of him.
"Fine," you smirked, giving Gajeel an aggressive kiss.
"I miss this." Gajeel said, in the kiss.

This was written contemporaneously with Now That's Entertainment, with different characters and mechanics. I've decided to post both in hopes of comparing how they do. Legend of the Guild: Point Blank
Status: On hiatus indefinitely, because I'm going to be busy and the story is now at a place where it needs major reconstruction. Curt is a young gunslinger from a small town called Ore Town, situated in a barren wasteland known as the Dusts. While sabotaging the gang threatening his town, Curt is forced to take a leap of faith, literally. He plunges into the sea of clouds expecting death, only to arrive in an entirely new world beneath his own. Saved by a young girl using magic, Curt isn't too sure what to make of his second chance of life. When he meets a fellow Duster who had fallen years ago, he's roped into becoming second-in-command of a brand new guild. Guild duties aren't easy, especially as Curt is tasked to recruit fighters to take on the Grand Guild Tournament, where the winning guild takes home an enormous prize pool -- and most importantly, a mysterious ticket to the fabled "Star City" that exists above the clouds. Going with the flow only takes him so far, and Curt soon finds himself burdened with more responsibility than he bargained for, including the fate of the two worlds. ==============================Wordpress This webnovel is written for fun, and everything posted is essentially a first draft. Beware of typos and lack of creative descriptions — my main priority is to get the story out over writing quality. Still, I hope you enjoy the story. Updates are sporadic, but I aim to release a chapter (~2000-3000 words) at least once a week. Average release time is 1 chapter/3 days. I took inspiration from the lore of the MMO, Dungeon Fighter Online (Dungeon & Fighter), and there may be easter eggs or references to the game, but the story and characters have become wholly original and standalone. A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
