Hey, this is the trans guy from 974. :) I read through all of your comments and I decided to take your advice and report the situation to the authorities. They didn't take me very seriously but I showed them the scars and bruises from the abuse and they immediately arrested them. Since this was enough for me to qualify as an orphan, the police were ever so nice and bought me a plane ticket to my aunt's house across the country. I took the flight yesterday and I'm settling down today.

She is very sweet and is willing to accept me as her own. I will still have to go a therapist on a regular basis but I am the most happy I've been in a long time. I remember last time I was saying I wasn't supposed to survive my suicide attempts? I take that back. I was supposed to live and I'm so happy I did.

Thank you all so much for your advice, this is literally a fairy tale ending for me.

IT WILL GET BETTER!! TRUST ME!! Only a few months ago, I stabbed myself in the heart. My one and only friend betrayed me. I was being abused. But now? I'm living in a huge city that I've always dreamed of visiting with my aunt and even though I've only been here for less than a day I've made some real, legitimate friends!!

Suicide isn't the answer, and I can tell you first hand, YOU have to be the change in your life that you're waiting for! Don't wait for others to step in for you, you have to be strong and hang in there.
