"Don't ever do anything like the stunt you pulled yesterday again, okay?" Captain Commander Yamamoto said to Yuki who is now pouting and still wearing her nightgown

"Sorry, Yama-jii. I can't help it. His reatsu is encouraging." Yuki said and Captain Commander can't help but sigh

"YOU IDIOT!" Captain Commander Yamamoto's voice boomed through the entire Seiretei

Yuki crouched down to the ground and covered her ears.

"Mou, Yama-jii. My ears are sensitive." Yuki said with a pout

"What were you thinking picking a fight with one of the captains?! And that reatsu, didn't you think about the people around you?!" Captain Commander screamed

"But his reatsu is inviting! Even though he is using a suppressor, I can still feel its greatness and strength! Of course I'll fight him! Who wouldn't want to!" Yuki explained with big doe eyes

Captain Commander then slapped her head with his cane and Yuki winced and crouched down again.

"Yama-jii, stop it! My head feels like it's splitting!" Yuki wailed with teary eyes

"That is still not enough punishment for your actions. Be thankful I'm only doing this." Captain Commander said

Yuki still sat on the floor pouting and rubbing her head. A small bump is forming and tears are still spilling from her eyes.

END OF FLASHBACK

"That was really reckless." Captain Commander said

"Sorry." Yuki replied

A knock on the door was heard and Yuki immediately perked up at the sound. She ran to the door and opened it.

"YUMICHIKA ONII-SAN, IKKAKU-SAN!" Yuki screamed and jumped towards Yumichika's open arms

"Good morning, Yuki. May we enter?" Yumichika asked

"Are you here for Yama-jii?" Yuki asked with sparkling eyes

"He called for us." Ikakku replied

"Oh, okay then. Come in." Yuki said

The three walked inside and Yuki jumped down from Yumichika's arms and patted towards Captain Commander. She jumped on his shoulders and slumped there. While Yumichika and Ikkaku stood before the Captain Commander's table.

"3rd Seat Ikkaku Madarame." Captain Commander said

"Hai." Ikkaku answered

"5th Seat Yumichika Ayasegawa." Captain Commander said again

"Hai." Yumchika answered

"I called you because for today, you will accompany Yuki to visit the remaining squads." Captain Commander ordered

"Hai!" They both bowed and said

"You may wait outside for Yuki." Captain Commander ordered and the two went outside

"What happened to Master Rukia and Renji?" Yuki asked from his shoulder

"They have errands to attend to so they can't come with you." Captain Commander said and filled up more paperwork

"Just when there's only two squads left. I wonder what errands are they." Yuki said as she played with the bell on her neck

"Instead of wandering about it, go get ready. Don't keep those two waiting." Captain Commander said

Yuki then nodded and jumped down of his shoulders and ran to her room on all fours.

"Yumichika onii-chan, what's the squad 12 like?" Yuki asked as they walk down the path towards it

"Well, you can say it's like a huge research facility. For experimenting." Yumichika answered

'Experimenting?' Yuki thought

"Experiments? What's that?"

'I wonder if he's still there?' Yuki smiled to herself

"Oy, what are ya smiling about?" Ikkaku said when he noticed Yuki smiling to herself

Her head jerked towards Ikkaku and she gave him a wide smile.

"I just remembered something a friend of mine told me long ago." Yuki answered and twirled around

Yumichika laughed at her antics and Ikkaku just grinned. Yumichika also noticed that she is barefoot.

'Maybe I should give her barefoot sandals since it looks like she doesn't want shoes.' He thought

As they walk, Yuki can't help but jump on Ikkaku's shoulders. Sure it startled the 3rd seat which caused him to flail around wildly which Yuki seems to enjoy because she feels like floating. Yumichika just laughed at the sidelines despite Ikkaku's screams to help him. In the end, Yuki just sat on Ikkaku's shoulders with her hands on top of his head.

"Oh look, where here." Yumichika said as he pointed to one of the buildings

Yuki looked up and and saw the squad 12 insignia written on the facade of the building. She squealed in delight and immediately jumped down of Ikkaku's shoulders and ran inside the building on all fours. The two escorts were left outside the building.

"Just wait here?" Yumichika asked

"Yeah. I don't wanna get in the way of Captain Kurotsuchi, anyway." Ikkaku said and they went to find someplace to wait for Yuki

INSIDE THE BARRACKS

"Robot." Yuki stated as she looked up at the woman in front of her

"Neko." Nemu blankly stated while looking down at Yuki

Seems like Yuki crossed paths with Nemu while she aimlessly wandered inside the humongous barracks of the 12th squad. They had a staring contest for an additional 10 minutes before Yuki blinked.

"Ahhh!!! I lost!" Yuki screamed and rubbed her stinging eyes

Nemu still looked at her blankly and watched her sulk after losing the staring contest. She then decided to carry her in her arms which Yuki didn't mind.

"Hello Robot Lady." Yuki said still rubbing her eyes

"Hello." Nemu said blankly

Yuki is still scratching her eyes and Nemu tried to pry her hands away from her eyes but Yuki just kept on rubbing on them.

"Are you okay?" Nemu asked in her monotone voice

Yuki whimpered and still scratched her eyes. Its still itchy so it seems.

'Maybe Master Mayuri has an eyedropper in the lab. Better take her there.' Nemu thought and walked towards the lab with Yuki in her arms

"Hmm? Who is this, Nemu? A new specimen?" Mayuri asked when he saw Nemu holding an eyedrop before Yuki who has her eyes closed

"Sakura Yuki." Nemu answered

"Ohh. The cat girl who lives with the Captain Commander." Mayuri said and approached Yuki

Yuki's ears perked up and turned her head to where she presumes the one who approached her is. She tilted her head and her tail began swishing side to side.

"I'm Kurotsuchi Mayuri. Captain of Squad 12 and head of the Department of Research and Development. You already met my lieutenant, Nemu." Mayuri introduced themselves

'He's not here anymore. I wonder what happened to him?' Yuki thought

"Oh, hello Captain Mayuri. Sorry I can't see you, my eyes are still itchy." Yuki said

"What did you do? And shouldn't you head to the 4th squad for those kind of things?" Mayuri asked as walked towards his chair

"I had a stare competition with Robot Lady and I lost. Now I'm paying the price." Yuki replied and opened her eyes

She blinked and blinked to adjust her vision and when it is clear, she roamed her eyes around the place.

"Is this what you call a lab?" Yuki asked as she sprung into her feet

"Yes it is. This my lab and office at the same time. Feel free to look around. I know why you're here and to tell you honestly, I don't really care if you choose this squad. I bet you probably don't know anything." Mayuri said as he read a book

Yuki just pouted but considered to take up the offer of looking around. She saw huge containing tanks and tubes with colorful water inside. She went to a computer looking thing and pressed a key. The monitor lit up and codes and information danced across the screen. Mayuri lifted his gaze from his book and looked at Yuki sitting in one of his computers. Curious on what she is doing.

"Nemu, prepare me some tea." Mayuri said

"Yes, Master Mayuri." Nemu answered and proceeded to make the tea

Yuki sat before the computer and began reading the information.

"Ashisogijizo said these are information on parasitic zanpakutos. I remember my friend telling me this." Yuki mumbled to herself

"And I also want to ask Captain Mayuri about his face but Ashisogijizo also said don't." She added and continued to read the informations on the screen

"It seems incomplete, thou." She added and began typing away on the keyboard

Yuki began filling up the missing information on the research based on how she remembered her friend explaining it.

"It sure is nice that he said that. Now I get to complete these." Yuki mumbled and finally pressed enter on the keyboard

"FINISHED!" Yuki declared and stood on the chair

"Hmmm? You really did finish it." Mayuri said who had been standing behind her when she started typing

Yuki jumped down from the chair and let Mayuri inspect her work. Nemu then stood beside her and gave her a cookie. Yuki took it and climbed up Nemu to dangle on her shoulder all while nibbling on her cookie.

"Interesting. How do you come up with these conclusions and information? I never expected you to know these much." Mayuri asked

"A friend of mine told me that. But it was a really long time ago. He told me about parasitic zanpakutos and I eventually learned the rest from Muracho and Ashisogijizo." Yuki replied

'This research has been long forgotten ever since HE left. So he passed down his knowledge to this girl, eh. How truly amazing.' Mayuri thought to himself

He glanced at Yuki and saw her atop his lieutenant's shoulders with two cookies in hand.

"Hey, Robot Lady. Can I call you Ne-san?" Yuki requested as she eat her cookie

"Do as you wish." Nemu blankly said as she handed Yuki another cookie

Yuki grinned and hugged Nemu at the neck.

"Okay, I think you overstayed your visit here. And stop eating my cookies!" Mayuri said

"Ehhh?! But I'm still eating!" Yuki whined and pouted

"That's it! You keep eating my sweets. Nemu, stop giving her my cookies!" Mayuri stated

"Yes, Master Mayuri." Nemu placed the cookie jar down

Yuki chased the jar and Nemu just kept raising it up so she can't reach it. Mayuri had ticks growing on his head and grabbed the prancing Yuki by her tail.

Wrong move.

When Yuki felt someone tug on her tail, she immediately whirled behind her and kick Mayuri in the face so hard, he flew across the room and crashed on the wall. Yuki's eyes widen.

"Oh my gosh, sorry! Yama-jii will definitely kill me! Better get out of here." Yuki said and ran towards the exit as fast as she can

Nemu approached Mayuri.

"Are you alright, Master Mayuri?" Nemu asked

Mayuri slowly stood up from the rubble and began to laugh.

"AMAZING! HER STRENGTH IS EVEN SUPERB! SNOW FELINES ARE VERY PROMISING!" Mayuri declared and looked at where he was thrown

"Sakura Yuki. You filled my interest." Mayuri said and made a scary face.

OUTSIDE THE BARRACKS

Yumichika and Ikkaku are patiently waiting for Yuki to arrive. Well, Yumichika is. Ikkaku just began complaining and complaining. Later, they heard rapid footsteps and the next thing they know, they were being pulled by the hand by a running and scared looking Yuki.

"RUN!" Yuki screamed and her two escorts just sighed
